Debonairs Pizzatriple decker that was complete

I ordered a triple decker at birch acres store in April, only to find out that my triple decker was not complete; There was just green pepper and ham worse part I waited for about an hour to get my pizza. when I realised that it was not complete I then called the store and no one answered. I p
layed a complaint on the debonair app and I got a call from one of the managers who apologised and adviced me that the manager who was working on the day I ordered the pizzeria the pizza. the manager then called and ruddy accused me of lying about the pizza. I then called customer care and explained what happened, they then excalated the matter. the following day the same rude manager called to ask me to come to the store and collect a new pizza, I explained to him that I don't live in birch acres another, can I not collect it at another store, he said no. I then called customer care and explained what happened;they excalated the issue again. the following day I got a call from the manager and he then asked me which store can I collect the pizza, I told him at Park Station store. he then explained to me that the area manager will have to autherise it and will give me a call. till today I'm still waiting for the area manager. I went back and called customer care and after I laid the complain twice. this is really bad customer service, I love debonair's, but I after this incident I will never buy there.
