DStv is not a good choice for me as a Kenyan. I feel like I am wasting my money on channels that I don't even understand. It's like I am being punished by Nigerian channels. I only watch half of the channels that are included in my package. It's a complete waste of money.

If you are looking for a better service provider, I suggest you look elsewhere. DStv is not worth the money.

Been with DStv since '08. Lots of other options now, but Multichoice still charging too much. They need to get with the times and lower their prices. It's been over 2 years and they still haven't done anything. I really miss watching History Channel and CI.

Thankfully, I have other options like streaming services. I don't have to rely on DStv for my entertainment needs. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are simply not worth the hassle.

I would like to see the rest of RHOSLC, S2, including Reunion part 2, and the rest of Project Runway season. These are just a few examples of shows that I would like to see in their entirety. Overall, DStv has some work to do to improve their programming, but I hope that they can make the necessary changes to provide a better viewing experience for their customers.

So, I've been using DStv for a while now and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with their service. I set up a debit order for my monthly subscription and my bank notified me that the payment went through on the agreed date. But then, to my surprise, I got a message from DStv saying that I hadn't paid for May. What the heck? I pay this service every month without fail, even though I don't always watch all the channels I'm paying for. And now, on the 15th of the month, they've gone and disconnected my services. How am I supposed to come up with the money to reconnect now? It's not like I can just conjure it out of thin air. And to make matters worse, they're charging me an extra R50 just to reconnect. That's not fair at all. I mean, why should I have to pay extra just because they messed up? It's not like I'm getting any extra value out of it. Honestly, I'm pretty fed up with DStv at this point. I might have to start looking for a new service provider if they can't get their act together.

I got a message that was really scary on the 5th of April even though I already paid my bill through the monthly debit order that DSTV processes for me. I even talked to them about it and they said sorry three times, even the manager called me on the 11th to say sorry. But even though he said he would send an email to confirm everything, I haven't gotten anything yet. If the manager can't keep his word, how can I trust DSTV? It's really not okay! It seems like they don't even want my business anymore.

I bought a package to watch the Qatar World Cup, but three out of five times I opened the streaming, both the website and the app were down for the whole duration of the first period! However, I was refused a refund because "there was no record in the system that I wasn't using the service" when I literally used it only a few times in December and opened it twice or three times in January and February only to try to cancel it.

Overall, it's a complete waste of both money and, most importantly, time. I mean, come on, I paid for a service and it wasn't even available when I needed it the most! And then, when I tried to cancel it, the website was down or buggy, and I had to wait and try again later. It's just ridiculous!

I really don't recommend DSTV Streaming to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle. There are other options out there that are much better and more reliable. Save yourself the trouble and go with something else. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
