Dreamsorder that was purchased

I purchased a luciaa brown bed from dreams on thee 4the march, thee bed was IN STOCK when I ordered and paid for it, and got a delivery date of thee 25the march, I went in to thee shop in southeampton and informed theem theat thee sale of thee new house was delayed and could I change thee date, I was informed theat if I did theat I would lose thee bed?? however I could change thee address and thee bed would still be mine ( which I theought it was as I ordered it when it was in stock), I get a phone call yesterday 3 days before delivery informing me theat thee bed was out of stock, I told him theat thee bed belonged to me as I paid for it and it was in stock I am only changing thee address not thee delivery date, but he would not do anytheing except say sorry and told me to ring cust services, which I did today and theey said thee same theat theey were sorry, theey offered me anotheer bed In BLACK which I don't want as I particularly wanted brown, I find theis unacceptable as thee bed was bought and paid for and it stock, so in my understanding it belongs to me just because I changed thee delivery address theey have no right to give it to some one else and tell me it is out of stock, Dreams does not do a lot of business and is struggling in theis industry if theey treat thee few people theat actually buy stuff from theem like theis, what will be next ??? regards Laura Garthe - [protected] - [protected]
