EaseMyTrip Disappointing Experience with EASEMYTRIP: Beware of Booking Errors and Lack of Customer Support

I recently had an experience with EASEMYTRIP that I feel compelled to share. I had booked a one-night stay at a hotel in Hyderabad using their website, and was excited to explore the city. However, upon arriving at the hotel in the evening, I was informed that they had no record of my booking reservation from Ease My Trip. I was shocked and frustrated, as I had already paid for the room with my card and had received confirmation from customer service.

I was left waiting at the hotel reception for hours, hoping that someone from Ease My Trip would call me back with a solution. Unfortunately, no one did. I was forced to find another hotel in a faraway place, which was a huge inconvenience and waste of time. To make matters worse, I never received any communication from the company regarding the issue, and had to initiate the refund process myself.

I even reached out to the founder of the company to express my dissatisfaction with the services, but to no avail. I received no response from any executive, and was not offered any compensation or apology for the inconvenience caused.

Overall, my experience with EASEMYTRIP was extremely disappointing. I would caution anyone considering using their services to be wary of the potential for booking errors and lack of customer support. It is important for companies to take responsibility for their mistakes and make an effort to rectify them, but unfortunately, this was not the case with EASEMYTRIP.

EaseMyTrip Terrible Experience with EaseMyTrip: No Refunds or Flexibility Offered

My experience with EaseMyTrip was absolutely terrible. I was left feeling helpless and frustrated when I discovered that my double-booked flight ticket was not fully refundable, despite being told otherwise. To make matters worse, I had booked the ticket for my entire family, and the cancellation fee was a whopping 60% of my monthly salary.

I reached out to EaseMyTrip to see if there was anything that could be done to help me out of this situation, but I was met with a resounding "NO" to every question I asked. I asked if I could cancel the booking for a lower price, and the answer was no. I asked if I could change the booking, and again, the answer was no. I even asked if there was anything else that could be done, but once again, the answer was a firm no.

I was shocked and disappointed that there was no option to assist me in any way. It was clear that EaseMyTrip was not equipped to handle refundable and changeable options, and I would caution anyone who needs these options to be very careful when booking with them. They may only be able to offer an apology, but that does not make up for the inconvenience and financial burden that I was left with.

In conclusion, I would not recommend EaseMyTrip to anyone who needs flexibility in their travel plans. Their lack of options and assistance left me feeling frustrated and helpless, and I would hate for anyone else to experience the same thing.

EaseMyTrip Avoid Easemytrip: A Terrible Experience with Fraudulent Agents and Poor Customer Service

As someone who has traveled frequently and used various travel booking services, I cannot recommend avoiding Easemytrip (easemytrip.com) enough. My personal experience with this company was absolutely terrible and I would strongly advise against booking any tickets or tour packages through them.

My issues with Easemytrip began immediately after making my booking for a complete package to visit Singapore City, take a Singapore Cruise, and visit Kuala Lumpur from New Delhi. Despite having a strong reference and high expectations for my trip, I was met with horrible service and dishonesty at every turn.

Not only did Easemytrip hire fraudulent agents, but their customer care was less than helpful when trying to address any of the numerous issues that arose during my trip. The staff was consistently rude, unprofessional, and failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service.

I had been in contact with multiple representatives from Easemytrip, including Nitesh Gupta, Sakshi Bhushan, Rahul Kumar, Naresh Verma, Vikas Jain, and Prakhar Yadav, and each one was more incompetent and fraudulent than the last.

To sum it up, Easemytrip is a dishonest company that cannot be trusted to provide quality service or deliver on any assurances made to their customers. If you want to protect your money and have a positive travel experience, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for your booking needs.

EaseMyTrip Beware of EaseMyTrip: Refund Hassles and Unresponsive Customer Service

It is important that we share our experiences with online travel booking portals, and unfortunately, my recent experience with EaseMyTrip has been quite unpleasant. I had booked a return flight through their website, but ended up having to cancel it. To process the cancellation, I called the airline's call centre directly, and they promptly processed the full refund amount and even confirmed the same over email.

However, when it came to EaseMyTrip, things went downhill. Despite the airline having already processed the refund, I did not receive the return amount from EaseMyTrip. To make matters worse, I had to follow up with them repeatedly and even raise a separate cancellation request to get it processed. In addition to all of this, I was charged cancellation fees and convenience fees all over again.

Now, this is where it gets really frustrating. The amount that EaseMyTrip processed as a refund was actually lesser than what was mentioned in the email from the airline. When I questioned this discrepancy, the company blamed the airline, claiming that they had received a lesser amount. However, when I asked for proof and requested for a complaint ticket to be created or a confirmation email to be sent, they were unresponsive.

As someone who has experienced this, my advice to fellow consumers would be to book flights directly from the airline portal or through reputable travel portals to avoid these kinds of issues. It's unfortunate that there are portals like EaseMyTrip who take advantage of customers and refuse to take any responsibility for their mistakes. EaseMyTrip Unsatisfactory Refund Experience with EaseMyTrip During Covid Lockdown

I recently had an experience with EaseMyTrip during the Covid 19 lockdown period in 2020, where I booked three tickets with them (EMT71166939, EMT71638278, EMT71670896). When it came to the refunds for these bookings, I was faced with a mixed experience.

For Booking ID EMT71166939, I received a full refund, which included the convenience fee. However, for Booking ID EMT71638278, I did receive a refund, but unfortunately, the convenience fee was deducted. To my surprise, I was then informed by customer service that the same would happen with Booking ID EMT71670896. This meant that EaseMyTrip was taking a share of the refund money, despite the airline refunding the full amount to me.

Upon further inquiry, I found out that EaseMyTrip had changed their cancellation policy, which felt strange considering the large number of cancellations during the Covid 19 lockdown. It felt like they were changing the rules in order to make more money from their customers.

As a result of my experience, I cannot recommend EaseMyTrip to anyone. I would advise that it is better to book directly with the airlines, as at least they do not cheat. While my experience with EaseMyTrip was disappointing, I hope that they will reconsider their policies in the future and ensure that their customers receive fair treatment.

EaseMyTrip Beware: EaseMyTrip's Refund Policy is Unfair and Unreliable - A Disappointing Experience

My experience with EaseMyTrip (easemytrip.com) was extremely disappointing, to say the least. I had purchased a ticket for a Jet Airways flight, but as we all know, they cancelled their flights and issued refunds. I personally confirmed that I received a refund from Jet Airways. However, EaseMyTrip has not refunded my money yet, claiming that only one of my flights, from London to Toronto with Air Canada, was not cancelled.

What kind of logic is that? I had booked a round-trip ticket and if one leg of my journey is cancelled, how would I be able to reach my destination? It's outrageous that EaseMyTrip did not even offer me an alternative flight. I strongly advise everyone against using such cheap services who refuse to refund or provide proper customer service. Trust me when I say that it’s better to pay a little extra and purchase directly from the airline.

In short, EaseMyTrip has completely failed to live up to their promises and obligations, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Additionally, I urge anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation to fight for their rights and demand a full refund.

EaseMyTrip Beware of EaseMyTrip: Missing Name on Boarding Pass, No Refund, Poor Customer Care

On the 3rd of November 2020, I decided to book a flight through the well-known website, EaseMyTrip. Unfortunately, upon receiving my boarding pass, I noticed that the name of my wife was missing from the document. As a result, we were unable to board the flight and had to miss it altogether. This was an incredibly inconvenient and distressing experience, as we had to make another booking for the following day - at twice the original fare - and had to wait at the airport for hours.

As if this wasn't bad enough, we had to do all of this during the pandemic, which only made things more difficult for us. We had to stay at a hotel, which added to the already high expense of having to book another flight. It's now been some time since this ordeal and despite sending numerous emails to both the customer care team and the CEO, I haven't received any refund for my missed flight.

I have also called customer care on multiple occasions but, unfortunately, have had no success in resolving this issue. I can't express how disappointing and unsatisfactory this experience has been. The customer care team has shown no concern or empathy towards my situation, and I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service of EaseMyTrip.

I would strongly advise anyone reading this review to think twice before booking their flight on EaseMyTrip's website. The company has let me down and has shown no regard for my time or money. As someone who has experienced firsthand the drawbacks of booking through this website, I think it's only fair to warn others to steer clear of this service.

EaseMyTrip EaseMyTrip Review: Unpleasant Experience with Canceled Bookings and Incomplete Information

I recently used EaseMyTrip to book my flight from Lucknow and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience. My first booking was canceled due to a server communication error, which was communicated to me via email without any further steps or information. Although I was able to rebook the flight, the inconvenience was definitely not appreciated.

When I arrived at the airport, I was told that my rebooked ticket was not confirmed nor in their system. I was then unable to proceed with my travel plans and had to call EaseMyTrip from the airport. EaseMyTrip Fraudulent and Disappointing Experience with EaseMyTrip through Travnova

I had the worst experience with EaseMyTrip, which reached out to me through Travnova on 26th December 2019 to attend a 30-minute meeting at Yellow Chillies in Ludhiana. They promised me that there would be no compulsion to spend any money for the membership and that I would only have to attend the meeting followed by dinner and gift vouchers of movie tickets for two and a 2N/3D holiday package.

However, my experience turned out to be quite different. The meeting went on for more than two hours with forceful and disgusting behavior from the company's employees. They tried to force me into taking a membership, and when I refused to entertain their demands, they even insulted me. Unfortunately, they did not even offer us the dinner promised or the gift vouchers that were part of the deal.

It's disappointing to see such fraud companies in the travel industry, and I urge everyone to beware of such companies. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend EaseMyTrip to anyone. It's essential to do your research before engaging with companies to avoid similar situations.

In conclusion, the experience was incredibly disappointing, and I hope the company takes the necessary steps to improve its practices and customer service.

EaseMyTrip EaseMyTrip's Lack of Communication and Transparency in Refunds During the Pandemic

Unfortunately, my experience with EaseMyTrip was less than satisfactory. While I understand that the Covid-19 pandemic has caused significant upheaval in the travel industry, I found the lack of communication and transparency from the company to be concerning.

In my case, my trip was cancelled by the airline and EaseMyTrip received a refund. However, they did not inform me of this or provide any indication that I was entitled to a refund. I had to discover this on my own.

But what was even more frustrating was that they only refunded the ticket in my name, even though I had booked and paid for multiple travelers. This meant that they effectively pocketed the money that belonged to the other travelers. When I brought this up with their customer service, I was told that they could only refund to the bank account of the traveler - something that was impossible in the case of a minor who had no bank account.

The fact that they seemed unwilling to even consider a more reasonable resolution was disappointing, to say the least. Their excuse was that this was their policy, but to me, it seemed like a convenient way for them to hold onto money that didn't belong to them.

Overall, I would hesitate to book with EaseMyTrip again, as I feel that they enriched themselves at the expense of their customers. Communication and transparency are essential, especially in such uncertain times, and it's disappointing that they fell short in both regards.

EaseMyTrip Easemytrip: Resolving Issues Promptly and Efficiently!

for resolving the issue in a timely manner, Easemytrip!

Recently, I had a bit of a rough time when I booked a flight ticket through Easemytrip. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my ticket almost immediately after I booked it. While the airline refunded the full amount of Rs. 13045, I only received a refund of Rs. 5945 from Easemytrip. As you can imagine, I was pretty frustrated by this experience.

That being said, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Easemytrip on April 14th, 2022. They informed me that they would be refunding me the entire amount as soon as possible and apologized for any inconvenience caused. Their prompt response and willingness to rectify the situation was greatly appreciated.

Fast forward to April 14th, 2023 at 4pm - I received the full refund of Rs. 13045 from Easemytrip. Needless to say, I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and grateful for their swift action in resolving the issue.

In light of my recent positive experience with Easemytrip, I feel it's only fair to update my initial review and award them a well-deserved 5 stars. I didn't alter my original rating so that the chronology of events is maintained, but I am happy to report that they went above and beyond in rectifying what could have been a frustrating situation. Thank you again, Easemytrip!

EaseMyTrip My Disappointing Experience with EaseMyTrip: Beware of Fake Reviews and Misleading Prices

My experience with EaseMyTrip has been nothing short of disappointing. I have made two bookings with them and both resulted in my hard-earned money being wasted, with no positive support from their team. It seems like most of the feedback on their website is fake and misleading.

During my first booking, I was left scratching my head in disbelief when the final payment amount was Rs. 4,100 instead of the previously displayed amount of Rs. 3,700. Moreover, the support system provided by EaseMyTrip was an absolute mess and failed to offer any kind of assistance or clarity on the matter. It was a terrible first impression and I felt like I had been swindled.

As if that wasn't enough, my second booking with them was even worse. Unfortunately, the airline, Spicejet, had cancelled my flight, resulting in me reaching out to EaseMyTrip for help. However, instead of providing me with a refund or cancellation fee waiver, I was astounded to learn that they were still going to debit the convenience fee. It was an insensitive move and left a bad taste in my mouth.

After these experiences, I've concluded that it's best to book flights directly from the airline's website or mobile app. Third-party services for booking flights are unreliable and often behave like monopolies, which can lead to unfortunate outcomes for customers.

In conclusion, I would not recommend anyone to book a flight using EaseMyTrip or any other third-party service. Stick with the airline's website or mobile app for ease of use and reliable service.

EaseMyTrip Beware of EaseMyTrip: Customer Left Feeling Cheated and Frustrated After Inadequate Refund

I recently had an experience with EaseMyTrip, the online travel booking site, that left me feeling frustrated and cheated. I had to reschedule and eventually cancel my flight on the same day, which ended up costing me around 10,000 rupees. However, when I received my refund, it was only for 450 rupees - a tiny fraction of what I had spent.

I tried reaching out to customer care agents multiple times to understand why the refund amount was so low and to get a breakdown of how it was calculated. Unfortunately, all I got were vague responses that they had forwarded whatever they received from the airlines. In my opinion, this amounts to deliberately withholding information from the consumer, which is completely unacceptable.

I've already taken the matter to the consumer forum and have alerted Republic Bharat and Zee News about this. It's important that people know that they may end up getting cheated if they book through EaseMyTrip and aren't given the full and proper information they need. I can't understand why, when I cancelled the flight, I wasn't given the entire breakdown of my expenses all the way up to the full amount I spent. Simply deducting a typical cancellation charge like 3,000 rupees doesn't cut it.

Going forward, I'll be wary of using EaseMyTrip and will definitely do my research to make sure I'm able to get all the information I need to make an informed decision before making any travel bookings.

EaseMyTrip Disappointing Customer Service Experience with EaseMyTrip (easemytrip.com) on Bangalore to Delhi Round Trip Booking

After my experience booking a round trip from Bangalore to Delhi on EaseMyTrip (easemytrip.com) under reservation number EMT50765665, I am left feeling disappointed and frustrated with their customer service. While I unfortunately had to cancel my trip, I was initially pleased to receive a refund of Rs. 417 for one leg of the trip almost immediately on the 2nd day. However, I encountered significant issues when trying to receive the refund for the other leg of the journey with Jet Airways.

Despite being promised a special cancellation credit within 5 working days, it has now been over a month since I booked the flight on 2nd August and I have yet to receive the refund that I am owed. I am deeply concerned that EaseMyTrip does not prioritize the needs of its customers and that its staff may not be adequately equipped to handle such issues. The lack of transparency around the refund process and the repeated delay of the refund timeline has caused me significant stress and uncertainty.

I am disappointed that the customer support team did not provide any assurance on when I would receive the refund and instead seemed content with continually giving the same canned response of “5 more working days”. I am now considering reaching out to a higher level of management or support for assistance in this matter.

Overall, EaseMyTrip’s lackluster performance in handling my refund has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with their service. I urge them to strengthen their customer support and communication channels to better serve their customers in the future.

EaseMyTrip Disappointing Experience with EaseMyTrip: Lack of Professionalism and Customer Care

Recently, I had the misfortune of dealing with EaseMyTrip (easemytrip.com) and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. I had made a booking for a very important travel plan and to my dismay, they cancelled my local flights at the very last moment, causing me a great deal of inconvenience and stress. However, instead of providing me with a quick and efficient solution, I was told to go ahead with a flight change instead.

While I was hopeful that this option would be a viable one, I was left disheartened when the flight change took an exorbitant two months to be finalised. I was left in a state of limbo, unsure of what was happening and whether my travel plans would even come to fruition. To add insult to injury, just four days before my flight, I received the shocking news that the flight change promised to me earlier couldn't be made as planned and that I would have to pay double the amount- a staggering amount that was highly unreasonable, especially considering the fact that I had made the initial booking four months ago.

Despite numerous attempts to contact the company through phone calls and emails, I received no response whatsoever. It was as if they didn't care at all about the inconvenience they had caused me and the distress that I was experiencing. This was especially frustrating given that the company's very name- EaseMyTrip- seems to promote the idea of making travel planning a hassle-free, simplified experience.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend EaseMyTrip to anyone. The experience that I had clearly showcased a lack of professionalism, poor organisational skills, and an utter disregard for customer satisfaction. Even rating them with a one-star rating seems too generous. I would advise anyone considering this company to think twice before making a booking as the processing time is inexplicably lengthy, the customer service is unresponsive, and the overall experience was extremely distressing.

Very bad experience. Never ever book again with easemytrip. For my Booking ID - EMT121421974 flight delayed and I have cancelled my ticket. But the easemytrip support team telling the request not reached and cancellation not happened even though I have received final page of cancellation.
