I experienced a frustrating issue this past weekend with dating.comregarding credit purchases. I bought five separate $13 credit packages, but none of them were credited to my account. When I contacted customer service multiple times, especially during late-night hours, I was told the credits were pending and couldn’t be released until my bank processed the transactions.
I took the extra step to call my bank on Saturday, and they confirmed there were no issues on their end—the funds were authorized, but the merchant (dating.com) needed to accept the transaction. Despite this, when I followed up with customer support again, I was told it remains pending and they are checking any restrictions why it can't get thrugh.
At this moment, the issue is in the process of being reviewed, and I’m working with customer service for a resolution. However, I felt the need to post this here in hopes of helping expedite the process and to bring attention to the need for more consistent and transparent communication between support agents.

Desired outcome: Make my payments go through, i don't want to use googleplay payment forever
