Facebook Locked out of my business page

I've changed my mobile number, I've changed phones. I no longer have authenticator to verify codes with.

contacting security over and over and over again. asking to switch me to sms txt codes only.

I'm losing business. can't market my listings, can't answer messages for more business. Did nothing wrong. never curse on FB, never post nudes, never harass anyone, never place animal fighting video like the monkey people do. WHY doesn't someone help me?

Desired outcome: Change my security verifications to sms txt message to my new mobile number [protected]. Number on business page is my office number landline.

Facebook Fidelity Financial

I will summarize this complaint against Fraudelity with this statement from a very knowledgeable source. A trader at the Chicago Board of Trade explained the ethics of Fraudelity. He told me "Fidelity is not a financial institute for anyone who sincerely wants to plan for their future and their financial well being." "They will skim money from anyone naive enough to believe Fidelity is an honest financial institute." "Fidelity caters to people who need to hide money for tax reasons, and company's who want to do shady things, like stealing pensions and other retirement accounts from employees. " "And believe me, there is business for this kind of unethical institute, who works well with the scum of the earth."

Facebook I have not used my Facebook in a year, and I am having problems logging in.

It has made a new account for me but I need to get to my old one that I have had for years. All my contacts and Family is linked to it, as well as business contacts that is greatly needed now. I can provide what ever is needed but I only have access to newer emails and phone numbers. I can answer any questions needed.

Facebook Facebook

My account at Facebook was frozen, for a 5’th time, on 11/05/2022, Today is 11 /10/2022. They do not say why my account was frozen.

I have tried to follow their instructions. First is to reproduce a series of characters that are not that clear. If you succeed at that then they go through a list of documents that they want me to upload to prove I am me. I have tried to do that, but they do not have the ability to handle it. And they do not need to have that personal info. This classified as social media but that must be the Facebook version of it.

Desired outcome: I would like my account to be unfrozen, Thank You.

Facebook Hacked page restricted

My account was hacked. The hackers placed ads on a page I own, and charged them to invalid credit cards. The page, now disabled, is Follow_the_Bacon. I changed my password. The date of the first ad was October 18, I believe. I can't see the page now because I disabled it. There were multiple charges. The photo's below contain the account number and a few pages of the transactions.

Desired outcome: I would like full access to be restored.

Facebook Messenger pay

scammed on messenger pay by a facebook user that posed as a family man with a full profile with friends in his contacts and was selling items that actually never existed. he scammed me out of 200 using facebook pay. facebook wont refund the transaction even though i figured out it was a scam 5 minutes after the money was sent. the problem is this couldve been dealt with by facebook but they said theres nothing they can do now my mom cant have her breathing machine and i cant get to work. our lives are ruined.

Facebook I'm locked out

I am locked out of my personal Facebook page since Nov 1, 2022. I have 30 days to rectify this. I have changed password several times and am still blocked, emailed security several times at FB, kept screen shots of all screens that come up - can't get back in. I believe I have been hacked bc I still get cell and email notices from FB, but can't get to my page when I click on them. One email states acct "what gà 1 (ID: [protected])" is using my name to place ads and hasn't paid. I am totally not visible on FB and I have no way to remedy this. I am a therapist on a grief page and I also rescue lost animals using FB as communication with other rescuers. I post nothing against their Community Standards at all and I don't have a business page. Thank you!

Desired outcome: I would like my Facebook page back.

I received this email and I am writing to ask if it is genuinely from Complaints Board bc the grammar and lack of punctuation plus the facebooks.upport00@yandex.com does not look legitimate due to the "s" being out of place. Please reply and let me know if this indeed did come from Complaints Board .. thank you! I'm understandably hesitant after being violated by a hacker.

Facebook Account disabled

Can't get ahold of anyone with my response to the objection: I am unable to respond, I am not getting the text message necessary to continue my dispute.

Since I cannot see the reason for your actions, I can only assume that my post regarding a contest I needed votes for, I guess it was not appreciated by those who I have followed or have requested to be friends with me on FB; I don't see how this is offensive.

This is the message that was posted on their pages:

"I have to ask?

Do you have an issue with seeing a friend succeed or win at something?

If any of you asked me to participate in a VOTE daily, I would be promoting YOU all the way 100% because that's who I am...Keep this in mind when I ask you to VOTE for me.

Facebook Marketplace

Two weeks ago, I posted a number of items on Marketplace. I began receiving messages for the items, but a couple of hours later I attempted to go on Marketplace only to find I was blocked. There was a message that I had been suspended. There was no explanation as to why I was suspended. I requested a review and received a message that I would be contacted within 24 hours. This never happened. I messaged Facebook a number of times asking about it, but never received a response. A few days ago, I again saw the original message that I had been suspended, and again requested a review. Facebook will not communicate with me as to what had occurred. I attempted to call their customer service, only to receive a message that they do not take phone calls. I continue to be blocked/suspended from Marketplace, without explanation. I run a small business on Facebook and am being blocked from that by not being able to utilize Marketplace, along with being able to sell household items I'm no longer in need of. I have operated in good faith with the Facebook entity, and expect good faith on their part.

Desired outcome: The desired outcome is that I can again get on Marketplace and be told why I was suspended to begin with.

Facebook Blocking my post

I shared to very simply post One had to be with " I'm retired you have to work" What the hell is worng with a retired worker telling others to go to work. The second was asking God to protect the road to God. If you find both of these objectionable your company should be closed down. I did not demeane anyone or say anything that hurt anyone.

In America we have free speech as long as it is not hateful, and my post were not hateful. The FCC will receive a copy of this, and I will ask the FCC to investigate your censorship.

both posts i don't find a problem with but I'm just one of millions of people around the world. if anyone viewing your post finds offense to it they can report that they find offensive your posts. if Facebook gets lets say [idk the actual number before they remove and censor] 10 complaints on a post and against you they will take action against you by censoring or removing posts. it is common on any website to do this for those that get lots of complaints against them. during this process they do review the posts [though they might have a bot in control] and sometimes don't find fault on the person reported against. you can contact Facebook directly or their appeal panel to appeal to the verdict. at least that is what i understand from the info on the review panel they have.

Facebook terrorist activities

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing regarding the blocking of the FB and INSTAGRAM accounts belonging to my son (linked to email [protected]@yahoo.com).

The accounts were blocked on 2 November 2022, with an explanation related to “terrorist activity”.

These grounds are shocking, we are all respectable individuals. The post claimed to be linked to terrorist activities is not revealed. Moreover, my son had not posted anything at all for a long period.

My son had tried repeatedly to contact you, but his messages could not get through.

Please assess the situation and restore his access. The situation has caused enough inconvenience. He uses INSTAGRAM constantly for his creative work. Plus, the accounts were blocked exactly one day before my son’s birthday. His friends and relatives could not send their wishes, which made him very sad!

Please fix this and show the professionalism you used us with.

Facebook I can't close my account

Hello, I am Samantha DeShield I want to close my Facebook account but the email that I used to open it ([protected]@yahoo.com) had been closed and I don't know my FB password! I have tried calling the customer service number, but I can't get a human. my alternative email is [protected]@gmail.com. am extremely frustrated with trying to contact Facebook to close the account. I use the same phone every day to log in so i don't know why it does not provide an option to send a temporary password or code to my phone.

Facebook Account after closing/deleting is still being hacked.

The account is under the name Pat Lothrop. I was advised in March/April of 2021 that my account had been hacked and someone was messaging them.

I went in immediately and closed/deleted my account.

On or about November 1, 2022 my friend received two messages on messenger. Then another friend received another message on messenger on Wednesday November 2, 2022 asking her what she was doing...5:30 am Arizona time.

I need this to please stop. I want both accounts taken completely off Facebook and deleted out of your system.. I would appreciate it as soon as possible. My family and friends are getting messages daily. My brother just got one just a few hours ago. Today is the 4th of November 2022.

Facebook I can't get into my account, i read security invalidated or similar

4 days ago I was unable to get into fb and I went through all the suggested fixes and nothing works. I had someone add an email and phone number to my account and have not been able to get into my data. All codes I get via email or text do not work it just goes to a blank screen. When I pull up my profile to sign in I see messages counted but I can't get to the messages as I can not log in.

I sent messages from the hacker screen as I was able to get his info and wrote to support noting my info.

This is literally the 4th day I have been going in circles, uploading my ID with perfect pictures and they are denied, all codes just go to the blank code enter screen without citing error.

I am going crazy, I'm a nervous wreck messing with this please clear my account or whatever you have to do so I can log in.

Please advise...nothing listed in help works and I am locked out. I don't even know why this happened in the first place.

Facebook Face book violates my freedom of expression & mute my complaints

As I was posting my complaints yesterday (nov 3/22) about not receiving refund from walmart. Ca as a result of a no delivery with no explanations item I ordered over six weeks ago, facebook said they would disable my fb account permanently with no proper explanations. I personally do not care about this fb account & I feel that fb in addition to their history concerning users privacy, etc. Is acting on me because I keep voicing out about the on-going negative experiences I have with walmart. Ca since sept/22 & of course I contribute $0 to fb's profit while walmart. Ca easily be giving much much more incomes & profits for fb.

To me, fb is acting as if they are muting my voice on their platform on behalf of a giant international business customer. Well, it is very much how this world runs & operates — real "justice" remains an impossible ideal & is very much only for the super powerful & rich, rarely for financially & politically marginalized us.

But, there are many other choices that I can still voice out. Therefore concerned people at fb & walmart. Ca, can you shut me up for good everywhere permanently?

Facebook Suspended account

My Facebook account was suspended on 9/11/2022 because I tried to change my profile picture to one that I felt showed support for the almost 3000 victims that died that day, and the countless that have since. The Algorithym suspended my account. I immediately appealed the decision, to which nothing has happened yet. I have tried various ways to reach facebook including snail mail and through the help desk but no response there either.

Facebook Locked out of my facebook account.

Back around oct5, 2022 I thought I wanted to change my email address which I did, then when I looked at it, I didn't like the looks of it and changed it back to my old Facebook account. Facebook thought my account was being scammed and locked me out of my account. Now I cannot get into my Facebook account.

I have been working for 9 days, about 6 hours a day, following everything they ask me to do.

I'm not very smart with all the technology they have out now. I am an 84 soon to be 85 -year- old female. Can you help me get my Facebook account back? please.

Facebook Facebook page hacked

Hello,

I have uncovered a huge network of scammers using Facebook and stealing accounts. They lurk in the metaphysical and religious communities, taking advantage of trusting people and using stolen accounts to impersonate their friends.

My account Noonewatches has been siezed and they attempted to post a scam on there but my followers reported it and got the account suspended. I would like the account returned to me immediately. I am going to involve the FBI, NPR and Wired Magazine, who have reported on these security breeches before.

The hacker in control of my account had full control of my business pages and started to run ads using my credit card in order to perpetuate their scam.

This does not look good for Facebook, I'm emailing you out if desperation as I've had no luck with your automated systems or online "help".

Desired outcome: Restore my account to me, do something about the scammers.

Facebook Baby monkey abuse

You intentionally allow these precious baby monkeys being abused . . . Bathing way to rough, holding them by their ears, etc. being drown by their mothers. What is the problem here? Why do you allow this to be shown. It’s almost like you are trying to rile people up and you certainly do a good job of it. I have gotten fearful of going on Facebook for the cruelty I may see and can’t get out of my memory.

Desired outcome: STOP ALLOWING THESE TYPE VIDEOS TI BE SHOWN . I can’t bear going back to give more information about these videos. It’s just sickening.

I believe someone has hacked into my account and caused it to be disabled, by an action I have no knowledge of. Since the account is disabled I cannot login and contact Facebook directly, I have no way of knowing what exactly caused the account to be disabled. There is no back and forth communication to try to resolve what the issue might be.

Desired outcome: I would like the account re-instated and have a chance to review what they thought was so questionable that they disabled the account and if I was even personally responsible for that post or comment.
