Etsy review: Sellers account ~ customer service

2019 I set up a Etsy account for myself ONLY. I bought some printables items for my daughter. Then did NOT use the acct for several years. Recently, after making some updates I wanted to start selling on the platform and someone at Etsy helped me update everything so I could sell. There has NEVER been anyone on the account but me. I have NO idea WHO the other person is that appears as the Owner on my acct, (they aren't even in my state) WHEN their information was added as an owner or HOW their information got there as the owner. I am the SOLE owner of the account. My cell number is xxxx and that is the ONLY phone number associated with the account and it belongs to me. I have tried for over 2 weeks to get help and all I get is an endless AI loop of cookie cutter responses! I need an actual person reach out to me. At this point it is ridiculous as there is NO way for me to correct on my end alone! A human is going to have to help me! I sold some items I can not get paid for. MY credit card information is in there and I can't remove it! I can't close the account because some other SOB is fraudulently in there!
