On Aug the 4th I cancelled my account because my TV crashed. I'm 85 and can not afford to buy a new tv. I was with Direct tv or over 7 years, never was late on a payment. I had auto pay of $147.18 witch was payed by the 18th of the month. I have been given the run around by 2 different people, that Direct tv dose no owe me anything because I cancelled to early. So Direct tv stole at least $98.00 from me. Nothing but a ripe off and big company BS..

Desired outcome: I want my money back. $147.18.
