I booked 3 nights at the Best Western Plus, 1717 Embarcadero, Oakland CA and added Travel Insurance through Expedia. Originally the dates were Tuesday through Friday, (08/12/25 to 08/15/25), booked close to 2 weeks in advance. A couple of days later I wished to change it to Wednesday to Saturday, (08/13/25 to 08/16/25). Several phone calls later to various Expedia customer service numbers an agent said he could cancel the original dates in exchange for the new ones. Apparently he could not! I got billed on my credit card for both sets of dates as well as travel insurance for 4 nights instead of just 3 on new set. In total 7 nights travel insurance instead of just 3. Plz refund me the $30.
