They will comment back saying we are a fake account ect as they do on every negative comment , the only fake reviews are the good ones. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Serial Scammer
Like other people's experiences, Andrew Brown or Hassan, took £3200, promised us a car, didn't supply it and failed to give us a refund. He has 14 CCJ's totalling £75k as of June 2024. He gets away with this by writing fake reviews (amazing how many 5* ones only ever write one review!), especially look out for the ones taking about the guys, crew or team. The scam company is only him. Please do not give him any money, he's a serial scammer and liar. Please read the 1 star reviews on trust pilot and save yourself the nightmare. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Recommendation: AVOID AVOID AVOID
A copy of the credit report that I refer to confirming his CCJ's is attached.

🚩🚩🚩Trust Pilot has now officially flagged Classic Parade’s fake reviews. It’s a scam operation of Andrew Brown’s. If you see a review referring to the fleet, guys, crew or team you know it’s fake. He has no cars, staff, showroom or clue. All he has is a lot of debt and delusion. Avoid, avoid, avoid.🚩🚩🚩
It's a fake company they took our money, and they disappear. More than £ 4,000
Andrew Brown runs the scamming company Classic Parade Supercar Hire. He offers supercars for rental. Here is the con. At first he will sound very professional over the phone. Discussing your needs and passionate about the car you have chosen. He emails you an invoice for the rental to deposit money via bank transfer into a bank account. Part of this will be the cost of the hire the bulk will be the refundable deposit say £5, 000. You will send the money thinking you are booking a supercar for a special day. The day comes and the wrong car shows up. In some cases no car shows up at all. Penny drops and you realise you've been scammed. You complain and ask for a refund and Opps Andrew Brown now turns into scamming mode. He ignores your calls and emails. He threatens and black mails if you dare to leave a bad review online. He has stolen your money and you won't see it again.
He then desperately continues to posts fake articles and reviews about himself making out classic parade is legit. Clearly an insecure failed businessman. Andrew Brown has been to prison before for doing this. He's now back at it. You only need to google his name and his other scamming company Prestige Cars. I am shocked at how he is getting away with it. I've been a victim of his scamming ways. The police have been informed and Croydon police are already investigating him. I am not the only customer he has done this too. I'm trying to get together as many customers as I can to form a group and get this guy sent back to prison. I won't stop until I get my money back. If you've been a victim of his fraud please comment or message me directly.
Also keep an eye out for Andrews fake response to this complaint.
He won't get away with this.

Hire vehicle not supplied and no refund has been given
We hired a Lamborghini for my sons prom on the 28th June, we were told they would contact us 24 hours before with the arrangements to deliver the car, we had paid the full deposit and the cost of the hire 12 days before and thought everything was in place. On the 27th June we had not heard from Andrew Brown so my husband emailed him and he replied with there has been a supply issue and he won’t be able to supply the car, we then emailed back asking for a refund only to be told he was having issues with his bank and couldn’t process refunds at the moment. We started looking into this company only to find out that they are scammers. We have took legal advice and sent a letter before action and we have had no response and no refund to date
Claimed loss: £5650
Desired outcome: Refund of full amount

Still waiting for refund CP-11463
Payed for a Lamborghini Urus Hire for February 10, communication was going well with Andrew and in the day before the hire it was cancelled by Andrew, regarding an "issue with supply chain" I then asked if an alternative vehicle could be sent and he was unable to send an alternative. Eventually my bank details were requested for a refund but still no refund as of yet...
But since that time we have uncovered more information about Andre Brown, got a few photos, his social media (Instagram) and another address of another one of his business. Andrew Brown is a British born Nigerian. We have managed to track him down.
Still no reply to our emails, he doesn't understand the severity of the situation, im not like these other guys that will use police... This is Last week that we will wait for Andrew to issue the refund. After this week we will go looking for Andrew at the various addresses we have of him.
Claimed loss: £6100 Including £5000 Deposit£1100 1 day Rental Fee

Audi RS6 Rental
Three months have passed since I paid the invoice for the Audi RS6 I booked in November, and yet, I'm still without the car or a refund.
I've reached out to Andrew via email eight times, only getting back three replies. Each time, the issue was blamed on ongoing problems with their banking system.
After waiting for so long, I see no other choice but to share my complaint here, as trying to sort it out through emails hasn't led to any progress.
All I'm asking for now is a refund of the money owed to me, so we can finally put this matter to rest.
Claimed loss: £3,260
Desired outcome: I'm just looking for a full refund

Nonsense. I've got an email trail back and forth between me and Andrew. It's incredible this is still an unresolved situation for me and many many others. Anyone reading this, please do not believe the company responses. Alternatively, believe the company responses and lose 1000's of pounds. The choice is yours.

Refund
This horrid company has taken money from my brother and have failed to provide him with a car or refund him his money. My brother (Mohammed Atif) is owed £5000 by this company and has now been waiting for 3 months. If you look in the reviews you will see his name. Despite the company claiming this issue has been “resolved,” I can confirm this is not the case. My brother has had to issue legal proceedings to which this company have still failed to make a response. The lack of empathy shown is appalling. Stealing money from hard working people and failing altogether to respond to them. This is a clear pattern as you will see from the numerous 1 star google reviews and Tripadvisor reviews. The 5* reviews are mostly fake and unverified. I urge people to avoid this company like the plague as they will cause you nothing but financial and mental stress.

Car rental: no refund issued
Invoice:#CP-9772
I made a booking for 2 cars: one for 25 October 2023 and one for 27 October 2023 and received neither of the cars! I have had a disrespectful lack of communication considering I have paid in full and am owed money by this company. I was told on 24 October 2023 in the evening before I needed the car, that there was a problem and it had to be taken to the garage so the order could not be fulfilled. I have read other reviews on complaints board and google reviews and it seems like a pattern that this company will regularly adopt. The same thing happened in the late evening on the 26 October for the other car I hired, but this time they didn’t even bother to give a reason why the car wasn’t available and claimed that “teething issues” with the business has caused this. I have paid both the deposits and the fees for the car rentals and have had no confirmation or communication since I offered my bank details for the purpose of a refund. I have been emailing Andrew Brown regularly to no response and have still no confirmation the refund is in order. The lack of communication and professionalism when the company has not delivered what it has promised on, is outrageous! If you call their contact number they highlight how they have an average response time of 60 seconds along with all of their other “accolades”, yet I have had no confirmation of my refund in multiple days having had to constantly email Andrew Brown for no response! Complete lack of empathy, breach of trust, lack of communication, false promises and an awful company to have experienced doing business with! I am editing this review to further inform people I have not yet received any refund even though I was given word I would receive it immediately on the 26th October. To make matters worse I was told on the 2nd November that refunds will be issued within the hour and as of today I have not been refunded the money or heard back from the company. The toll it has taken on my mental health and the stress this whole debacle has given me is something that stresses me out every single day, and this company doesn’t even bother responding to my emails!
Claimed loss: £4900
Desired outcome: Refund

Hi mate, unlucky but he has been doing this for years, if you want to see what he looks like he has Instagram and youtube accounts where he brags at what cars he has (or not! LOL) See my post history for links.
He is just a sad conman without morals or empathy for the distress and anguish he causes with his illegal 'robbery'.
However, if you contact ActionFraud there is an open file on him that the police officer would love to complete! I can give you the officers name and email address if required.
Dear Ashley,
Thank you for leaving a review. Classic Parade has recently been a target of fake and malicious reviews which may be from a competitor. Feedback means a lot to us; however, we are not able to find your name on our system. We endeavour to deliver a 5 Star service with every hire, if we have not reached your level of satisfaction, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to make it up to you. Please contact me on rent@classicparade.co.uk with reference numbers / names etc and I will deal with this matter straight away for you.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Lol... The clock is ticking Andy, the net is closing in on you, time to pay for your misdemeanours.
Refund
Classic Parade Ltd.
(Invoice refund CP-8412)
Once again, I'm writing to inform you that the above refund has yet to be resolved. I have had email correspondence regarding the above refund from Andrew Brown (Andy) since the 30th of August as per the attachments. The contents of his emails are full of baloney and petty excuses (see attachments) Would you kindly have the decency and integrity to process this refund without any further delay.
Thanks,
Riyaz.
Claimed loss: £3350
Desired outcome: Refund of £3350 as services not provided.
RE: Invoice CP-8412 Refund £3350
Further to your reply on trust pilot for the above refund, this transfer of payment was made to Classic Parade Ltd on the 8th of August 2023 and you should not have a problem finding my name on your system. Failing to find my name on your system has started to occur when we opted for a refund. Further more, its the same case with Andrew Brown(Andy) and his emails mentioning nothing but issues when it comes to a refund. This is an appalling way of conducting business by with holding clients monies which is rightfully theirs.
Attached recent email from Andrew Brown(Andy) where contents of the email are relating to nothing but issues since August. Kindly have the integrity and process/resolve the refund without any further delay.
Thanking you,
Riyaz.
The above review and previous reviews are not fake or malicious in any form. As a verified customer, they are true reviews towards classic parade Ltd with regards to refund for services not provided as per invoice CP-8412. I had a further email today [protected]) from Andrew Brown(Andy) and the contents remain the same since august and the refund is yet to be processed and/or resolved. I am being pressured continuously via his emails to remove the reviews which indicate the company's refund policy leaves a lot to be desired.
Thanks,
Riyaz.

No refund given!!
Booked online on the 22/09/23 for the Mercedes G63 AMG to use for my wedding reception. All communication was great with Mr Andrew Brown and he was very helpful...
Once transfer of money £2900 was done later that night I was sent an email to say engine management light has appeared the car won't be ready so I was given these 3 options:
• We can contact third party hire companies to find out if they have a Mercedes Benz G63 AMG or similar available
• Reschedule to another convenient time for you
• Process a refund straight away
I opted to have the refund after the first option was not successful so after providing my bank details and promised by Mr Brown of prompt refund which I did not get. After lots of emails back and forth I was promised a refund no later than 15th October and still no refund. It has been more than 3 weeks and now they do not answer the phone this has given me alot of grief and did disappoint for my wedding reception tread carefully when booking with classic parade not had a great experience at all.

Supercar hire
I booked to hire a Porsche Boxster for 24 hours on the 16th September 2023 to be collected at Glasgow Airport. Despite formalising the booking (paying the £300 hire plus £5,000 deposit by direct bank transfer) less than 24 hours in advance Classic Parade took the booking (Invoice #CP-9664).
Having not heard anything by 10am the next morning, due to collect at 12noon, I called Classic Parade and got through to a lady who advised she provided an answering service and would provide my details to the team who would be in touch. I also sent an email and a “contact us” form through the web. Classic Parade did get back to me and apologised that due to the late booking they were unable to source a car but I could either : -
1. Wait to see if they could use other suppliers to source the car;
2. Change the date of the booking; or,
3. Receive a full immediate refund.
As I was at the airport and needed a car within a couple of hours I opted for a full immediate refund and hired a car from the airport. Having opted for a full refund I then received an email asking for my bank details and again Classic Parade apologised for the inconvenience caused. I sent over my bank details. By the end of the following week and several unanswered emails later I got a response from Classic Parade on the 26th September apologising for not returning funds and advised they were processing the refund and would be returned to me within 24 hours.
24 hours later still no refund.
Following more chase emails, I eventually got a response from Classic Parade on the 4th October, again apologising for the issue, advising they were having some “teething internal issues” and my refund would be processed by 15th October.
Monday 16th October still no refund. Again, I chased Classic Parade and received a response advising the refund would processed that week.
Now 23rd October, no response over the weekend I have been waiting for £5,300 to be returned since 16th September. I am hoping this is a minor cashflow/systems problem and not something more sinister. I have attempted to accommodating but on 4 occasions now I have been promised a refund which has not materialised and I have given Classic Parade every chance to resolve.
Desired outcome: Please refund car hire (£300) and refundable deposit (£5,000) total of £5,300 as promised.
This appears to be a copy and paste - standard reply to complaints. Classic Parade have again emailed me and promised the £5,300 refund this week, 5th promise, let’s see if it materialises.
Classic parade: invoice no: cp 9308
I hired a car from Classic Parade through their website on 1st September 2023, for a deliver on the 23rd September 2023, for my daughter's wedding in Birmingham.
on the 2nd I had an email from Andy with the hire details, 2 days hire at £400 and a deposit of £2000 total payable £2400, and the deposit is refundable.
On the same day I deposited the £2400 and sent them a confirmation email.
On the 3rd Andrew emailed me asking for the copy of the driver licence and licence records from DVLA.
On the 3rd I sent the attachment copies and the code from the DVLA.
On the 4th I had a confirmation email from Andrew to thank me and also to advised me that the driver will ring me 24 hours and also 30 minutes on the day before the delivery of the vehicle.
No driver rang me 24 hours before or on the day before the delivery. I waited for an hour and I emailed Andrew. I emailed Andrew 3 times and I rang the office and spoke with 4 different customers personal saying the same thing that Andrew will get back, we waited for 2 hours and no response from anybody from the company. Eventually, we had to get a taxi to Birmingham 3 hours late.
My daughter's wedding was ruined, our whole day was stressful, we had 1000 guest waiting for us and because we were late over 300 guests left. It was so embarrassing for us.
After 4 hours Andrew emailed me apologising and for the embarrassment and that he was trying to get me a courtesy car by 12pm. What was the point when we were in the wedding already.
On the 23rd that afternoon Andrew emailed me and asked me for my bank details so he can refund the whole amount direct into my bank for a faster transfer. I emailed him back with my bank details on the 26th, he also mentioned that he was prepared to give me a courtesy car for my inconvenience.
On the same day he emailed me saying that the refund was processed and it will arrive within 24 hours. I never received the funds in my bank, and I am still waiting, I emailed him on the 28th and 29th asking for my refund, and rang the office 3 times just to be told "I will send the massage to Andrew".
On the 4th October I had an email from Andrew saying that my refund will be processed by the 15th, followed by proof of remittance and compensation.
I emailed him on the 16th to tell him that I still have not received my refund and he hasn't responded.
I have all the email correspondence between me and Andrew if you require as proof.
We have lost more than the deposit. We lost our pride in the family and the stress and anxiety that went with it, plus the expense for the taxi and the lost we incurred in all the food and drinks that was wasted.
Thank you for reading my complaint and hope to hear from you soon.
Desired outcome: I want my refund and compensation for the inconvenience and a courtesy car as promised.
Hurray! I got a reply from Andrew and he asked me to take OFF the fake review and only then he will refund my money. Isn't that call black mail? He mentioned that they were still having internal issues. Seens like they been having internal issues for the last 2 months, what a joke.
I answered back and told him that, forward my refund first and I will delete the review and write and nice new review in its place.
He replied back and said "I am in the process of refunding the funds today, directly into my personal account for a faster transfer, and not back in the debit card, and that was on the 2nd Nov, unfortunately, not heard from him or received my funds since then, and today is the 20th Nov.
It will be exactly 3 months on the 23rd.
How can it be possible, it's not a fake review. I have all the email sent and received as proof.
If anybody wants to see them I can send them.
Waiting for refund for 1 month after the company was unable to deliver the car booked cp-8638
I have requested a Maserati Levante for 2 days from Classic Parade on the 8 of August. I received a quote from Andrew Brown, and transferred them the 2 day hire fee (£700) plus the deposit of £2000. Andrew responded promptly and let me know checks were all good for the delivery.
The day before the delivery, on the 27th August Andrew told me that:
"I’m reaching out to inform you there is an issue with your planned car for hire. Our Maserati Levante was just returned to us from the current customer and there is an issue with the engine. At this time, we do not have the replacement part and are unable to have the vehicle ready for your reservation.
I know this is disappointing news, but your safety is our highest priority. There are a few ways we can proceed:
• We can reach out to other car hire companies in the area to see if they can have a Maserati Levante in stock.
• Reschedule to another date.
• A refund can be issued immediately."
I first asked to reschedule to another date but the couldn't find any similar vehicle and I ask for a full refund on the 6th of September but this never been issue even if I chased them multiple time a week by phone or email.
They told me few time that the refund is behind proceed but nothing as appear in our bank account.
I’m currently short £2700k with no car and no refund.
let me know if you need more information
Thanks,
Paul

car hire, no car came and still not received a refund. #CP-8849
I first came across Classic Parade through a Google search. Upon seeing the amount of Google reviews and also the Trust pilot reviews I thought this company would be a good and reliable company to a hire a car from.
I hired a Lamborghini Huracan Spyder for the 20th August 2023. I gave a £5000 deposit and it was £1100 for the day to hire the supercar. A day or two before the hire day I received an email from Mr Andrew Brown about the Lamborghini having the engine light on and they would be unable to provide the car for the day I needed. There was an attempt to find a third party solution so the car could still be delivered for the day I needed. Unfortunately Classic Parade could not deliver the car even in this way. I was not too gutted about the car not turning up. After all it would just be a case of refunding my money so I can move on. Mr Brown said he could promptly give a refund. It is now the 9th of October 2023 and he has replied by email many times that he has refunded the money. However I have not received anything yet on numerous occasions.
Reading everything here I am not too sure what to make of this company. Either they hold the money for as long as possible and eventually give the refund. Or people are actually being scammed. Due to Mr Brown failing the refund on numerous occasions I have opened up a scam case with my bank and also raised a case with action fraud police to see if there is any chance I can get my money back or if this company is actually reputable and real.
Desired outcome: Please refund me the full amount as you agreedMy reference you have of me: #CP-8849
How can this be a fake review. I have all the emails as supporting evidence.
Hi Classic Parade,
You have emailed me that the refund will be made by 15th October 2023. If it is not done by then I will undergo legal action against you through lawyers.
Regards,
Uzair
Failed car hire and #CP-9408
Had hired a Nissan GTR for a Saturday starting at 12:00am. Waited till 03:00 and after about 10 calls with the number +[protected] (which is absolutely useless) where they said we'll call you back (never did) or we'll escalate it I gave up and went to bed. I woke up to no messages or calls at all. The one email the company has, [protected]@classicparade.co.uk, which belongs to an Andrew Brown seems to be the only way of contacting or communicating with this company as the customer service team on that number don't seem to have a clue on anything that is going on - all they asked for was my name but didn't seem to have any tracking or useful information on car delivery. Anyway, Mr 'Brown' finally responds at around 12pm the next day and says sorry but the engine management light came on last night - which is odd as I've seen a few reviews that have said the same thing happened to them but there's no pictures or evidence and they were happy to keep me waiting for 3 hours. Make of that what you will but I didn't care at that point and just wanted a refund which is what Andrew said would be done first thing Monday morning and he would compensate me by offering me a free day of car hire in the future - how exciting! Shocker but it wasn't done on Monday morning and it's now Thursday at the time of this complaint. I held off on writing this complaint but enough is enough I want my £2450 back - Andrew was very responsive when it came to paying the invoice and booking the car but now it's time to pay me back he's suddenly quiet. There's a lot of red flags about this company and it is not well run with a great lack of professionalism that I wish I'd seen before using this company (e.g. company address of 1 Knightsbridge Grn, London SW1X 7QA but not registered on companies house, one email with no indication of any teams, 100s of bot reviews with only one review, negative reviews all reporting similar things, no internet footprint of this Andrew Brown character etc.)
Desired outcome: Full refund and compensation
RESOLVED - PLEASE IGNORE
This issue has been resolved as Classic parade have been in touch and there were some communication issues but the refund I'm told will be processed this morning. I panicked after reading fake reviews on this website.
Hiring of car
On the 3rd of August, we contacted Classic parade about the hire of a Supercar. We confirmed via invoice number CP8412 about the payment and delivery. On the 17th of August, got an email late at night saying that there has been a technical issue and they cannot deliver hence gave us options to reschedule or refund straight away. We chose to get the refund and since then we have been in contact with them via email and phones. On the 8th of September, got an email that he refund will be processed within 2 working days. We still await for our refund of £3350 till date. We found this company very unreliable, unprofessional, unethical to do further business of hiring. If this matter is not resolved ASAP, we will be compelled to take legal action.
Desired outcome: We want the refund of £3350 for the services that were not provided at all.
This complaint has been resolved automatically due to user's inactivity.
This matter has not been resolved as stated by the complaints department (Classic parade ltd). The refund (CP 8412)(£3350)is still outstanding since the 8th of September. We received another email from Andrew brown saying that the money will be refunded on the 15th of October and we still haven't received anything from them. We would really appreciate if this matter would be resolved by simply processing the refund. Riyaz.
Fraud - luxury car hire
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is clearly a scam. The car I was due to receive unfortunately suffered an 'engine warning light' fault before delivery. I was promised a full refund. I have not received this refund, all calls and emails are now going unanswered. Looking online it seems many other people have fallen for this as well. The 'owner' Andrew Brown clearly has a long track record of this.
Desired outcome: Full refund and Andrew Brown to be prosecuted
I have received direct communication from Classic Parade since posting this review. Thus it shows they are aware this review is not from a competitor but an unfortunate customer.
Failed refund car hire
BOOKING NO CP-9222.
I placed an order on the 29th August for a Mercedes G63 AMG to hire for the weekend for my brother in laws wedding which was a special occasion and planned for over a year.
The booking was from the 1-4 September and was for £3350 including £2000 for a deposit.
Andrew Brown confirmed the booking and mentioned the car will be delivered on the 1st Sep as this was the day before the wedding.
However the day before delivery Andrew mentioned the car had an engine management light showing and could not be delivered.
This was understandable however he could not arrange a similar vehicle or an alternative which was concerning as a genuine company would have other cars on hand.
Therefore Andrew Brown apologied and mentioned he would refund the money on many occasions but has failed to do so and will make excuse upon excuse that he is busy.
This is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service from a company which has scammed my hard earned money. I have notified the police as well as trading standards and the financial ombudsman to aid in resolving this issue.
This is a WARNING for anybody looking to use Classic Parade to hire any type of vehicle as you will be treated very poorly and will be scammed of your money.
The booking reference number is CP-9222 and I have all the correspondence in my email for evidence.
Desired outcome: Full refund

Failed ferrari rental - no refund
I requested a Ferrari F430 for 2 days from Classic Parade on the 7th August. I received a quote right away from Andrew Brown, and transferred the 2 day hire fee (£1.5k) plus the deposit of £5k. Andy responded promptly and let me know checks were all good for the delivery.
The day before the delivery, on the 20th August I received an email from Andrew that there was a problem with the car and that delivery was no longer possible. He gave me 3 options:
• We can reach out to other car hire companies in the area to see if they can have a Ferrari F430 in stock.
• Reschedule to another date.
• A refund can be issued immediately.
I asked for a refund within the hour, attaching my bank details.
I received a response apologising for the inconvenience, and asking for my bank details for the refund - ignoring the details I had already sent. I’ve now sent over 5 chasing emails with my details reattached, but I’ve received no response from Andrew or anyone on the team. I’m unable to receive any response via email or phone.
I’m hoping this is a mistake - but I’m currently short £6.5k with no car and no refund, and not heard anything from the company in a 1 week period. I look forward to hearing from Andrew soon
Desired outcome: Refund
My name is Omar and my reference is CP-8492. I still have not received my refund and it's been 2 weeks.
Received a refund from the company.
Security deposit and rental fee not refunded
On the 17th July 2023, I enquired for a 1-day rental of a Mercedes G63 AMG for the 12th August 2023 with Classic Parade.
I received an initial email back from Andrew Brown (Andy) confirming availability, colour choice and price details of the vehicle, and he was also helpful in answering my queries regarding additional mileage charges, accepted payment methods and adding an additional driver to the insurance.
The amount of rental was £2350 (£2000 Security Deposit & £350/day rental fee). On the 19th August 2023, Andrew sent a separate email containing an invoice, which I promptly paid via Bank Transfer. After receiving confirmation of the payment from Andrew and providing mine and my Partner's driver's license details for the insurance, Andrew confirmed that everything was all set for my booking.
2 days before my rental on the 10th August, I reached out to Andrew in the morning via email just to confirm that my booking was still going ahead and to check if there was anything else he needed from me beforehand. He replied promptly the same day confirming it’s all still going ahead and his Delivery Team will be in touch within 24 hours of my booking.
Around 11pm that same day, I received another email from Andrew stating that the engine management light on the vehicle had just popped up and they’re unable to have the vehicle ready for my booking. Obviously, I was disappointed by the news - but understood that safety is priority. Andrew offered 3 options:
* Contact a Third Party Company to see if they have the same vehicle available
* Reschedule my Booking
* Process a Refund straight away
As this rental was a surprise for my Partner, I didn’t want to disappoint and replied early hours of Friday morning kindly asking if he could reach out to the third parties to see if there was any vehicles available. A few emails went back and forth throughout the course of that day with little to no luck finding a replacement vehicle. I was appreciative of Andrew’s efforts.
On the 12th August - the morning of my rental (which was no longer going ahead) - I emailed Andrew requesting a full refund for my booking. Again very promptly, he replied within a couple hours apologising for the embarrassing situation and asked for my bank details for the refund. I provided the necessary details later that same day and haven’t had any further correspondence from Andrew or a member of his team - nor a refund to my account.
Andrew did mention a couple times within our email thread how it is the busiest time of year for them, so - giving the benefit of the doubt - I’ve waited nearly a whole week to receive at least an update regarding my refund, but have so far heard nothing. I decided to follow-up with another email to Andrew on the 18th August just to check if he received my previous one with my bank details, but still no response. Which was odd, given how prompt and helpful he has been leading up to this point.
I’m generally pretty organised when it comes to my emails, and check not just my Inboxes but my Junk/Spam folders several times a day, and I cannot find any emails relating to the matter. I’m not looking to discredit Andrew or Classic Parade as a company - I simply would like my full refund of £2350 issued and received back into my account.
Andrew has been sincere and apologetic throughout and has promised to make it up to me next time, if I get them the opportunity. I genuinely hope he is a man of his word and is able to rectify this issue as soon as possible.
I look forward to receiving updates from them soon.
Desired outcome: The desired outcome of this matter would to have a full refund of £2350 issued back to my account in a timely manner. Correspondence from Andrew/Classic Parade would also be much appreciated.
[UPDATE 22/08/23 - RESOLVED!] Please disregard this review. Andrew at Classic Parade has kindly been back in touch and issued the full refund immediately. I'm appreciative that he got in contact and resolved the matter in a very professional manner and he apologised for the delayed response. They’ve been extremely busy this past week, but everything was explained clearly and rectified within a couple of hours and I now have a much better understanding, so thank you 🙏
Not received refund!!
booked a Nissan gtr r for the 12th (today) but got an email on the 10th saying that there is a problem with the car and would try to find an alternative. Various emails to them to find out what was going on with little to no response from the owner Andrew Brown. They finally responded to say that they could not find an alternative so I requested a refund from them. It is now 9pm and I’m still have no refund, no conformation that a refund has been processed or any other response. I have now had to get the bank involved to get my money back. I am also going to be getting legal advice to see what else I can get because this is not acceptable from a company that asks for so much money and claims to be high end and professional. Avoid at all costs!
All resolved was a big misunderstanding with a breakdown in communication and has been dealt with amicably and professionally and I’m happy with the outcome thankyou
As I’ve already said on trust pilot you ignored my emails twice stating my bank details I also rang your company 4 times and everytime reception conveniently “wasn’t in” now you replied this morning stating that my emails went into spam folder but only my bank details right? Funny how that happens isn’t it and still no refund, as stated in previous message you be hearing from the court now so il leave it to you
All sorted 👍
Scam
We wanted to hire a supercar for our client and we had a contact with Andrew Brown of this company who quoted 5600 pounds for the deposit and the rental. The rental date was set as 30th May, 2023 and the transfer was made a week before. But, a day before the rental, he called and emailed us mentioning that the rental can't be done the next day as they had a some issue with the insurance provider. So, he offered us an option for a refund. We opted for the refund and sent him the bank account details. From then on and until now, he has stopped responding to our emails and calls and has not refunded the money as well. We have also raised a complaint with the Metropolitan Police, UK regarding the same and we are attaching the complaint (fraud) report for your reference. Please help us in getting our money back. Thanks.
Desired outcome: I would like my money back
