Dunkin' Donuts review: Manager

The manager at the store screamed that her employees were all failures while costumers were in the store and kept degrading them and swearing it was a very uncomfortable situation for me being a customer I told an employee there that she shouldn't be talking like that and I apologized to her I have no respect for that manager and I feel extremely bad for the employees there who were running around trying to manage with how busy it was... All the manager did the time that I was there was come out yelling at swearing at them one of the employees even looked over and I saw them crying... My heart broke for these people having to deal with all that mess and the terrible manager... I'm not coming back again with a manager like that
