I got new service on January 4, 2021. I was told by the girl who signed me up for service, when I gave her my reward visa code and offer, she said I should receive it in two weeks, as of yet, I still have not received it.
Desired outcome: want my 400 visa card that I was promised
I was promised a gift card when I switched from direct tv. Several months later and they keep giving me the runaround. Only too can check this. Go to the site nothing. Big scam.

I typed in my account number several times, and it says can't find you? Is this how you don't pay your $400 Visa gift card to switch to use Dish.

WHAT A JOKE, they sent out the $400 Rebate, then you call them and you can't get anyone Customer Service to sign you up! I been trying to get signed up for 2 months! Was told a they system was CYBER ATTACKED, WHAT [censored]! I called out of stubbornness several times, like 6 times, waited for Customer Service 45 to 1 hr. 25 mins. Then they said system was down to sign up! Try again later. I hope they GO OUT OF BUSINESS, I PERSONALLY THINK THEY GOT MILLIONS SIGNING UP FOR THE $400 REBATE AND REALIZED IT COST THEM MILLIONS! So you can't even sign up!
