I placed an order on December 1, 2017 and I still have not received it. They continue to make excuses and sending me stupid generic email responses each time I contact customer service. They have stated on their website that ‘It Could' Take Up To 7 Business Days for orders to process. I never expected that could really should and beyond. I am very displeased with my shopping experience. Fashion Nova has my money and I don't have my order.
Now they know that women are buying their clothes etc like 40 going North. So beef up your number if staff. This makes no sense holidays or not. No other stores are behind like this.

I placed an orders in the month of November from Fashion Nova. It is now December and I haven't received anything . I emailed them about it and they never responded. My order say has not yet been fulfilled and it's been almost a month. I
Ordered for Xmas and still havent recieved anything. When I call u can't even talk to no one. U send them email and they respond with a automated system. I see celebrity's in there clothes but that all is for show so people could order and be Scammed. Now they're saying some of my items were out of stock and gave me a gift certificate so when I try to re-order the stuff they're saying that I have to spend more money in order for the order to go through I don't want to spend more money for my order already spent as much money as I was planning to spend I should be able just ordered the message and that you didn't shed and the gift card cover it all is that of me having to add more to my card in order to place my order

Fashion nova is a multimillion dollar company... They have celebrities far and wide promoting this scam of a brand. I've order over $100 worth of items for my vacation on dec 6th and even opt. For the 2day shipping... Needless to say, its dec 18th and it's showing that my order has even been fulfilled yet.. Just sad and pathetic. The 800 number does not work and sending an email is a dead-end. You'll only receive a generated generic email informing you of their "high demands".. I'm pissed and now coming out of more money to replace the items I never received... Happy holiday -_-
shipment order
I ordered clothes on 11/30/17 and fashion nova did not show a disclaimer before purchase that shipment would take 7 business days to process.
It has been past 7 business days and i have not received my shipment nor any contact from the company as to when my shipment would be received.
I tried reaching out several times and i kept receiving automated messages with no clear response.
'm having the same issue as well. I ordered one item on November 29 and my order status still says unfulfilled. I have emailed them six times and no response. I understand the delay in processing time but its been about three weeks now.

ISSUE #1
I ordered $256.12 worth of stuff from Fashion Nova on 11/29/17. My order contained 11 items. On 12/11/17 I received an email stating that my items were on the way. That email contained 8 items, not the 11 I originally ordered. My order arrived on 12/14/17 with 5 items. Today is 12/18 and I have not received my additional items, which included two pants and a pair of boots. I emailed Fashion Nova several times but have yet to get a response regarding my missing items. They keep sending an automated response with a tracking number, which, when I click on it, shows that my items were delivered on 12/14. ONLY SOME ITEMS WERE DELIVERED.
ISSUE #2
On 12/11 I got an email stating that a gift card was available for $82.57. This was for 3 items which went out of stock between the time I ordered them and the time the package was shipped. I emailed Fashion Nova asking to get refunded back to my card, since this error occurred on their part, through no fault of mine. I received an automated response with their return policy, stating that all return items are issues a gift card. I responded letting them know that I had not returned my items, and that the issue was that the items went out of stock, therefore I deserve my money back, and not a gift card. They continued to send me the return policy email. NOBODY HAS ADDRESSED MY ISSUE, AND NOBODY ANSWERS WHEN I CALL THEM.
This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered, and I will NEVER shop at Fashion Nova again. I have sent them close to 20 emails in the last week, and I have sent them messaged via Instagram, to now avail.
DESIRABLE RESOLUTION: I would like my money back for the items which went out of stock ($82.57) and the 3 items which are missing from my shipment:

Fashion nova says that if the item sells out you only get a gift card for the price of those items. They need to keep better track of their stock. They shouldnt take payment for mote items than what they have. Its been 3wks since i placed my order no package no customer dervice response except the automated messages. I used to order from them all the time i never will again. I asked to have my money refunded they daid i can send the items back (which i havent recieved and is why i want a refund) and recieve store credit. You will either have to dispute with your bank or wait till items come back in stock and reorder them fashion Nova will not do anything to help.
I FINALLY got their attention by sending an email saying "I plan on filing a consumer complaint to the Attorney General's office in California as soon as is possible."
They responded 9 minutes later asking for a picture of my shipment slip, then a few minutes after that I received this in an email:
"We’re writing to let you know that your refund is being processed for your out of stock items. Please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account. Most refunds are completely processed by the bank within 2-5 business days.
Please note that the authorization hold, placed on the funds, is by your financial institution. Fashion Nova has no control over their release.
Thank you for shopping with us at Fashion Nova. We look forward to the opportunity to serve your fashion needs again soon."
That's great. It sounds as if Fashion Nova really is trying to do the right thing!
They really aren't. I read on another post that the only way to get them to stop sending those dumb automated responses is to threaten to complain to the AG, which is why I tried it. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.
Just dispute the transaction with your bank.

never received a order confirmation
I shopped at fashion nova befor and have always been satisfied with them. However, I placed an order this past Wednesday but I never received an email to confirm my order, I tried to contact them and they replied with an automated email which did not answer my question. They already charged my card but I don't have any information regarding my order. I am very disappointed. I don't think I'll ever order from them.

I placed three orders in the month of November from Fashion Nova. One of the orders was delivered but had damaged product in it. I emailed them about it and they never responded. My second order has yet to be fulfilled and it's been almost a month. My third order was cancelled and refund it to me because they said that the item I ordered was no longer in stock. I've tried calling on numerous occasions with no luck. I've even left a voicemail after a beep thinking someone would listen to it and return my call, but that didn't happen. I've tried emailing, still no luck... just generic responses. Fashion Nova has lost me as a customer, unfortunately, because this kind of customer service is unacceptable to me.

Terrible. I have been waiting almost a month for my products that I ordered in November. Fashion nova is a scam. They also have terrible customer service. I have emailed three times now to find out what is going on and they send back an automated email that does not explain anything. Not impressed at all and I will never be shopping here again. You should not be allowed to hold onto people's money like this. So wrong on many levels. They also still have their advertising up for there shipping times as free two day shipping and 7 day. Not even close try one month and two months. Don't order from this site.
I haven't received my items
I purchased four items with fashion nova Dec 9, and I haven't even received the tracking number. I have sent out two emails as well as two Facebook messages and still nothing! They have definitely lost me as a customer! They have been deleting people's posts on Instagram as well as Facebook every time they get called out. What kind of business are they running? How unprofessional is that?!

I ordered jeans from this website on December 2nd it is currently December 14 and my order has not even been fulfilled and checked up on the website to see where my order was at and it says "this order has not been fulfilled yet" the website does indicate that there is a 7 business day delay because of high demand but it's been more time than that.

I ordered items several weeks ago. ( So long ago, I almost forgot the packages should be arriving) When I call the 1800# I go straight to voicemail and when I email I'm get this annoying " Hey Love" generic reply with no real order status update. When I saw the message about being overwhelmed, processing times being " UP TO" 7 business days, and experiences higher order volumes, I was perfectly ok with not receiving my orders within the usual 2 day delivery time. I was thinking that I had plenty of time, since I ordered far enough in advance to give them enough time to meet their promised " up to 7 " business days. Here it is almost 10 days later and I still can not get them on the phone or even an email response. This is unacceptable, at least respond with an order status or ETA? I'm hoping the orders arrive soon and before Christmas. From what I'm reading on here, it sounds unlikely. The crazy thing is they charged my credit card within 24 hours, so why can't they provide order status updates with the same response time. This was my first time ordering from them and I'm completely turned off by this company from what I'm experiencing and reading on here. What kind of suspicious business practices are they doing? Paid for Items that I never received! Got partial credit. I have emailed several times about the amount that is owed to me for almost 2 months now! I'm really sick of it and a lawsuit will follow! They send Black Celebrities and Instagram models clothes to advertise for [censor] we never receive or obtain a refund for! All I asked for is a refund of the money that was kept for items that were not available. They said no and issued me a store credit this store is a scam. When you call customer service you have to leave a voicemail. They only communicate via email. I'm being penalized for them falsely advertising items that were never in stock to begin with and now they are holding my money hostage

Sequence of Events:
19 Nov 2017 payment was made, it was not until 10 December, items were delivered. This was ordered for my vacation, I hadn't known your delivery was so Lazy (akin to ordering from China where they also ship in batch for cheapness). I have now spent $80 returning items that are worthless to me (I kept 1 top, which I can wear hidden underneath my suit jacket at work).
i have spent a total of $510 on your joke of a website, as a courtesy, please reimburse at least part of my money seeing that you have ruined my Xmas as I have no money left to purchase winter clothes (how do you sleep at night knowing you work for a Sham company)?

An order was placed on 11/27 for 3 items. Order #9977480. An email was received from them on 12/1 and up up untill this point nothing has been issued. The customer service online is useless and keeps giving me the runaround. Never shopping here again. They take at least 2 hours to response back and it's the same answer they keep giving me just worded differently. They already took my money and is not giving me any type of alternative as to retrieving my merchandise that was purchase on 11/27/17.
They had a great deal of sales during the end of November. It's taking additional time to get all those additional sales shipped out.

I have spent over a thousand dollars in last 4 months with this company. I have never had a problem until i placed a order on November 27th. They usually ship within 2 days. I have sent countless numbers of emails concerning my order and I always get a generated response no answer. They stated processing time would be delayed up to 7 days. It has been almost 3 weeks. I can't get no one on the customer service line, but my money in the sum was debited from my card on November 27th for 291.87 . I am a single parent and every dollar counts. I have requested several times through email for a refund no response. I live in Birmingham, Alabama and I am so angry and disappointed to have been taken advantage of like this. I wish I could tell you contacting the BBB will do much good. Most likely it won't. The BBB had no legal control over any company. It's there for just another source of correspondence.
Your simple resolution is disputing the charge with your bank. If it's a credit card, you may have a little more control over the situation.

I placed an order 11/19 received confirmation and a tracking # on 11/22 to show the order was mailed and I'm still waiting for this oder to arrive. There are many folks posting that they placed orders mid to late November and have yet to receive ANYTHING. At least respond to our e-mails, calls and update us with a status on our orders your silence is unprofessional. Deleting customers reviews off social media, blocking people from your social media pages and inflating your reviews over the internet is not good business practice Fashion Nova.
