Dear Shohoz,

My food order number is: SF83865263.
I have placed my order on 7.04 pm bt still i didn't get my order. What is disgusting service u give us?I want to cancel my order and also wants the payment back which i made through Bkash app. I want my money back as early as possible. Other wise I will make a complain against your service.

I hope you are having a good day as always.

I ordered a food from a nearest restaurant in Banani on Shohoz Food application. Order ID of that food is (SF584144720). The order was placed at 02:29 pm and confirmed at 02:36 pm. The delivery time was 40 minutes. After 40 minutes I checked my phone an I noticed that the food was not been picked up. Then i called the delivery man & he said he is going to the restaurant now. Then i called the customer service of Shohoz & one of the executive told me that they have nothing to do with it. He also told me that I need to understand as the weather is rainy. then I waited for around 04:00 pm. after that i called that rider three times in a row but he didn't even answered it. after 04:40 he came to Baridhara from Banani. As the food got cold I refused to take and the rider went with the food and the apps showed that the food is delivered.

I want to know that what kind of service do you provide. As you took the order in rainy season its your job to execute the service smooth not me to understand.Such a poor customer support. Try to improve your service.

If you claim that you really provide quality service then please take real initiative and action against it.

NB: The payment was made advance from visa card.

Last few weeks i noticed many bikers said my actual bike reg: number are not same to show your mobile phone app screen .
Example "App show bike no (DM-HA-01-0001) but actual bike no is (DM-02-0002). My few friends also face this kind of problem. It's really scared us. We think it's not safe for us.
Please this point noted:- "When we ask why you using another bike". Biker said recently i changed my bike that's why they didn't update yet. Some official formality also follow that's why the are not interested to change there bike reg: no. and those formality are not to easy.

Hello, I travelled from dhaka to kolkota by shohoz elite, once we reached benapole the shohoz counter they took 545 bdt extra as travel tax, but no slip no print bill.
Incident happens when I and one of my friend wes travelling from kolkota to dhaka on 25th june morning, by elite506k, ita start klate by more than one hour from benapole..
Once we cross ferry journey, bus stop and driver told us that there is a problem, he start checking the bus issue..
After 35 minutes he told us that issue is major I cant handel, he start calling for another bus..
He told us 45 minutes other company bus is coming...
After one hour I asked where is bus,
He replied on the way sir 10 minuts..
Bus came after 4 hours,
Children was crying inside the bus due to hot weather,
Female was worried for such delay in bus,
I and my friend both miss the flight for cox bazaar,
We reached home 00:15 minutes,
Next time I will not use shohoz service,
May be try green line...

I bought a bus ticket of kanak Paribahan AC 5 days prior journey through shohoz.com. I reported at due time to counter but they told that they don't run any bus at that time. It was very shocking and frustrating. I had a lot of pain reaching the counter after facing heavy rainfall and droughts. Shohoz.com should have verified before distributing any bus ticket.
