Dear Complaints Board, I'm writing to report a problem with my account I have lost my Facebook friends list again and I gave them permission to upload my contacts to my account I have had my Facebook friends list since the middle part of January and now it disappeared this morning we lost power yesterday because of a winter storm I don't know if that effected my friends list but is there a way you can fix the problem and get it back up for me I would appreciate it very much thank you for your time and efforts Amy Maxey

Dear Complaint Board, I am having issues with getting login alerts everytime I reinstall my Facebook app it gives me the message saying I am using a device that is unrecognizable and I have been using the same device for 4 years now I haven't had this issue before until now one time I had to reset my password but that was a long time ago and also when I change my password I can't save my password on my Messenger account and I had report it to Messenger about it is there a way you can fix the problem and get it resolved

Dear Complaints Board, I am writing to you all about my ongoing problem with my Facebook account I am still having trouble with not being able to send friend request and also I gave permission for Facebook to update my contacts and to put them on my list and the Notifications button keeps going in and out and I saw a message saying Facebook is doing something to update there system and I am frustrated with the way Facebook has changed things I can't find anything that I used to have my username is m. me/ amy. maxey.73 and I am having trouble with not being able to forward my message on Messenger is there a way you can rectify the issue and get back to normal I would greatly appreciate any update or guidance on the status of my issue Thank you Amy Maxey

Hi Complaints Board, I am writing to you all about my Facebook problem I am still having trouble with not being able to send friend request and also not being able to see my Facebook profile friends numbers list and also I have been without my Friends List since November 20th and now it's almost November 26th and friends profile list has been on my mother's computer and she has Lenovo computer I have been finding my friends list in the See All section and the profile friends list is there a way you can straightened this out so I can see my friends list visibilty numbers and the list where I can add or remove also I am temporary blocked since yesterday and also the Friends list is not showing on my Messenger account is there a way you can make them appear like the others were thank you for your time and efforts

My account was hacked around May 21, 2024 by some unknown account from Instagram.

My account was suspended and I can't log into it. Because it was attached to a random Instagram account I don't have access to, I can't do any of the online help, appeal issues.

I have emailed [protected]@facebook.com which is the last resort option I found.

I tried attaching a jpeg file, but it didn't let me. The screenshot is from Facebook and says, "Your account was suspended because your Instagram account bui_quynhtien26316219 doesn't follow our rules."

I am writing about the problem I am having with Facebook I have lost my friends profile number list and I have tried everything and then I got a letter from Pissed Consumer saying how they are sorry for my problem and I sent them 4 messages and I didn't hear anything back from them this has been going on since Sept27 I did get it back on Oct 4 and then I lost it again on Oct 11th and it is Oct 25th it has been 14 days I deserve to have my problem fix and restored permanently if it was somebody else they would help them out why won't don't they do that for me I feel discriminated and betrayed they say your voice matters we are here to solve your problem that is a lie they haven't done anything to resolve the matter I am getting fed up with it can you help me with this and try to resolve the matter thank you Amy Maxey

I have been trying to recover my Facebook account. My profile is as follows:
https://www.facebook.com/Melody.Reeves1973. I normally do not have to log in to my account from my devices as I am already logged in on my phone app as well as my personal computer. About a week or so ago, I was going on my Facebook account, but when I tried to open my Facebook app on my Android phone, I received a weird message, stating that my account had been suspended and was under review.

I have no idea why this would have occurred. I very rarely post anything, and when I do, it's usually an inspirational quote I reposted, or pictures I post of family and friends at get togethers, etc. I have never posted anything that would be in violation of any Facebook rules and regulations concerning appropriate content and/or bad behavior or bullying/threatening other members.

My activities on Facebook almost all the time is to scroll through some of the inspirational/spiritual posts - things about positivity and quotes about my personality, or quotes that speak about being strong through hard time and/or quotes about how I'm worthy - over 90% of my activity entails this type activity, scrolling for quotes I like, or funny videos, etc.

I have discovered that my Facebook account appears to be somehow linked to my ex-boyfriend's accounts. He has two that I can see. His accounts come up on my list of accounts, but I do not have any ties with my ex and haven't even spoken to him in over 2 years. He is unfortunately addicted to drugs and alcohol and has gotten involved in some porn activity. He even sent a text to me with an extremely inappropriate photo of a woman showing her girl parts. It was extremely offensive, well raunchy is a better way to put it. I blocked his new cell number, which appears to change often due to his situation and inability to keep a job. I don't mean to tell you guys about my unfortunate ex. I am bringing his accounts to your attention as I am pretty sure my account is somehow linked with his. I tried to remove the 2 accounts I saw, but they keep popping back up in the list of accounts linked to me and accessible for me to log into.

I absolutely do not want his accounts linked or associated to mine in any way for any reason. I would assume that he may have posted some inappropriate pornographic photo or engaged in some sort of activity on his Facebook account that prompted my account being suspended due to whatever he may have done that was against Facebook rules of conduct. I'm actually certain of it based on some of the inappropriate text messages he has periodically sent to me each time he changes his phone number before I have had an opportunity to block him from the new number. I have even gone so far as to enroll in Verizon Call Filter to assist me blocking calls from unwanted callers, and/or spam/robo callers to ensure I am doing everything I can do to keep my personal data, etc. secure.

I work for an IT company, so it is imperative that all devices I use are secure. I even have NordLayer on my phone and work computer. My company enforces 2FA for all business applications, and they require me to have a special pin to even log on to my own cell phone since some of my work applications are downloaded to my phone - like my Outlook, our IT support and documentation application, as well as other sensitive/confidential information - not only my information, but client information as well.

So, as you can probably imagine, I have to be extremely vigilant and proactive with security - including specific security training my company requires us to complete via KnowB4. They even send test phishing emails, etc. to employees to test our security knowledge and practices. Are we following protocol and not clicking on suspicious links or opening suspicious emails, etc. that could potentially expose my personal security information, but could also allow a hacker to gain access to company information and/or our client's information. We have a large number of law firm clients, so it is absolutely necessary that I be vigilant in ensuring my devices are secure.

I need assistance having a Facebook representative look into my login issues and confirm whether it is due to the suspension I saw the message about a week or so ago. I have been trying to recover my account since, including trying to submit a report of my account possibly getting hacked - which I believe is due to the link between my account and my ex-boyfriend's two accounts. His name is David Collins.

I tried to list a Rollator on Facebook Marketplace (walker with wheels), but the system keeps erroneously flagging it and saying it cannot be sold on Facebook Marketplace and that my account is in jeopardy of suspension.

There are hundreds, if not thousands of rollators/walkers on Marketplace (see attached screenshots). Why am I not allowed to sell one when everybody else is?

Nicole George has literally put all over social media and Facebook that our family took from her. We did not steal anything from her. She had wedding items in a box that she said that we could take and then she posted we stold from her. We want this behavior to stop. We told her we would pay and or bring back item and she blocked us.

I have been barred from Marketplace over something I did not do. I need it for my business please. I have asked for multiple revues and nothing. All I was told is that I posted a coupon. I DID NOT! I feel this is so wrong and it has cost me a lot of money. Please fix this issue.

I am considering getting a Lawyer involved to get back my losses.

On July 19, 2024 at approximately 1:15pm, I was notified by Facebook that an unusual login was attempted from a device or location I don't usually use. I pressed the "NO" button and was redirected to change my password. The password link stated that my Facebook account was to new to change the password.

I attempted to log in to Facebook a few minutes later and was met with a message that my account was suspended. The reasoning is that my linked Instagram account, (duongminhtriet92114) doesn't follow their rules. That I am able to appeal for the following 180 days by logging onto said account.

However, this Instagram account is not mine and does not exist. It appears that my account was hacked. There is no way to speak to a representative or even a place to dispute and now I do not have access to my personal or business accounts with Facebook causing me to lose revenue.
