Facebook I am making a complaint regarding possible pictures and videos put on certain individuals' facebook pages.

Hi, my name is Dana C. Ayers. I am an up and coming entrepreneur and I, along with my legal support, am trying to perform damage control regarding my past. I may have been taped in the act of sexual intercourse or and sexual acts. I am an unofficial advocate for my community, which is now Bedford Stuyvesant (formerly Ocean Hill, Brownsville). These individuals that I helped to go to work, get their kids in schools, fed, clothed them, etc. with my own money have been in cahoots with me after I helped them get on their feet. Please advise. They have stolen everything and anything they wanted to take from me. My mother is a guilty party because they are using her to get to me. This is a situation the FTC is watching along with NYPD and the Feds because my family also have ties to the Vatican. My cell number is [protected]. They have just hijacked my emails for my home-based business. My cell is on 24 hours. Thank you. I am disabled and have been since 1996. This is people, who know me now. They have called my contacts and am trying to prevent me from making money for myself. These are violent offenders. This fraud has been going on since July of 2014 till now. I will be moving out. This is a personal situation. They're in all of my technology. I have been in and out of the hospital due to this. It's so serious that I may have to be escorted out of this neighborhood for my safety. They have tried to destroy my image w/o a cause.

Facebook fraud

Kindly note that in November 2018 I got Peugeot car from Iraq/ Kurdistan regin dealer and the company facebook attached.

and I have 3 years contract warranty still valid till November 2021.
my car is showing an engine fault warning sign and it is not working properly.

Peugeot service center refuses to chek the car first and after two weeks of communications, they checked the car with no results.

I have been informed that they do not know how to handle Peugeot cars and I need to find the issue somewhere else.

kindly note it been two months my car is not working properly with warning signs and there is no other dealer in this region.

I need solutions

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Facebook calligraphy

I presented Mrs. Maurer with a pair of Schyluer ESV Bibles, hand stitched in goatskin and hand bound (Full sized valued at $200, and a personal sized valued at $185, totaled at $385, plus tax totaling $408).

I discussed the job: inscriptions inside the two bibles with identical scriptural quotes, a prayer, and to fill out the presentation page.

Ms. Maurer accepted the job and asked if I wished to have a draft sent prior to her working on the bibles, I indicated "yes". We worked out the draft (after several back and forth conversations via phone) and she proceeded to work on the bibles. When I received the bibles on 7/25/19, the personal sized Schyluer bible had an ink stain on the gilded page, on the interior back cover of the leather, and on the back cover of the bible. The prayer I asked to have her inscribed was crooked. The full sized Schyluer bible had a gold ink stain on the back cover, and the presentation page had a smear of ink on it. Overall, the calligraphy was sub-par for the $100 I paid for the work. The calligraphy was inconsistent, meaning more specifically, the lettering was light and dark in various spots.

I am not an expert in this field, but had a different calligrapher inscriber three (3) of my personal bibles. The cost of the work was 1/3 the cost of Mrs. Maurer's and the lettering was flawless and consistent.

When I emailed Ms. Maurer with my complaints on 7/25, she did not reply and did not even have the professional courtesy to call and say she had made an error. Her work was sloppy and inconsistent with any ethical standards and she refused to reimbursement for the cost of the bibles. She replied via email she would "try and fix the work" and "refund me for the $120" I paid for labor and shipping. This is not sufficient. I would not recommend her work to anyone for any project.

On July 26, 2019, I called her number only to have her husband answer the phone and he threatened lawsuits (for slander) should I exercise my First Amendment Right to share my experience and report the damages to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office as well as the Better Business Bureau.

I am OUTRAGED that this so called "professional" refuses to take accountability for her errors. I have had my own personal ESV Reformation Study Bibles inscribed by a local calligrapher who did outstanding work and can compare her work with Carol Maurer's. I have had to re-order two new Schyluer bibles (a full sized and personal sized) valued at $408 and I am out the $100 cost for Mrs. Maurer to do the work and the prepaid $20 in FedEx ground shipping I sent to her via USPS money order.

The correct course of action was to either fix the bibles to "like new" condition or replace them and re-do the work. She did neither.

I expect that something be done to ensure that this does not happen to another individual seeking to have a precious book, bible, or other related calligraphy worked completed by this unethical individual.

As of 9/3/19, merchant refunded me for "services" provided along with shipping I paid, but DID NOT refund me for the $428 in destroyed bibles.

Furthermore, this "merchant" is having people go on yelp and write positive reviews to offset any negative reviews. These are people personally or professional affiliated with this business.

If you make a mistake, own up to it and replace the items. DO NOT trust your valuable documents, or any calligraphy with this merchant.

Note photos: crooked inscription, ink stains on gold gilding, ink stains on goatskin leather covers.

This "merchant" has as of 8/26/19:

1. Claimed their attorney contacted me to resolve this issue-FALSE

2. Claimed they refunded me $100 for services-FALSE

3. Upon recent complaint filed with the BBB, this merchant has tried to claim "they are no longer in business" to offset my factual review of their horrible service, destruction of personal property, and theft of my $100 for services not rendered

4. Had Amy C. (other review listed) --who is affiliated with this merchant-- write a positive review.

Do not trust your important documents, books or calligraphy with this merchant, when she makes a mistake, she will take your money and run.

As an update, Carol reached out to me to offer a refund for her services ONLY $100), but not to replace the bibles. She claims that the ink isn't ink at all and that the bible is "fixable". #1 I am not satisfied with the job she did, so the bibles would have to be replaced regardless, #2 I do not trust this woman and #3 I am on a timetable to re order the bibles, get them to me, and find a new calligrapher to do the job in time for my anniversary. I'm not handing my wife a "fixable" bible, I'm giving her an heirloom piece that will be passed down to our children someday.

In an extremely condescending email, after I asked how she proposed to fix the bibles, she said "what concern is it to you how I do it?..." and then went on to ask if I had "training in mediums and 30 years of experience as a calligrapher...". I'm no calligrapher, but I know when a job is shoddy and rushed and if she has 30 years of experience and failed to check what she back to me, I'm not impressed.

My $3, 800.00 paint job here's the story : After paying Tyler Micheal James Zimmer --Tyler's Paint, Stucco and More--- $3, 850.00 to have the following work done --- See estimate below---

Good morning guys, just touching base and sending a breakdown of the estimate. For materials, i use my own brushes, paint trays ect. so i don't charge for any of those. also I don't add anything extra to what a charge for paints or materials, the price i pay is what a charge my customers.
Estimated Materials
Paint- 13 Gallons, 8 for walls, 5 for ceilings (two coats) = $650
6-10 Rolls of blue tape (taping off all wood) = $60
3 Plastic rolls, Tape for repairs, Patch for repairs, paint rollers = $90
Total= $800
Labor Cost
Taping off all wood and trimcrown
Ceiling and wall repairs multiple rooms
Wallpaper removal multiple rooms
Window trim repair ( two windows )
Ceiling fan removalinstallation
Hardwood stairs + Landing installation
Painting of all walls and ceilings (two coats)
Disposal of all garbage
8 full days myself with 3 days another person coming in with me for the day ( 11 man days )
*possible half day on 9th day
Total = $2725
Full Estimated Cost
Materials+Labor= $3525*

I now have to hire someone to come in and FIX everything that was supposed to be done correctly, not only that but what was included in the estimate was NOT ALL Done !
Every time I mentioned a problem Tyler's retort was "your ceiling is curved" "Your walls are not straight" "you are seeing shadows" "If I stopped to fix everything I'd be here for a week just doing that" and far more. Such as "I know where the fixes are without being told"
Prior to commencing the job Tyler was all "I can do that, I can fix that"
When it actually came time to do "that" he did NOT do it.
Tyler's quote on the job was for an additional man for 3 days…. An additional man was there for 2 hours not 3 days!
The additional man "Dan" did the landing the stairs were NOT touched at all.
Tyler did remove the ceiling fan and hang the new light fixture, which should have been hung higher, which now has to have 3 links removed and re-hung properly! Tyler did come to the house to do some fixes, he had not showered for days, I was so sick from him being near me, I may not hear well but my sense of smell is ACUTE. He wanted $200.00 more to fix a crack he initially said "I can fix that, I can do that" I said NO.
I have emailed Tyler my Husband has left Tyler voicemail and I have messaged Tyler on Facebook more than once. I did warn him that I would take this to Social media as he bragged about how his Derogatory comments led a client to pay up promptly. Tyler was paid in full actually in excess of the job quote as he stated he had to buy an additional $300.00 worth of paint.
Five gallons of paint Beher at home depot are $110.00 a pail $45.00 a gallon do the math . Photos are attached and not every thing has been photographed

Spent $90.00 buying 28 beautiful solar lights on facebook. I received 3 and they said that they had a policy that they could only give 30% back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. READ THE BELOW COMMENTS.

Back in May I ordered "New-Upgraded Artificial Lily Solar Garden Stake Lights (2 Packs of 8 Lilies) × 1"
I only received the +1, so I asked for the rest of my order.
I was told there was 'warehouse problems', the offered a 30% then a 35% refund. I asked for a FULL refund.
I was then offered a $11.89 refund - take it or leave it attitude.

I have made a formal complaint.

THIS COMPANY IS A CON.

I had the same experience. Since I paid through paypal I was able to get my money back. I made a complaint to Facebook but never heard from them. Do you think we need to call headquarters in California?

Facebook new facebook rule to not allow pets giveaway or sale on page anymore

On our local sellers page we are no longer able to put up free kittens or dogs without the ad being removed. When did this happen and why is it a rule. We are a small town and depend on this media to help with lost animals or to help locate home for dog and cat litters. Is there anything we can do to change this? We have a large population of unwanted animals and this rule is going to add to this problem in our town of Dalhart, Texas.

Facebook two orders I paid for in may and still have not received

I placed two orders, #13283 and #13248, with advertisers on Facebook (Gimmegimme) and paid for them in May. They are the Playmate Giant Inflatable Land Wheels. I still have not received them. I get canned messages that my items have been back ordered. As the items were gifts I cancelled the orders when they could not arrive on time. Gimmegimme refused to cancel or refund my money. They sent me tracking numbers that do not work. Its been two months and they will not respond to me personally as I have requested. I just keep getting canned emails saying my order is on its way. It is still not here. I want my money refunded and them off Facebook when they no longer have these items and cannot treat their customers fairly. I no longer want these items as they were birthday gifts for my grandchildren who never got them.

Gimmegimme is taking money for items they do not have and cannot make available in a timely manner. They continue to take orders they cannot fill.

Facebook deleted by account

it appears they don't want the "Art" pictures of the first lady, the nudes of her with another female or the plane and chains pictures of her Golden Year made public. although I found them on Facebook to begin with, and they have been public for years, FB objects, or their republican censors object . I had my sister post them and she was suspended, had my roommate post and she was suspended.

So it appears that the highly moral FB is making the moral judgment of American Standards, it appears they sense shame of their First Lady's breast and other Einstein qualities .

So thank you FB for the Moral standards of your immoral company, God Bless your First Lady and her naked body . Frozen and preserved for school children to enjoy in future generations, what would we do with your WHITE Moral JUDGEMENT . Make America Great and pass me the fotos of my naked first lady ?

Facebook latest mtn goat newsletter

This person (aka Mtn Goat) is educating the public about the current status of the revaluation of the Iraqi dinar. In other words, she reports on currency trading and Forex in regards to Iraq.

She periodically posts information about representatives in congress. She has reported accurately and appropriately, yet FB is actively censoring her posts. It isn't as though she is writing to the general public. Those who follow her have signed up to read what she is posting. FB's tyrannical control has got to STOP. This occurred again today (July 11, 2019).

Facebook hacked

My Facebook account was hacked. No knowledge it happened until it was done. No way to get a hold of Facebook. No number or support unless I can login. I went to my games to complain and got auto responses. This is a nightmare. The hacker is going through my whole contact list posing as me trying to get money. Have contacted the media and they are very interested.

Facebook account hacked. Can't sign into games. Can I recover my king account? King should have a way to login without Facebook . I can't login to Facebook and the result is I lost games? I need help recovering my games. Disappointed Facebook is only way to games. I can't even contact Facebook because I can't login. How does this happen? Facebook bad landlords - bad hostels

To whom it may concern:

I am former a tenant of the Boynton Beach locations of Bek's Club, Inc DBA Bek's Club Hostels. Bek's Club is currently running their company illegally in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Bek's Club Hostels illegally rents houses and then subleases them. The owners of Bek's Club are Nurbek Duishekeev and Magneli Castillo Duran Duishekeev. The Boynton Beach Bek's Club locations were at 205 SE 21 Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33435 and house next door. The City of Boynton Beach closed down the Boynton Beach locations because there were over 40 people living between the two houses. Bek's Club stuffed 4 to 8 people in each bedroom on bunk beds in unsanitary conditions. Furthermore, Bek's Club does major construction without permits and licenses. This includes electrical work, plumbing work and putting up walls to create more bedrooms. Bek's Club does not have permits and licenses. Bek's Club does not pay city taxes. Bek's Club does not pay county taxes. Bek's Club fails to collect sales taxes. Bek's Club was also shut down in Boca Raton and Pompano Beach for the same violations.

3 days before the city kicked everybody out Nurbek "Bek" Duishekeev made an announcement to myself and all the other tenants. He promised us that we had nothing to worry about with code enforment. Bek then collected $540 for one month of rent from myself. He then went on and collected thousands of dollars from my roommates. 3 days later we were all homeless. The fire department showed up at our door and said that we had one hour to get out and then the police and fire department shut off our electricity and water. We all became homeless.

Bek's Club is currently doing the same violations in their Miami and Fort Lauderdale locations:

The Company Bek's Club has the licenses, some tenants do not like to pay rent and make everything to avoid it, and try to harm the company. But, we still working to house people in need to put a roof under their heads which they could afford. GOD BLESS YOU.

Facebook social media and gaming services

Facebook stole money from me. I paid Facebook to use their gaming services. I enjoy playing several Las Vegas style games, like HEARTS OF VEGAS and THE WIZARD OF OZ. I also played MyVegas, a gambling game that provides free things and discounts and two-for-one dinners and more.
After paying Facebook, I was permanently banned and could not use the gaming service for which I paid. Facebook never told me why I was banned, but I assumed it was for my religious and political views.

I am a fan of a subscribers page and recently the owner of the page has been blocked from doing g lives and today blocked from using her page because of a silly reason. She travels NZ and gives everybody a chance to tell their story. Reason she was blocked was because a man she spoke to had a tattoo of a swastika on his face, done 17 yrs ago. Facebook lissh, co. ltd wigs

This company is a complete scam and rip off. I purchased 3 wigs for my elderly, sick mother. They sent me items I did not order but took my money. When I attempted to get an exchange/refund they had me jumping through hoops and in the end would only give me part of my money back. I am really disappointed and would never, never, never recommend. I ordered 3 blonde wigs and received 3 brown ones. To top it all off, they kept the other 50% of my money.. Nothing but aggravation and false advertising.

I got 2 more emails last night from them saying they would refund all my money but it would take up to 5 days to see it appear on my account. Remember I cancelled my order the same night I ordered the wig (which I never got) but they did charge my cc. Funny how that charge can appear right away on my cc but my refund will take up to 5 days.

I ordered this product through PayPal and paid $42.91 after seeing this advertised frequently on Facebook. What I received was no where near the color I ordered. The color is so off that I could not possibly think about wearing this unless for Halloween! I emailed my concerns and they sent me laborious instructions which included taken pictures of the wig and the packaging, which I carefully followed. Their response was to offer me a 20% refund and let me keep this worthless wig, or otherwise they advised me that it would cost me $20 to return the item to them for refund.
Looking at the product, I can't help but believe they never really intended to send me a product even close to what they were advertising. How convenient to send you garbage and then offer to refund 20%. That is sustainable for them, isn't it? Unscrupulous company.

I ordered a wig and cancelled my order right away as soon as I saw the bad reviews but they charged my credit card anyway. After multiple emails to them to cancel the order this is their response:
Even though, we still would like to provide you a 20% refund of the order which is 8.58USD refund to make you satisfied. Also, we could provide you a discount coupon which could be used in your next order, in this case, are you willing to keep this order?
Like I said I never got the damn wig and would never order from them again. I will never buy from an ad on FB again at least I won't until I check out all reviews on the internet.

I just received a LACE-FRONT Wig that I thought I had ordered (from the pic online). To my amazement, it was not a Lace-front but an OLD, WORN and SHEDDING. US customs should really get involved with this company called LISSH Co, Ltd. in China. I think it is a run-down garage OR run out of some smut-filled basement with non-English speaking beer drinking Asians preying on US Citizens (and making money). Lissh (aka LUNA Wigs) needs to be sued all across the board and the Chinese officials needs to be notified. This company Lissh needs to be shut down not only on Facebook but online as well and Paypal needs to drop their account with them all together.

I ordered a wig from them and got the wrong color. It was also full of glue and not even worthy to use for a Halloween costume! I complained to Pay Pal and got instructions to return it, but it was going to China and would have cost more to ship back than I paid for it. A total scam!

I’ve read other post and it is a scam something needs to be done about this company it needs to be taken off of Facebook I am a widowed 68-year-old woman I have a fixed income and they pray on women that are older because they know they lose their hair. Facebook mobility scooters

I am constantly seeing pop up adverts for various mobility scooters/tricycle at very low prices. Comments show these to be a scam but it appears that many are still losing money. As someone who is disabled and short of money it is very easy to see how people are tempted by the very tempting adverts.I
Surely Facebook has some type of filters to prevent this type of scam being promoted on the site.This is not a one off but something that appears in daily basis.

last week sent a message to the Facebook complaints centre via live chat and the facebook complaints centre said to me on the live chat saying to stop fake reporting because I wanted to get rid of a message sent from facebook that was still in my support box because it wasn't true and not acceptable and am so hurt and feel so humilated and embarrassed and was very inappropriate and have never fake reported anything on facebook and was wanting to remove a message eg may 22 in my support box and they said to wait 72 hours and the message was still in my supoort box and they also advised that the mssage was gone but wasn't and would love for this to be reviewed and would love an apology from the facebook complaints centre regards tania kostov, ����they sent it through live chat and was wondering if there is anything that can be done about this. also on may 22 received this message and was hoping for the message to be deleted and removed but is still there have reported this to facebook and nothing has been done from tania kostov its not true and unacceptableam sorry for the confusion would love for this to investigated please from tania kostov
