I believed that I was being charged for HBO, so I called to cancel
Justin didn't hesitate one second ..
removed. He failed to inform me that HBO was a free loyalty service
for 3 months. Now I can't get it back. All DirecTV does is retain customers by deceit and raising prices, taking away channels that use to be included, and are now charging for. THIEVES. Especially for people that don't understand the on-line BS that they push.
