Dating.com review: Billing erros.. No replies to emails sent.. Items not fixed.. Help please...

Spend a lot on this site do nt expect perfection but replies to problems and correcting billing areas are a must... You are c clever site with good ideas and options so please think on that... Have billing problems.. Re dates three items of same thing.. No reply to letters about video and access erasures other than problem at your end. Calls erases themselves why.. These need to be fixed... I have computer expert servise problems are not on this end... Please help or infirm what to do?

Claimed loss: wrong billing on Chase.amazon account...video and access not fixed...items erased in mid entry.....NEVER MADE $339 ORDERS AND YET THREE SSHOW ON ONE DATE..HOW/WHY/HELP/FIX

Desired outcome: LIKE THE SERVICE PLEASE FIX....CORRECT BILLING DELETE THE WRONG CHARGES...EXPLAIN HOW TO FIX VIDEO/ACCESS/DONT CHARGE FOR VIDEOS DONT OK OR ASK FOR
