eDreams Flight cancelled due to covid, no refund still after 18 months

Flights booked and paid for in 2019. Flights cancelled due to covid in 2020. Refunds requested and still waiting after 18 months.
7 calls and numerous emails but still no refund.
Each time I am lied to, told different lies, advised this is escalated, given a date for resolution which never happens.
All I want back is the money I paid for the flights.

I am still waiting for the refund after 11 months. They say refund is not received but airline said it’s paid back. British airways cancellation.

eDreams Scamming people

I am still waiting for my complaint from August 2021 to be resolved, see link below:

In summary, I paid eDreams for tickets to Brussels, and upon arrival at the airport, these tickets did not exist with the airline. Not only haven't I received reimbursement for these tickets but I also had to buy new tickets with an inflated price to be able to travel.

If this is not sorted in due time I will contact every single customer with an unresolved issue with eDreams and take legal action.

eDreams Product not received as I paid. Second bag that I paid was not included.

Via eDreams on August 29 i have bought a ticket, there i have also bought an additional bag (40 kg), so in total i bought the plane ticket with a bag 20 kg and an additional one 40kg. And for this ticket i have paid 285 EUR. However, when i went to the airport to check in, it seemed that the company eDreams, did not make the purchase of the second bag (for which i had already paid), therefore i was obliged to pay extra 15 EUR per each kg.

eDreams Horrible customer service and A traud

I Made a booking with Edreams and one of the flights has been cancelled by Airline company.
I asked Edreams for the refund, talked to them 5 times, hours inthe phone, sent many mails and nothing...they keep me on hold for hours.
I received the refund confirmation from the airline company and also spoke with them and they assured me that they have refunded to Edreams but Edreams didn't give me the refund.
I will never use this fraud company again and it is embarresing to find out that I have been cheated like this . just want my money back.

eDreams Bought tickets with flexible dates, but it's a SCAM

I've booked the tickets with flexible dates just in case that something happened, i would be able to change the date of the travel without any worries, that's why i paid the extra for that.
Now that i want to change the date of the booking, the website and the app told me that i can't do it online (even though that i tried doing that 2 weeks before the flight), the only way i could change the date was by contacting the phone support.

First of all, both premium and normal support are total garbage! There's no reason to pay for a premium since the support is the same...
By contacting the support they told us that the "flexible dates" guarantee is only when the airline company cancels the flight (what a joke), but if you go to their website this "version" doesn't even exist! It clearly states that flexible dates is for when you need to change the plane tickets by your own reasons!

Now we are waiting to see if we can at least get the money back because i doubt we will be able to change the travel dates...as their support is one of the worst I've seen online!
They contract 3rd parties that don't even speak clearly your own language.

eDreams is everything but not a dream, i will never buy from them again!

Desired outcome: At least get the money back, but knowing edreams...it sounds like a dream.

I have booked a flight but haven't received a conformation email and the therefore a booking reference number. My flight leaves today and I haven't been able to contact anyone at edreams - please reply ASAP

eDreams Air plane tickets

On sept 13 septI booked 2 ticketsfor Montreal Toronto's on the date of Oct 8 on air Canada flightat 8h30 et 2 tickest from Toronto on Montreal on the date of 10l on West Jet. At. 10h30
I don't recept a mail from air Canada bu the amount was paid trough dthe siteeDreams. What can I do?but I did from Porter with an additional fee for our seats. O news from Ir Canada. Is my ticket reserved. Stressful.

eDreams Stealing money geom my bank account

I cancelled my subscription to prime before the free month had passed but one month later edreams prime stole from my bank account 45 euros. 3 months, 2 hours on the phone and 1 reimbursement filled form later I still haven't received my money back. Every time I call I have to speak with 4 different people and explain the problem again in differente languages. Are you serious? I'm sure you're doing it on purpose.

eDreams They send me the wrong time of my flight and that resulted in missing international flight

On September 12 2021, I received an email about my flight info from Cuenca to Berlin saying
Flight IB7280 is flying at 12 Sep 17:35 Ecuador time.
According to this info I want to the airport 2 hours early, just to find out that the actual time is 15:52.
I couldn't chick in because it the gate was closed.
I called edreams and they didn't help me or book me another flight.
They offered only to refund the missing flight but that doesn't cover 10% of the cost of booking a new flight.
I asked them to book a new one but they refused to help me. And put the blame on Iberia.
I called Iberia and also airhelp, and they both said it's the responsibility of edreams to communicate the right time and date and can't do anything about it.

As a result I end up stuck in the airport without any help or support from edreams.

The worst part that they stopped responding to my chat, and not answering my calls.

It's a nightmare as I missed very important appointment and about to miss another extremely important on the 16th of September.

Desired outcome: Book new flight immediately or pay my the cost of a new flight.

eDreams Airline ticket refund.

Hi,

Booking Reference Number: [protected]

I booked a flight through eDreams on 8/25/21. I canceled my flight within 2 hours and I got an email from Frontier airlines the same day stating that my flight ticket has been canceled that my
refund was completed, but the money went back to eDreams.

I tried to contact eDreams, but I have been completely unable to get a hold of them so now they got my money back- and haven't proceeded to give me my refund.

They only allow me to speak with a robot. When I go to my booking, they don't even have the updated flight times shown that Frontier changed. They have no phone number and no email. I tried contacting them on Facebook but No response. I'm feeling VERY DISAPPOINTED with your customer service.

I hope someone will help me get my REFUND BACK. Attached are my booking and cancellations documents.

eDreams Prime Membership

Good afternoon, I bought a ticket using your website, apparently the "prime" option was selected by default, but I am not interested in membership. I have tried to disable the option in various ways and I can't find how. They have tried to charge me for membership, but it has been declined because I did not apply for that membership and I am not interested. Trying to remove my membership It has been a headache, impossible to do even following the steps they suggest. I am really upset about all this. I hope I do not receive any more attempts to charge for membership. Satay away fron Edreams or "Enightmare"

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

eDreams wrong tickets

eDreams could not issue tickets with connecting flight booked on the same ticket. Passengers transiting through Hong Kong (SAR China) must:
- have a connecting flight booked on the same ticket. Your ref. no. [protected]
That was on August 7th 2021. Have sent letters to Spain, Emails, have called several numbers, have chatted with bots and agents, all fruitless.

Why cannot eDreams just pay back my money? It is 100% there fault selling me tickets which are useless.

eDreams flight cancellation due to Covid 19

Had flight booked from Perth Western Australia to Hobart Tasmania Australia for 6th July Reference No [protected]
we had to cancel this booking due to Hobart Not allowing People from Western Australia in at the time as the Perth Peel region were in lock down.
I have contacted eDreams on 3 different occasions regarding the refund for these airfares and have heard nothing from them.
There were 5 airfares booked for this flight which consists $2097.11 Aus
We did not want to cancel these flights as we were travelling for our daughters wedding but when you can get a pass to enter the state you are going to we had no choice. When ever I phone it is made out like I have never contacted them before.

Desired outcome: I am requesting a refund of our fares

eDreams cancelled holiday flights

Description:
PNR Ticket: K227B3K ([protected]) Booked 13/3/21 - REFUND

I booked a flight from eDreams, I cancelled this on 3rd August, which has been confirmed by email from easyjet. I have been ringing for 3 weeks now, and each time I have been promised a call back to inform me of my refund, each time I called again I was told the same thing and have yet to receive a call from them. As of 1st Sept 2021.

Desired outcome: My £535.72 refunded immediately.

eDreams Unsubscrive emails

Good afternoon.
I've been receiving endless emails for new promotions from edreams, and there is simply no way to unsubscribe from them. I went to their site too get help, and the useless bot told me to unsubscribe in their email in the link. The problem is, there is no link to click and un-check all emails. I would like a solution as soon as possible, since i use my email for work, and the said emails overflow my inbox. My email is rui.pedro.[protected]@outlook.com.
Thank you for your help.
Ps: I want to unsubscribe from all promotional emails!

eDreams Airline Ticket

Booked an airline ticket for my daughter on June 12, 2021 cancelled flight 20 minutes later . The flight was refundable and had travel insurance, they accepted my cancellation paperwork and sent me an email stating they were processing. I called three times to them to follow on travel for July 27, 2021 - six weeks later. THEY NEVER PROCESSED OR REFUNDED. They claimed I was the one that did not cancel and lied about everything and stole my money. Stay away from this company as they are not honorable or trustworthy.

eDreams Airline refund

I am tired of providing information. I demand a callback on +[protected]. I am following up about my refund since January '21, should this case linger any longer i will gather all the people you've scammed and file a lawsuit. There's more than 100 people out there complaining about your company. I'm just willing to overlook your pathetic service if I receive my refund ASAP!

eDreams Flights rebooking

I had the first part of the flight delayed due to the flight 1 hour late than ruined the whole trip, changing journey from several hours a day to 24 hours without any help from tour operator to pay for overnight accomodation as a result.

It was impossible to sort anything out with the tour operator, who initially lied to us to go at night to the airport and contact the airline desks directly stating they work 24/7, only when we did nobody was there and nobody cared to help us, the next operator stated that ticket can be changed to some other one with another airline and gave the option except I had to fly first leg of the journey and try to sort it ( with luck maybe in the connecting airport ) when I checked the flight on the Skyscanner this was with another airline flight option so actually this was a total lie to get us off the back!

Only after my husband had to press for several hours to change the flight and eventually cancelled the tour operator became a little bit more cooperative but that took serious effort on our part!

But the amount of misinformation it took and lies to just get rid off the person in the COVID time where plans change quickly and tour operator representatives are passive aggressive on the phone most of the time. The eventual refund was issued hovewer it is 120 days to wait to receive it!

But that is not the full story I am currently changing the second leg of the journey and going through the same story again - currently the flexible British airways ticket is no longer flexible and nothing can be changed or cannot be cancelled.

On the first attempt to talk to the tour operator I was told to wait 72 hours which i did and when I called nothing was sorted only to have the whole process yet again and this is when I was told that its not possible to change the dates on a flexible ticket anymore and its not possible to cancel it either.

After leaving bad review on trust pilot i had some pointless emails from edreams that said dates i want are not available to rebook, on replying and requesting any dates in October i have received reply there are no dates in September! The next emails were advising to contact airline directly, when contacting airline directly they referred me back to edreams and said nothing can be sorted out by them. My flight is today.

A complete scam of the company. It is the worst experience I have had ever!

I am dealing with exceptionally stressful situation of the father critically ill with covid in hospital and this is making my travelling experience even more stressful!

Desired outcome: Get ticket changed to another date in October
