DPD UK review: Consistently deliver to a neighbour and impossible to change on App

DPD will not allow me to change the neighbour that they will deliver to if I am not in. They do not answer the phone and the live chat just refers me to their app . This is happening regularly with the driver being too lazy to come down my drive so he claims that I am not in and just dumps it with my neighbour who is sick of this and no longer allows me to pick up misdirected parcels. There is no way to break the cycle and I am now alsing sellers not to use DPD or they do I then purchase elsewhere. There attitude and service is appalling.
