I tried to exchange a pair of pants I purchased yesterday on March 18th at 7:00 Pm today at March 19th 2:21 Pm. The Mod told me I could not exchange the item for a different size as it was a clearance item and all sales are final, and asked me if I could sell the item. I told her I would sell them to her for the price I paid for it. She laughed, and I told her I dont think ot was funny. I live 1/4 of a mile away, my daughter works here and I drive past a Dollar General to come to your store. I spend money in this store daily. There is no store policy that states clearance items can not be returned or exchanged. No signage is posted about clearance items besides “ buy one get one free”. Please make this right.

Claimed loss: Loss of fuel driving to and from location and the price of item $10

Desired outcome: I would accept the ability to exchange or a refund and an apology for the lack of ethical trade.
