I have a complaint. Almost 9 months ago, between August 19 and 21, I had a small accident that was not my fault and I brought the car in for repair. Your company rented a jeep for me, and when it was delivered to me, they said that you have to choose one of these two insurances, and I inevitably chose one of them, and after a week, they gave me the car and I returned the jeep from I reduced the amount of 94 dollars for insurance. When I said that I was unhappy about this, they said that we can return 20 dollars to you.

which I did not accept. And when I called icbc, they said that the insurance of my car that had an accident was automatically transferred and there was no need to re-insure and there was no additional cost. I again went to the Langley branch (the same branch that gave me the car) but they did not accept it. If the force that worked there told me that you have to choose one of these two insurances and you have no other choice. Now I want to file a complaint and get back the money that was forced from me. Please guide me
