CB Drug Store CVS Complaints #2102-2121

CVS review: pharmacy is not well managed and they filled my wifes xanax in my name and we had to tell the pharmacy to get a refill.

When we went to get the refill, my wife told them that they incorrectly filled her Rx from Dr. Rynning who is her doctor and not mine in my name. They said that was impossible. Then after they did research, they told my wife that they fixed it in their system. A controlled Substance being distributed to the incorrect patient is a major mistake.
They also misfilled my wifes generic Triliptor and didn't give her enough medicine for 90 days.
