Overcharge and inadequate service.
On 1/12/22 at 7:38 pm I rook 2 propane tanks to Exxon station #4787552 in Newport Delaware. When Stephen who filled the tanks rang it up, I was charged $49.98. Woodruff, SC location blocks off their restrooms and posts a sign that says restrooms are not for public use. I was a paying customer and after seeing the sign walked outside and stopped the gas at less than 9 gallons. I left and went somewhere else. To not allow customers to use your restrooms is a deal breaker. I will make sure to go to any other option before going to Exxon again. This should not be allowed. Nice town and no reason for this other than bad customer service.
Desired outcome: They carry your name. Should be stopped.
Fake accounts
There have been 1, 500 persons entering this company without authority and creating fake accounts and supplying energy for these fake accounts unlawfully. l want these persons removed for execution. They have been making a huge disturbance everywhere this company has locations and through illegal use of computers. l would like to access the investor relations page of this company more easily.l would like remunerated in the hundreds of millions of dollars for my reporting this to you. l live temporarily in Cleveland, Ohio USA. Fuel
I just left the Exxon station at 5700 s Collins in Arlington, TX. I began pumping my fuel and set the handle to auto. My wife and I went inside to purchase some wine. After our transaction I came out and the fuel pump was still pumping. My tank was gushing out of the cap. When I finally got the pump stopped it had dispensed 24.5 gallons. I was driving a Lexus RX 350 that has a 17 gallon tank. We went back inside and the attendant argued with us that only 2 gallons of gas leaked out. We asked for a refund since the pump failed to stop dispensing when it was full. He only gave us $6 back, more importantly, I am quite certain that the pump was faulty for now recognizing the vacuum of the tank being full. At least 7.5 gallons leaked out in the concrete and he made no attempt to clean up or apologize.

$125.00 hold for gas purchase using credit card
On October 13, 2021, I purchased $29.01 unleaded gas at 4747 SILVER HILL RD, District Heights, Md 20747. I noticed a hold fee for $125.00 plus the $29.01 for gas. I called the 800 numbers every week to be told lies. 10 to 12 business days. They have passed. The hold is STILL THERE! NO one is giving me the person to call. I will be pursuing legal advice.

I have 251 rewards card in my email account on my phone. I tried to redeem the points. I was ignored by owners and cashier here.There address is 2706 Culebra Road, Star Stop 90.my recipe said balance 48 pts.I called 4 times to rewards phone number and was redirected several times to different complaints department then was cut off several times. Use of reward points
I have been trying to access by reward points for the last 3 weeks at the Exxon station Whitney Ave, in the Centerville section of Hamden, CT 06414.
Every time I have failed.
I tried using my last 4 digits of my cell phone since the instructions are not clear if the entire cell phone number is needed or not.
I've asked in the store and the clerk did not understand what I was asking. He told me I have the best card.
Exxon is 1 of the largest corporations in the world. This should be easier. Why can't the rewards be deducted from our monthly bill instead of getting the reward at the pump?
P.S I am a stock holder.
Desired outcome: Easy access to reward points. Use reward points on our monthly bill.

To Whom It May Concern,
On September 16, 2021, I pulled up to Exxon 6816 Reisterstown Rd Baltimore MD 21215 to fill up gas. The big sign at this location showed the regular cost of gas as $3.199 per gallon.
When I filled it up, I found out that I paid $3.259 and not $3.19. I approached the cashier to ask him why the sign showed $3.199 and I paid $3.259. He told me $3.199 per gallon was the cash price, even though the sign did not say "cash" anywhere to indicate that it is only the cash price.
Please refund my money as this is clearly false advertising and it is a crime.

Exxon Mobil's political action
I tried to email the board of directors on the public issues matter, but the message failed to go through.
It is with the utmost urgency that I encourage Exxon Mobil to take world wide leadership in acting in favor of Women's Reproductive Health and Pro Choice legislation with the choices it makes in political contributions, corporate image and community service. Prochoice advocates continue to be the largest percentage of the population on these issues, influencing investment choices and purchasing powers.
Do not wait for public animosity to take its toll on Exxon Mobil. Be proactive where ever you work and live, if not for all women world-wide. Exxon Mobil can exert great influence and leadership on any matter it chooses. Start today and keep building your corporation's efforts to secure Pro life laws and services for the betterment of all.
I await a response for Exxon Mobil's next directions, and I look forward to seeing it follow through with its intended actions.

I had a problem to start my vehicle at EXxon located in Md, at the corner of S. Westland and Frederick Av, Gaithersburg, Maryland. Today Saturday 09/14/2021 8:10 am The dependant is so aggressive and not understanding person, he yelled crazy at me knowing that my car was strand waiting for AAA to come, I refuse to believe that a guy like him could work in customer service. He is a danger for society ( imaging my daughter in this situation) no way to work in customer service! Very bad for Exxon not to check the mental health of this people.

Didn't receive all my gas.
On Sunday July 11th about 3:15 pm I paid for $30 for gas at your 800 28th street location in Wyoming Michigan and in my haste drove off before pumping. I came back 15 minutes later after running my other errand and was told someone else pumped $25 and all I had left was $5. The till should be off by $25 if the last person paid for gas. I talked to the employee that made the transaction and he remembered me but said he could not help me, but to come back in the morning. Exxon Mobil at 2915 Northlake, Lake Park, FL is charging more at the pump than the price advertised on the marquee when using a mobil gas card. They are charging the credit price when using a mobil gas card which is supposed to earn you the cash price. This is outright fraud. I brought it to the attention to the inside attendant and he said said he could do nothing about it. He advised me to call Mobil, but of course calling the number on the card gets you only to recordings with no way to reach an actual person.
Desired outcome: Quit the practice and refund the money to the customers you defrauded.
Service - smoking
Your employee is smoking right in front of the store. Right in front of the tanks for bbqs. It scares me enough that she's 8 feet from a gas pump as it is!

Credit Card
I called customer service to find out why my credit card did not work. I was told that you had no listing of my card in your databases. It had been deleted without any notification. I have been a customer since 1970. The only recourse I was given was to reapply for a new one. After being transferred to many different departments that "couldn't help me" and being disconnected three times and after being tied up on the phone for close to three hours, I finally got through to the right automated system. After answering a enormous number of questions, I was told to "wait and see" if I get approved. Doing business with Exxon Mobil is ridiculously difficult and I am seriously think twice if I want to do business with you. Also they asked me for my house address and not my mailing address. I do no receive any mail at my house. I have a PO Box which I was not asked for on the call. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would like to talk to a human at Exxon Mobil that knows what they are talking about.

Car Wash
Today March 20, 2021 I went to station 0053323 in Pembroke Pines, Florida to buy gas and a car wash.
When I finished with the gas the display asked me if I wanted a car wash. I marked yes and bought the deluxe for $7.99 plus tax of $0.56 for a total of $8.55.
When I proceeded to the car wash, it was close.
I went to the clerk to get my refund and I was told that I needed to contact my bank and get it resolved with them.
I find this to be pretty incredible when I was there and she knew that the car wash was not working.
The station should have adjusted the pump so it would not ask if you wanted a car wash.
I am going to get credit from my bank, but I will never visit this station again.
Desired outcome: That the station be sanction for using this practice which is not customer friendly and maybe fradualent.

This last year I had a big problem with your card. My points that I saved up for an almost a year that totaled about
$35.00 dollars were stolen somehow. When I went to cash the points I saved on each fill up in it registered zero points. I contacted Exxon rewards customer service dept. 4, and each time I spoke to someone who promised me they would look into the matter they told me they needed 12 days to investigate. The time went by and no one ever called me back. I called again and the customer service rep. Told me my points were used at a gas station I never went to. How could this happen? This had to be a mistake on your end! My card never left my wallet! It really sucks to be cheated out of my points after all the times of saving them! I want this corrected immediately! I'm tired of being jerked around every time I call your customer service department! It seems no one is interested in correcting this problem. You obviously have no security internally to make sure this can't happen. If nothing happens after this complaint I will start telling everyone I know and meet to never get your card and how I got ripped off and no one cared. Thank you.
