DPD UK review: Absolutely shocking no stars at all

Had a delivery due for new broadband router and collection of damaged one. I wouldn't be home so arranged a new date asap. Had to sit all weekend again with no tv internet nothing. New time slot given and driver said I wasn't home, despite me being in the front garden cutting grass, he was never near my home. Re-arranged for next day. Given time slot and this time I managed to use tracker to watch for my delivery. 20 minutes before time slot ended got a message to say delivery not carried out as item for collection was not ready. This is not true, again I was at home and desperately awaiting my delivery. He didn't even show as being near my home and still had another 19 deliveries to do before mine. The service is shocking. The complaints email address bounces back as not existing. absolute joke of a company.
