I made flight reservations through Expedia on 10-17-23 at 1:23pm for four (4) tickets from Charlotte NC to Tampa FL on 12-09-23 and return Tampa to Charlotte on 12-10-23. The total cost was $318.88 which I paid with my Master card. I received an email ([protected]@bellsouth.net) showing the four (4) names and your itinerary Number [protected] and Spirit Airlines code of DCJ75Y. I also made a reservation for my other daughter Meredith Harris at the same time your itinerary #[protected] Frontier Airline code R9BRSI. for $57.96.

On 10-19-23 at 10am I notice the $57.96 charge on my Master Card but not the $318.88 charge so I called and spoke with Eva M. She advised me that my trip from Charlotte was still in hold status and I must pay an additional $268 to get the trip released. I did so but under duress Eva advised I could either cancel my trip from Charlotte or pay the extra $268. I had not choice but to pay.

I am asking Expedia to reimburse me the $268 since I did receive a confirmation email from you but did not receive anything advising the Charlotte trip was on hold. If I hadn't called you I would never have known the trip did not go to completion. I feel like this was an Expedia problem and not mine, Eva was not helpful at all and only insisted I could cancel or pay the extra money.

Please respond asap as I am out $268 that I should not have been charged. Thank you, Kathy Kinard [protected] (cell) or [protected] (home)

Desired outcome: Reimburse me $268 for Expedia error.
