A friend had her account hacked. The person that hacked it posted a fake story that “she” was selling things for her brother-in-law/Aunt (two separate posts). They were able to get money from friends and family. Many tried to report the issue, including the person it happened to. Facebook refused to take the account down or the post because “it did go against community guidelines”. And anyone that reported the issue was removed from seeing the account.

My Instagram creator account (@eternal.abhii) was disabled on December 13, 2024, with the reason given as "Page Integrity." I strongly believe this may have been an automated error or misunderstanding, as I have always tried to follow Instagram's community guidelines sincerely. This account is very important to me as it represents my digital identity, creative portfolio, and my growing community as a creator. It has taken me years to build my audience, and losing access to it hasimpacted my engagement, collaborations, and potential income opportunities. I respectfully request that my case be manually reviewed, and if any violations occurred unintentionally, I am ready to correct them. My Facebook account was closed without any reason. I believe this decision was made by mistake. I have already provided all the necessary information, including identity verification, but I have only received automated responses. I have not been given a clear explanation and no human review has been done.

The log in process on my cel phone is not good anymore. I get too many notifications about who's logging in. The codes to my account sent by email never work and there's some foreign guy on my page that isn't me. I never changed my password. The app is awesome but like many apps it wants to constantly update. I can't believe it. I need the codes to work and it not to be that difficult to use. Figure out who's who. Some [censored] is on my page.

I am facing a critical issue with my Facebook account and page, which have been blocked without any option for recovery. Despite trying all possible solutions through Meta/Facebook support, I have received no resolution or response. Additionally, the Grievance Officer has not addressed my concerns or provided any assistance. No response from any support is provided since last couple of. Month. Hi Complaints Board, I'm writing to report a problem with my Facebook account my All & Suggestions Button is still missing I have tried different troubleshooting methods and nothing is working properly I tried rebooting I tried logging in and logging out I think it started when Facebook reinstated my friends list on February 19th because I haven't had any issues like this before and even on my mother's computer I checked Facebook on there and the All button shows on there I don't know what happen to cause this problem Could you please investigate this issue and take necessary action to have it resolved and restored

Hi Complaint Board, I'm experiencing an issue with my friends list on Facebook and not being able to send friend request my friends list disappeared on February 14th and it has been 3 days now and still no progress. My account was hacked around May 21, 2024 by some unknown account from Instagram.

My account was suspended and I can't log into it. Because it was attached to a random Instagram account I don't have access to, I can't do any of the online help, appeal issues.

I have emailed [protected]@facebook.com which is the last resort option I found.

I tried attaching a jpeg file, but it didn't let me. The screenshot is from Facebook and says, "Your account was suspended because your Instagram account bui_quynhtien26316219 doesn't follow our rules."
