I was put in FB jail! Did nothing wrong just made a comment to a women that put my friend down and called her names. Why am I in jail and that person isn't. She has done this before. To me and my friend! Think of getting legal advice on what is going on.

I have been lock out of my facebook account and i dont know why. facebook ask for more ID which I sent and i still cant get into my account, when i try to log in it just keep going to the Up load your ID page I sent 4 new Pictures and still no respond form them either way [protected]@aol.com this all started On 11/20/21 Thats when i up loaded Pictures

Today I got an email claiming unusual activity, then locked me out. They want me to upload my personal information to them to prove who I am. I refuse to give them my ID and other information as they get hacked too often and I do not trust them.
When the incident happened, I was online purchasing Farm Cash for a game. Then was locked out and my credit card was charged. No phone numbers or a way to complain unless I give them the info to unlock my account.

I was restricted on Nov. 23rd for a humorous, not abusive, post. I removed it immediately the same day, it was reviewed and the restriction was cancelled and I was reinstated the same day. Now a week later I was restricted again for the same post, which I did not post. Someone there must be confused about the dates or something. This should not happen.

My account was deactivated due to a compliance complaint. I was never given a reason. My account has been deactivated for almost a week now. I would like to know what I was supposed to have to warrant such an action.

The misuse of authority and privileges by Toni Edwards, Administrator. She has been irresponsible, intolerant, allowed negative and personal attacks on my person. The lack of integrity, and her association with a certain group of people, making unethical decisions.

In addition, I was blocked from the group when I complaint from the lack of tolerance, biases, and false statements over me. For instance the following post was deleted, shortly thereafter I was blocked from the account:
"We need to be responsible, equal and with unbiased ways when others apply information, such as, questions and comments in social situations. It is our duty not misuse the authority and privileges established that leads to the quality of decisions. Even though I have stated before, I want to say again, the removal of comments and/or posts needs to be done with unbiased perspective and with integrity. Thank you" (posted on November 18, 2021 at or around 7:00pm at Colonial Country Club - Hemet, CA, Group Page).

Further, Toni Edwards, fails to recognize and respect the viewpoint of others:
1. She did not create the Facebook account;
2. Rules apply to certain individuals for the group;
3. Privilege seems to be given to one group over everyone else.

How can someone keep harassing me non stop and when I say screw off I am banned/blocked on Facebook for 30 days? I also was "reprimanded" for something totally irrelevant and def NOT against any standards just last week. I am 100% feeling victimized by whomever monitors ME and only ME. I read and see far far far worse with people cursing and threatening people and I feel like I am the only one in trouble

FB restricts me for making a comment on something they did not monitor and should never have allowed on FB. You can not monitor comments if your not willing to monitor what you allow to be post and it's worse than the comments it receives. This is very upsetting. I'm being forced to see sex acts and men being arrested in hotels with 12 year olds little girl, fights that show brutal deaths, . For some reason you feel this has the right to be post or didn't monitor it, but then monitor the comments and restrict people's feeling about what they would do. Your priorities are messed up, don't post that trash and people would be upset. You have the nerve to say freedom of speech, their so vulgar and you allow it to. Unreal.

I recieved an email from Facebook not knowing it was a scam; where someone hacked my account and changed my email address. I been trying to get this resolved for the past 3 weeks and to no avail I figure out how to get back in my account, but now I been locked out again. I try several attempts to log back in with my new password, only to be told I had to give an email where I can be contacted at and a form of ID to identify myself. Until now the issue still ongoing that this is constantly happening on Facebook where many accounts are being hacked by scammers. I try changing my email back only to find out whoever hacked my account made their email primary; whereas I cannot change it. The email that was used in my account is [protected]@gmail.com

Windham (maine) Community Facebook : Beginning about 2.5 years, a 40 year old man with mental defect treated from early teenage years and with a 10+ years self-sustaining employment history with one employer made negative conservative comments about a man claiming to be a veteran (but was not) panhandler, panhandlers who commute into the community, and homeless in our small relatively rural community. A woman (Kimberly MacKaye) with two small children made a negative comment about the man. This man, my son, Adam McLemore, who can not discern "jest from insult", "banter from antagonism", "impossible boasts from truths", etc, reacted harshly by copying her picture and her children's pictures from her facebook profile and sending them back to her with crude unnecessary comments. The woman went to the police who evidently told her no crime had occurred. The lead administrator, Aaron ? of this Facebook site posted a Public Service Announcement denouncing the McLemore and include non-true allegations . A Second MacKaye friend, Jonathan Priest, a Windham, Maine, business man took it upon himself to go McLemore's employer in an attempt to get McLemore removed from his employment The employer would not terminate his employment. Through out time, the woman and Priest continued to make false comments and Priest in Facebook posts wrote something about he would continue his efforts "because that is what good people do"...Another Facebook page comes into existence, Windham (Maine) Anything Goes. Initially, many of this page's member came from the original site because of censorship. As referenced above, McLemore is quite literal, Anything Goes means just that. I believe that he has little sympathy or feelings because he bullied through his pre-teen and teen years. The town paid for is private high school because of the situation. Based on his emotions though his high school years when friends abandoned him because "he was weird". That was his largest problem because a medication helped treat his mental defect. However, his mental short comings continued and his character proceeded him or at least kept up with him because he does not know know how to fit into a crowd. Described as "creepy", he now just wants to do his job and avoid people as best he can. Well, to Adam, Anything Goes was taken literally. . At some point in time in 2020, another young woman who lived in an apparment complex where he delivered frequently to senior citizens began (on Windham Anything Goes) to argue and post insults to earh other. She accused him to taking pictures of her children (with his Dash Camera). I don't think so but she Ashlkey Gallant) and a friend Coutrney Edwards) posted their own Public Service Anncouncement labeling McLemore as a Pedophile and began their public lashing of McLemore. It proceeded to the point that on 8/22/2021, one of fathers, that is referenced in subsequent Facebook Postings, telephoned McLemore's employer and made threats against store staff and McLemore unless McLemore's employment was terminated. And, IT WAS. ...On the 8/23/21, , I had a long open facebook Chat with Courtney Edwards as she claimed to have all the documentation and picturs of McLemore's wrong doing and picture taking. When I asked her to join with me on the next day (a Monday 8/24), I would ask for my son's arrest if he had done any thing illegal. She balked long enough to ask me if I really wanted to do that. With my emphatic "YES", she said that she needed to review her documentation and ended the call. I did report the situations to the Windham, Maine, Police. To my knowledge, Edwards did not present her evidence. NONE THE LESS MCLEMORE LOSE HIS SOURCE OF FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE, NEGATIVE COMMENTS WERE MANY ON THE ANYTHING GOES PAGE, THESE COMMENTS WERE LIKE " WHY DOES SOMEONE RUN HIM HOU OF TOWN" and 'I HOPE SOMEONE PULLS YOU FROM YOUR CAR AND THEY FIND YOUR BLOODYY BODY IN A DITCH WITH UNAUTHORIZED PICTURE", another "MY FATHER L(A RETIRED DEPUTY SHERIFF) LIKES TO BEAT UP PEOPLE LIKE YOU". This same person and maybe other continue to send threats or implied threats to him" We are now going into 10 weeks post 8/22 and McLemore no longer goes out at night and is not looking for another employment which in itself is unusual in that he has only held local delivery position since he was 16 year old, He never went more than week between his 3 employments in that period. And he will not discuss why he will leave the house at night. --going back in time, after the 8/22 telephone call to McLemore's employer, a significant amount of fakebook chat about the situation pre- 8/22 up through 8/25 +/- a day existed. No administrator on the Anything Goes Facebook site will acknowledge deleating pages of chat., etc. On 8/25, I was blocked off the facebook site. When I was able to log -in, all public site posting were block to me and others. NOW-Now, some are acknowledging that allegations were not true.! I RECOMMEND FACEBOOK CORPORATE MANAGERS TERMINATEE BOTH FACEBOOK SITES AND TO PERMANENTLY BAND/BLOCK THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE. ALL IN WINDHAM, mAINE. KIMBERLY MACKAYE, ...JONATHON PRIEST, ... AARON PIEPER, ... ASHLEY GALLANT, ...JOSEPH GALLANT-HAZEN ROAD, WINDHAM, ME.- HER FATHER REFERRED TO BY OTHERS AS THE 8/22 CALLER, ...COURTNEY EDWARDS, MARC EDWARDS.

Some of these people are the ones that lied about or at least stretched the story beyond truth and are now beginning to admit it. Pieper was and is an administrator who allowed the stores and was part of the spread of the unsupported stories. Pleasetake action against this group of vipors. My you nev have children with mental defect nor be 80 years old and have it affect your mental healthlike it is affecting my wife and I.

I have been hacked on facebook twice now in less than two months. I followed all of facebooks prompts and sent them a copy of my ID AND, the email associated with my account is the same one that I've always had. Regardless, when I follow their useless prompts they're sending the codes to the hackers email account. It's literally the only email they have on their 'recover account' page or whatever and regardless how many times I have messaged them about this, they still only have the hackers email there. (It's insane.) They know this. presently a hacker is extorting my friends, minus the ones I talk to in real life, they have had at least 12 reports from my other friends that my account is hacked but, they're letting it happen anyway. This has not been going on (this time) for two weeks. Each time I get hacked, it's immediately after I post a peer reviewed paper or empirical evidence against the current narrative, whether it be AGW related or Covid related. There is not a chance they are not complicit in this. How can they create an algorithm which can find anything true, anything peer reviewed or empirical and then slap a 'false-fact check' on it but cannot tell which email account I have used and somehow ignore numerous reports from others on FB that I am hacked.

There's hundreds of facebook pages dedicated solely to the sell of dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, exotics, etc.. which according to their own rules is not allowed and in some countries even ilegal. When you report this they do NOTHING and allow them to keep operating as normal. Sellers in this pages are aware of the filters and close deals using inbox but post openly on the platform and reporting each post or reporting the entire page is the same thing, they don't find anything wrong! Oh but they didn't allow my ad to sell a dog kennel (without any dog inside). This is ridiculous coming from a multimillion company, they are criminals for allowing this to happen in their watch.

I am about done with with Facebook and have deactivated my account for the next several days until I decide if I will delete my account permantly or come back. The first time I called someone a POS they flagged it as bullying and banned me for 24 hrs. Today I commented in a private group about some men being pigs. I get a message from facebook stating that they have flagged my comment and will review it. The next thing I know I get a message from FB saying I breached their terms and I get another ban of 3 days and that it's considered hate speech. I wasn't even bullying anyone and I don't consider men are pigs hate speech facebook has really overstepped here. It's an automated system picking up everything everyone says and it's harrassment as far as I am concerned. I want something done about this someone will come up with a better social media platform and FB will go under because of this. Oh I will also mention someone called a girl a racial name I reported it and it doesn't go against Community standards but this does makes no sense. I want my account unblocked they are violating my rights and from I am reading on here a lot of others rights to. I have seen a lot worse report it and nothing gets done with sad that people that make innocent remarks are getting banned for stupid stuff. I have 3 days to decide but I am about done with FB there is no reason for this something needs to be done about this it's getting out of hand and I will end it here

I have been blocked twice my facebook. One post was about removing a device boot from an airplane. It was found offensive to them and against their standards. The other was a comment about a corporation crushing a business owner. The business owner was the only name involved in the company that was crushed was the only name involved. I now cannot access an account I cannot go into complain about Facebook's implementing the block against me. Yet they will allow terrorist groups on their sites recruiting members. The only thing that may have been offensive was a background screen that they had put on there site to be used.

I commented on a Matt Walsh Post which is still up by the way, My comment was the words

"Free Kyle"
and my account is once again restricted for 30 days.

I don't understand how that comment goes against community standards.

I am locked out of my Facebook account and have tried every method to recover it. I believe my account was hacked and or has been disabled by FACEBOOK. I have tried every recover method only to get error messages from Facebook. I also no longer have access to the email address and or cell phone number I signed up originally with. I have even tried submitting my drivers license to verify my ID, and I am still getting error messages

My 55 year old brother, Keith DiLuzio and his wife (Rebecca Babo DiLuzio) recently both died on 9/26/21 due to a fentanyl overdose. My brother, Keith and his wife (she was a nurse) have a long history of addiction and alcohol/drug abuse. On 11/4/21 my 21 year-old nephew (Kyle DiLuzio) and his 21 year-old girlfriend (Aubrey Balzer) impersonated my dead brother, Keith and posted a horrible post on my sister, Vicky DiLuzio's FB Page. My nephew and his girlfriend are angry because my nephew is not included in my deceased father's Last Will (his grandfather). So they are impersonating my dead brother, Keith DiLuzio and posted a hateful post on my sister's FB page. They do not want to face the reality that my brother and his wife both were alcoholics/drug addicts, which resulted in their death along with another female woman in a hotel room in Jacksonville, FL. They are censoring my dead brother, Keith's FB Page. For example, my sister Vicky DiLuzio and I posted Keith's eulogy on his FB Page and they deleted the eulogy (written by me and my 85 year-0old mother) and any note written by me or my sister, Vicky DiLuzio. Keith married a second cousin, so Rebecca's father is my father's cousin. Censorship and prohibiting free speech of family members is appalling. On the 21st October my Facebook Account showed a video that I can't play, saying it breached their Common Standards regulations? I didn't post anything on that date, can't view it to see what it is as the link is broken, the Continue button is broken and I can't get into the account to view my account violations or appeal! I am a married mother of two without a speeding ticket to my name, and all my memories are on this account. I am distraught.

I am an administrator with 2 groups in Georgia. Lake Sinclair and Lake Sinclair Post All. We had a member on our PA group that would not follow rules and was very rude and nasty to other members as well as the admins. When he was blocked from the groups he started his own site and called it " New Lake Sinclair Post All.

This is his introduction: "This group was created for any Post in Lake Sinclair area ...Not to be bias by Cindy Svec Admin of other Post All Group ..
No selling Guns, Drugs, or Pornagraphic Material because that violates Facebook policies ..

This is highly inappropriate and should not be allowed by FB. This man was removed due to not following the rules of our site and I believe is in violation of your community standards, The person mentioned above, Cindy Svec, tried to get this taken down several years ago but apparently was not successful. I just saw the introduction yesterday and was appalled that FB would allow this to remain on the site. Ms. Svec was the creator of the Post All site and also a FB Power Admin and does not deserve to be slandered, bullied or publicly abused by the admin and founder of the new group. This has been allowed to stay up since 2017. Please remove the introduction from the group that has it pinned. Ms. Svec has since moved from the area and no longer admin on the original site but was an excellent and fair administrator. Thank you. I look forward to hearing from you.
