1- ECR charged us a partial payment for a car rental in the period 7 to 13/may/2024 in Scotland, pick up and drop off at Glasgow Airpot, with coverage for cancellation. But they have hidden until payment was done they were nothing else but a broker, acting on behalf of Green Motion car rental company.
2- ECR misinformed us, as they sold us a car rental with pick up and drop off at Glasgow Airport and now they say that pick up and drop off are in a different place and that we have to contact at arrival at the Airport (in both cases) a phone number with value added cost (at least for UK foreigners as is our case) dedicated to call the person in charge of car delivered. They even refuse to inform us about the distance this new pick up and drop off place is from the contracted place, ie Glasgow Airport.
3- Despite they have already charged us, ECR is denying us access to the most important and needed information regarding pick up, drop off places. They simple say, after having charged us, they have nothing to do with it. They even refuse to give us the right email address of Green Motion. ECR only gives us a phone number just to call somesone from Green Motion at arrival and departure times at the Airport.
4- I can not include the pdf documents I have to support my statements above, as pdf format is not included in the upload possibilties below.
Claimed loss: Violation of our customer legal rights and possibility to incurr in a loss in case we have to cancel and book to another company.
Desired outcome: 1- Complete and objetive answer to questions above by ECR or Green Motion. 2-If answer is insuitable cancel the booking with full refund of the 94,95 € paid to ECR; 3- Put formal complaint against ECR at the Supervising Authority
