I purchased two items that were 50% off. The guy working rang it up, then took half off and rang it up again. I tried to tell him something wasn't right. He kept apologizing.
My complaint is... He did not know how to give me my money back. Told him I would leave and come back when the manager is there. He said she would be in about 430-5. So, I wait til 530. No manager.
This poor guy is working all alone. Another guy came in. I don't know what he was suppose to be doing.
I ask him if he could do a refund... Of course not.
That's crazy! All that time of my life. Can't get back. Still don't have my money back.
It's the guys fault it was done wrong. But the managers for not being there.
