DHL Express Courier services

Extraordinarily incompetent. Extraordinarily useless. An utter failure of a company, fraudulent staff, lazy, sleepy staff who lie and sleep rather than deliver.

I have been lied to over the past 48 hours 11 times regarding a delivery. A simple delivery, a box to an easily found central location.

Extremely fast to take your money, contact you for VAT and duty and once they have your money and your goods they fall asleep.

The call centre is useless, they lie to you, they place you on hold for 30 minutes at a time, they lie to you some more. The joke of a button on their website to reach Jed Michaletos' and his senior management team reaches an auto responder and stops there. He's ex SARS management so we know exactly how incompetent he is right there.

Do not trust this company with your goods. Do not believe this company and their promises as they are full of lies and deceit. There is no management here, he's on the golf course, totally out of touch with what is not happening in his organisation.

This is the worst courier company in South Africa, I thought UPS was poor but DHL has taken my understanding of a useless and totally incompetent company to a new level.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FRAUDULENT LIARS.

DHL Express Delivery and driver lying

I have been waiting 3 days for a package every day I get told it will be before 8pm after that time passes the system gets updated saying I requested special delivery arrangements which I did not now today the 3rd day of it the system says I refused delivery which is outrageous I have taken 3 days off work to wait for this delivery which my employer can confirm, Amazon have opened an investigation about the false claims, I have never been in contact with dhl, I have never requested special delivery arrangements nor have I ever refused delivery so either the driver is going to the wrong area or is just plain lying my tracking number is [protected] I have been at home for 3 days with out leaving the house no attempt at delivering was ever made

Dhl failed to notify the seller or myself that there was a customs charge and hold on my package for €48 which is why incorrect information was being given on tracking and claims I refused delivery, had to speak to someone in Dublin and India to find out

DHL Express [protected]

It is clear to me that the Kingston Jamaica DHL office pretends to not have information needed so that they can charge additional fees for themselves.
For me, they had the information from previous shipments and from that sent to them when they responded finally by email. Even after my responses with all requested data, they continued not to process and kept adding fees for their office

DHL Express Courier with awb 4941863780

The mentioned awb reached cayman islands on 27th of july. The dhl did not bother to contact me untill I contacted them on last week of august. After contacting them repeatedly they ask me to mail the supporting documents which I have been doing till today i.e. 28th sep 2020. Again today when I called mr allan he says he did not receive the payment proof hence I sent again and for the third time today my mail is being rejected by all of them - misha, omar and allan.
I wonder if they have my courier coz it's two months already and they don't contact us unless we run behind them. However, the end result is zero.
If they dont want to deliver the courier or if they have lost the courier then must just admit... This is getting very frustrating.

DHL Express Order delayed, lies from supplier

Absolute atrocious customer service, I purchased a diamond bracelet from this company, they sent it to the wrong country and were absolutely no help, I spent many days talking to dhl to resolve this, in the end I did receive the item but, in the interim this company lied to me, threatened me and misled me, even though dhl supplied me with a copy of the address that [moderated] had used and was wrong, they continued to blame dhl, their attitude was tough you sort it out, disgraceful, I recommend that you do not use this company, I will never use them again

DHL Express Delivery manager

Until recently, I received my packages from female drivers with no problems. Recently, the manager who is a male has been bringing my packages. My packages appear to be opened and re taped. Everything about his actions appear unethical. He takes picture of my house and no other driver has. He meets my competitors in front of my house and has even asked me who are my vendors. I'm extremely disturbed that he is in a management position.

DHL Express Why you shouldn't trust and use dhl express delivery services

We had to bring an important sample material from China to Georgia for a tender. Unfortunately, we chose DHL's fastest service to carry this material that we need to bring in a short time. While making this selection, DHL said that the product will be delivered in 5-7 days. At this point, I advise you not to trust the promises that DHL will make in order not to experience similar problems.

Although DHL stated on their website that it would be up to 10 days due to the pandemic (https://www.simplydhl.com/covid-19updates), it said that it would deliver the product in 5-7 days, it waited for days at one of the product transfer stations and was still not delivered even though it was the 12th day. By the way, the product seems to have left this transfer station at the moment, but DHL employees do not know the current location of the product.

As of today, the tender I won was canceled because I could not deliver this sample product and the price I paid for participation in the tender was wasted and the reputation of my company was damaged.

I still don't know where the product is. I paid $ 485 for this service, but I paid an extra $ 100 to make the delivery faster.

I wanted to reach the DHL headquarters without explaining this complaint, and tell them about the problem, but such a method is not available, they only allow you to reach DHL locally. Although the staff working in Georgia are very well-intentioned and trying to help, technically the possibilities to assist in this situation remain limited.

DHL Express Worst Service Ever

Worst. Service. Ever. I schedule a delivery for a Monday after DHL said I previously refused their package (they never called or knocked on my door the day the said they would). On the Monday they never came again and when I called customer service they said that it never went out for delivery. So I had to reschedule for the next day. BTW DHL does not have local contact numbers so you always end up getting someone who doesn't know anything in Toronto. When asked for a local (Calgary) DHL contact number, they would refuse to give me one. If I could do zero stars, I would. I will never send anything from DHL nor will I buy anything from a company that sends their product through DHL ever again.

DHL Express A cosmetic

Dhl South Africa-I'm not satisfied with the Dhl service ...a package was sent from Nigeria to Cape Town since last two weeks, I received a message to paid for clearance of R514 of which I did ... I called Dhl today I don't know the way they response to me, they say I can't receive my package until the lockdown is over
Pls I will be glad if I can get a reply pls

DHL Express delivery

I order on line an Apple product: smart battery case for my new iPhone.
This is the tracking number for the DHL express delivery is [protected]
Call the customer center on Wednesday 12th of Feb to be deliver on Friday 14th of February instead of the original delivery Thursday 13th of Feb.

I did insist with Stephanie the delivery must be done on this Friday morning because I'm flying over sea and I will not be in Hong Kong for the next 6 weeks.

Customer officer did guarantee me it will be done and deliver this Friday morning.

Received a call this Friday morning at 10.37 by a DHL agent saying the delivery cannot be done this morning without giving me the real reason.
He told me the will call me back. I never received the call.

Called the customer center and spoke to the same lady Stephanie I had on the phone last Friday.
She did admit the driver forgot to take the parcel this morning so that's why no delivery.

I would like to be compensate. I would have to buy the product again because the delivery didn't happen on time and I need it during my trip.
This is unacceptable.

DHL Express package delivery

Please remove DHL Romania from the delivery options in Aliexpress!

I don't know why a company like Aliexpress is working with someone like DHL Romania because they are misserable!

I'm waiting for my package for 3 weeks since they received it, i sent all the documents since day1, i call multiple times and they just don't do anything!

They are a terrible service, please read Google reviews for DHL Romania!

DHL Express delivery

This is regarding parcel with waybill number [protected] picked up on Dec17, 2019. since 20 Dec the parcel has not moved and is processed for clearance at Miami.

This was to be a Christmas gift and in spite of my many e-mails, there is no response from DHL.

Request you to kindly clear the parcel and deliver at the earliest under advise to me.

DHL Express very worst delivery service I have ever experienced.

Worst delivery service I have ever experienced. The driver left a note and signed and ...saying the final delivery attempt was made. No prior note...
at that moment, there was not any family members at home. Those are gift for Christmas day. but so far, there is no response to us. I think Canada should be better to let it get out of the Canada market.

DHL Express delivery

Worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Driver left note saying final delivery attempt was made. No prior note left. I signed to release for delivery. They have never returned. I called to track the packages and was told the tracking number I had was invalid and the weigh number the driver wrote on the notice was illegible. Although the note on door had my correct name the customer service person said they had no such name in the system. I asked to speak to a manager and she was the rudest individual I have ever encountered in customer service in my life.Is this a ploy so that the drivers can keep packages instead of delivering them? I paid an exhorbitant amount to get rush delivery for a Christmas present and now have no present. I will be filing a complaint with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office and the BBB.

DHL Express goods not delivered

I have been trying to get truthful information on a delivery to Bethel, Vermont. Of 3 packages 1 was delivered on the day promised but the other two did not arrive because of "adverse weather conditions".

So 2 of the 3 parcels were impacted but not the other one? On the same day Amazon were able to deliver two parcels without any issues. The tracking information still says "shipment will be delivered once weather conditions improve". This is just lies.

My niece has been driving from Boston to Bethel everyday and there are no adverse weather conditions. I had an email to day that parcels would be delivered yesterday but surprise, surprise nothing turned up. I have tried for two days to get a truthful answer from customer services but they just keep trotting out the adverse weather excuse and refuse to contact Boston directly to find out what is actually happening. This is appalling customner service.

These are Chrostmas gifts for my young nephew who will be distraught if they do not arrive. The longer DHL gives me the run around the less time I will have to make other arrangements if they have "lost" the shipment.

There is absolutely no sense of ownership of the problem or any desire to get an answer. This is quite the worst example of arrogant, disrespect for the paying customer.

DHL Express destroyed package shipped twice.

In may of 2019 I had ordered some products from guatemala for my buisness. Cost for shipping almost $700, 00 for a small 2t by 2ft box! They never let me know the shipment was in canada, no delivery as usual and no contact. They sent the shipment back saying I did not want to pay for it! Liars! I did finally get the shipment two months later and the entire contents was destroyed. They added a note to the package saying that the lids came off in travel. The lids are locking and every jar was smashed, along with shampoos and bamboo tooth brushes that were broken in half... Not an easy feat! Dhl says I have to deal with the guatemala office who keeps ignoring me and my shipper when I was there just a week ago. I want my money back... All of it! I want shipping costs back too! I'm tired of this [censored]. Give me my money back. I am willing to start a law suit which will include all the money I lost and customers I lost and profit and time lost! Full refund wanted! I have many photos that were already sent in, if you need more I can send!

DHL Express packet sent on 2nd december from karachi and could not reach till 8th december 2019 to addressee

Packet was sent on 2nd December 2019. It is regretted that even today the 8th December it has not reached the destination. After waiting long the addresses has left for Miami. Can you please divert it to alternate address at Miami.
In case it is possible then should addressee ms Saima may send you her Miami address. She is contactable at her phone no: [protected]
While writing these lines let me assure you that I consider dhl an efficient courier service.

DHL Express my parcel were not delivered correctly, unethical behavior

Hello,

I have had sended recently a very important parcel from Belgium to Turkey to my husband. The logistic partner from DHL works with Yurtici cargo and they have not delivered our parcel. After calling the DHL center in Turkey Istanbul we had heard that they twice arrived at home and that was nobody at home. That is a [censored]! My husband were all day home and were waiting for the parcel which very important for us. I am complaining about the unethical behavior from the Yurtici Cargo because they are lying! They have neighter left a note behind that they came. My parcel was about to send back when my husband called the yurici cargo and he went to there self to pick his parcel.
I am definately not content with the delivery
