I purchased an Aquaguard RO purifier for ₹27,540.50, and it started failing within a few months.
Despite multiple technician visits, repairs and replacement of parts, the problem kept recurring.
I also escalated the matter through NCH and Eureka Forbes' grievance team, but received no satisfactory resolution.
Eureka Forbes has now offered only a 2-month warranty extension and asked me to use the same repeatedly defective unit.
I have declined further repairs and requested a full refund.
Very disappointing product and service experience.
