Family Dollar review: Customer service

Last Friday I accidentally grabbed a bag a cashier said was mine, it was by all my other bags, and left. I didnt notice until I got home. I go to this family dollar almost daily, its on Pipestone Road in Benton Harbor Michigan. The lady told me I said oh yes its sitting on my table. I ran out the house Monday and went to the store and forgot it. The lady RUDELY mentioned it, made a huge fuss in front of everyone and I said you know what Ill just pay for it because I keep forgetting and you should have stopped me before I even walked out the store. The store manager said no its okay just bring it back I said no Ill just pay for it because I dont plan to be back As Im leaving the cashier called me a "[censored]ing thief" under her breath so I said excuse me she said "you heard what I said" I said you know what Ill pay for the stuff and you wont have to worry about me coming here since you want to be rude, Id be wrong if I slapped the [censored] out of you. At this point Im heated the cashier proceeds to come around the counter, threaten to beat my "[censored]" in the parking lot. Screaming in front of another cashier, the store manager and customers. Then she walks off. I paid for the items they claimed I "stole" and left. You wont need to worry about me patronizing the store again. You can pull camera footage it was Monday May 31 2022. Not only was she loud and disrespectful she really thought her threatening me and claiming she was going to come to my house would do something. I forget easily. Especially if Im in a hurry. I had a stroke less than a year ago. Id never steal a thing let alone from somewhere I go almost daily.
