DPD UK review: Delivery

My parcel was not delivered today, I was told it was going tp be late then I was told the driver missed me but I was in my house and they definetely did not come. I am furious I paid for a premium delivery on sat and it did not come and again it has happen today. I have taken time off work both times and this is a package which I urgently need.Could you let me know what is happening please
