Family Dollar review: My items l pay for was not in bag

l bought over $70.00 and had 6 bags but when l got home items l had pay for was not in my bags, 3 shorts, 1 t shirt 2 med towels, Address: 257 E Main St, Richmond, KY 40475, l have shopped there for 10 yrs, and never had a problem with anyone else, l was shopping there one day and ask her to double heavy items after that she has been insulting and rude, l worked for the state of Ky for 26 yrs my ID wasH4632, this is not going away l will be making more reports, this is about the right to buy and pay and get what you pay for, l work hard for my money not to have a rude person steal what l pay for, l am not the only person this is happening to, l am tired of giving my money to a place where l am treated like trash, l will be filing with my card company if this is not settle, she is a rude and nasty person
