Hi there. I have asked for your complaints email multiple times now but I’ve been ignored. I returned my order back to you on 17/08/2023. My tracking number for the DHL return is: [protected]. I returned my order due to incorrect size. My order was then sent back to me EMPTY! Someone has stolen my order and returned my box back empty. I’ve been emailing your team non stop regarding this issue and nothing has happened. My refund is still not processed and no one from your team can answer to why or who has stolen my order! I am taking this matter further to the ombudsman services and exposing all the emails on review sites and social media to show how pathetic your customer service is and how someone in YOUR TEAM has clearly stolen my order and returned the box back empty.

Please see the tracking number showing how my parcel was sent across the world and delivered back to my home address EMPTY.

Farfetch cannot and will not prove to me where exactly my parcel has been and how many people have handled my parcel as it was sent half way across the world before returning back to me.

This case needs to be placed on hold and investigated as no one from Farfetch can clarify why my parcel was sent on a journey to Japan and why it was returned back to me empty. 

If I really posted my order back to Farfetch empty, then surely customs would have noted this down before they posted the order back to Japan. Customs quality check would NOT have posted an empty box all the way to Japan and then return the box back to me EMPTY.

If my parcel box was really empty, then it would have not even been posted to Japan when customs checks were completed in the U.K.

Farfetch are refusing to even acknowledge what I am saying and are also refusing to provide me with the complaints email address.

Claimed loss: £180 of refund still not received

Desired outcome: Full refund and an apology for wasting my time since August to chase this matter up.
