CVS mail order

Caremark's mail order and speciality drug departments do not talk to each other. Drugs that are speciality one year are regular the next. My doc sends electronically and calls in, they have record of call but no prescription.

It took 6 phone calls to get drug started and after 3 phone calls I am still trying to get it renewed.

Customer reps are generally very pleasant but can't do anything.

CVS poor service would not provide flu shot

Yesterday October 8 2019 Itried to get flu shot in Henderson nc store number 7055. Rita claimed my insurance would not cover shot which I have Medicare and Medicaid she said I could not get flu shot until November. She did not even try to run my Medicare card she acted like my insurance was not acceptable. I have weakened immune system but it was not her priority to administer flu shot. On October 8 2019 I went to a cvs in louisburg they ran my insurance it went through no problem I reciveved flu shot fast customer service friendly people in louisburg will be going back to louisburg

CVS cvs has become an advertising [censored]!

Sept 2019 — cvs is turning into a very aggravating, annoying, advertising [censored]! I am sick of register tapes 6 feet long of crap I will never use! Hey cvs, have you ever heard of conservation? It takes 3 trees a day for all your annoying receipts just in the calallen store! What happened to just picking up one's prescriptions? Today, I couldn't just sign the electronic screen and get my prescriptions without having to be aggravated and held up by answering questions about flu shots and if I want cvs to turn my prescriptions into 3 month prescriptions! That is what doctors are for! Have you ever considered that the line would not be out the door if you would just give us an express checkout?!? Do you ever think about the sick patients that have to wait in the line? I can't even call cvs without being bombarded with questions about the flu shot, then my birthday, so they can look up my account! Yet another lie, when a pharmacy tech answers, they have no idea who I am and ask for my birthday again! Cvs, be a breakout pharmacy! Put in an express pharmacy line, whereby, we patients can get prescriptions without stupid questions and a receipts are for prescriptions only! The line will go fast for sick patients and disabled people that cannot stand in the lines!

CVS pharmacy

Switched my meds to CVS. Went to pick up was told, " well we are a small pharmacy and usually deal with local regulars" Since then my script has been on HOLD for 2 weeks! Funny thing is I know several other patients that have picked up the same medication you refuse to fill for me in last 2 weeks. Guess because I'm not " a regular" ! I have contacted BBB, Arizona pharmacist board and an attorney. See you guys in court!

CVS prescriptions

For the second time now I have been refused the right to fill prescription by this pharmacy. I have Temazepam for sleep and Clonazepam for my anxiety prescribed by the same doctor and the pharmacy refused to fill my prescription for Clonazepam because they said I also get Temazepam...since when did the pharmacist become my doctor? And because I was sick at the time I went to have my Clonazepam filled I had to go back home instead of taking it somewhere else and have been without my Clonazepam for the weekend and my anxiety has been horrible. I was told this on Saturday afternoon at the drive through window that it was up to their discretion whether to fill it or not.

CVS service

I have called the cvs pharmacy on 3050 west grand parkway in katy tx. I spoke to the pharmacist named Artana after being on hold for about 20 min waiting for someone to answer. As i was spelling out the medication name, she was answering me very rudely to hurry up because she has 10 people in line wait "AS IF I AM NOT A CUSTOMER AS WELL"! I let that attitude go then she has told me that I'm calling the wrong location, so i asked for the phone number to the location i needed to call instead. She Literally said the phone number so fast and hung up the phone on me without me having the chance getting it. I have never experienced or expected such a service, rudeness and attitude not only as a customer but from a professional period who SHOULD HAVE BEEN RAISED AND TAUGHT how to speak to people/customers properly.

CVS coupons

Each week you send an electronic coupon. This week it was for 40% off a healthcare product. I was told I could not use it to purchase an acne cream as that was not considered a healthcare product. Except for the exceptions listed on the coupon, how would one know what qualifies as a "healthcare product"? I think you owe it to your customers to be more explicit about what qualifies for discounts.

CVS pharmacy, bad business practices

Purchased a perscription product Albuterol sulfate inhaler made by Teva Pharmaceuticals, the product stoped working with 100 doses still left and an expiration date of Dec 2020, acording to the pharmacist on duty today Sat Oct 5 2019 they are not responsible for selling me a defective product and would not exchange it, this constitutes what is called bad business practices and I'm looking for a new pharmacy to take my business

CVS pharmacy

When I pick up medicine for my daughter on 10/04/2019 was not told that she had two medication to pick up. Was told she had one, so minute after leaving the window discover wrong medicine, so with inside. Again she said one but she went to the basket where the medicine is stored and got the other out. I Wasn't giving an option to switch out the medicine and just pay the difference of the correct medicine. I Only had enough money to purchase the medicine and she really needed it. They put the money back on the card and ask me to pay another 11 dollars, so I couldn't get my daughter's allergy medicine and have to wait for three to five business days when money goes back.

CVS an crimidating intoxicated man. and 2 cvs employes. 2 females, one being a manager.

Me. Stephanie bray. 41 year old african american female. Went into cvs located on balboa. I live close bye. I asked the lady at cash register about returning a few things. She calls the maneger. Any how ive always notice the cashier would give me a cold sholder attitude or follow me around everytime i come in there. So a man enters the store. Its evident he knows the two. He comes in the aile im in. Ok. Then he starts saying rude things to me in defense of the two workers. Ok. Then he goes over to the maneger a the register and start bad mouthing about. Saying all kinds of things im stealing.. racial slurs like black [censored] [censored] [censored]. So i said excuse me. Thats when he imediatly starting yelling threating me cursing racial slurs. Nevermind you the women maneger never said anything to him. To calm down. Stop or anything. She told me to leave. I was the victim. She knew him very well. Ive been kinda shaken over this. Abused child. Mother been dead. That women manager showned. No concern about me. I was in harms way. He threated me .filmed me. She threw me out of the store. No concern.i dont know why. Im very hurt. Scared. It happened this pass sunday. Get the tape. The manager must be crazy.ive been threw alot in life. This really edged it. Wow. [protected]@ gmail.com. contact me asap. CVS cvs pharmacy

I went to the CVS pharmacy in Mars, PA. I pulled up to the drive thru and was the only car. After 5 minutes I rang buzzer since noone came to the window. They responded through the speaker, someone will be with you when we can. 10 minutes later, rang the buzzer again, still noone has come to the window. Again, a voice on the speaker telling me, they will be eith me when they can. After 20 minutes, they came to the window to say, only 2 people were working and both were with patients. Then I was told the computer went down at the window. Another 5 minutes for them to ring me up somewhere else. I called tonight to your complaint line and after 20 minutes sitting on hold, I hung up. I have had issues in the last six months with pharmacy filling the weing prescription three times. Same script. It seems you are having alot of service issues and maybe losing customers might be the only way change may be made.

CVS prescription shortage

Picked up medication at drive up received only a 14 day supply insurance was billed for 90 day supply. Now I'm out of meds and store in Borger TX refuses to refill. Said they have video of me picking up meds. I didn't deny picking up meds just that it was only 14 days when it was supposed to be 90 day supply. Don't believe that camera is x-ray vision showing 90 pills.

CVS rude lady pharmacist

I am a customer of the pharmacy of this CVS and i cant help but feel the pain of the pharmacy tech's on duty. The Lady Pharmacist is very rude. It seems she doesn't care if the pharmacy tech has so many things to do. She seems arrogant and racist too. No wonder this Store has a lousy service because the Pharmacy tech keeps on changing every month and i guess the reason is they cant stand the Lady Pharmacist.

CVS service

Called pharmacy at approximately 1020 on oct 1 2019, waited on hold for 9 minutes to finally connect to pharmacy.
Technician, leeda (only info she would give), answered the phone very rushed. I tried to explain to her what medications I requested and she started talking very fast explaining she already did. "okay that is bye" leeda said
I had to be quick to say no I wasnt done. She sighed annoyed and kept telling me she already did. I asked her let me talk without interrupting so that maybe she would understand better.
She put me on another 6minute hold...
The pharmacist answered. He knew exactly what I was asking and said he would request my medications.
Leeda was very unprofessional and rude. Even the rating for this pharmacy are obvious. Very rude personnel for assuming sick/i'll patients and customers.
Highly disgusted by her behaviour.

CVS pharmacy customer service

After several times of calling the pharmacy and speaking to pharmacy staff and pharmacist mark things were not getting done. My husbands prescriptions were not getting refilled. On august 27 I called pharmacy and spoke with a female pharmacy tech for medication refills. She stated medications will be ready the next day. Next day turned to 1 week. When asked what was the delay she answered prescription was on hold - why? She stated medications are not filled until the patient calls... Really! Why? Aren't pharmacies suppose to fill in all prescriptions called in? I am very disappointed if I would not call to check on status on medication pharmacy staff will not call to notify why there's a delay. My husband has a heart problem and needs his medications on a daily basis. As a medical professional myself I am very heart broken of this kind of service. Here in laredo, texas our cultural is different. There are a lot of people that depend on the pharmacy to remind them of refills or new medications prescribed to them. On 9/27 I signed a request at heb to transfer all medications from cvs. I called cvs on 9/28 and they said transferred was done. On 9/29 called h-e-b no transferred was done. On 9/30 heb pharmacist personally called cvs and got transfer of medications.
Excuse given from cvs on jaime zapata in laredo, texas was they were short staff. Also the drive by window (service) is usually closed regardless of the time. Once I went on a saturday it was 1pm and it was closed. Store open until 2pm so I parked and went inside the pharmacy asked cashier (juanito) why the window was closed he replied we close window 30 minutes before closing time. It was 1pm.
I just hope things change at this site. It's a good location but needs new management.

CVS prescription drug made by aurobindo, available at cvs is a bootleg product.

I used to get Zolpidem made by TEVA USA and it worked well. Recent proscription filled was made by Aurobindo and it isn't nearly as effective. Reported to CVS pharmacist who told me that's all they have. All pharmacies near me carry the same. Aurobindo made pills are deficient and should be tested as they are in my opinion bootleg products that don't meet requirements.

I began using Zolpidem made by Teva a few years ago and was taking 5 mg two to three times per month. I went to 10 mg pills and split them to reduce expense: 5 mg provided 8 hours of restful sleep. My last prescription filled was also 10 mg on 6/25/19 and the pill was a different shape made by Aurobindo. I split this pill too. This 5 mg provided 5 hours of sleep. I tried a second time with the same result. I then took a full 10 mg and got 7 hours of sleep and this has repeated with all subsequent uses... The 10 mg pill produced by Aurobindo provides less performance than the 5 mg pill made by Teva. I suspect that this pill is made outside the USA and CVS, as well as the FDA, should have this pill checked for Efficacy.

In pharmacy-land they tell us that prescription generics are exactly the same as the originals! Nothing could be a bigger LIE! GET your doctor to order name-brand prescriptions! That will stop CVS from giving you crap foreign scam pharmaceuticals!

CVS pharmacist/technician

On Friday afternoon as I was getting my prescriptions at the drive through window from one tech, another tech popped her head out the window (brown hair with glasses slightly heavy set and tall) and said she was getting "WiFi" and proceeded to take a picture of my vin number In my car window with her personal cell phone . She then went back inside saw the pic wasn't clear came back out and did this again. I am a disabled person with an auto immune disease who moved here from another state with a situation of which she has no idea what is going on with me. What she did is not
Only illegal but completely disgusting and whatever she is planning on doing with that information is what? I live in SC for Half the year and NY for half the year completely legally and I follow the law. Please tell me what right she has in any way to cause a disabled person stress and what she intends to do further with a picture of my
Vin number? Please look into this situation, find out who did that and why and stop them from discriminating against the disabled please thank you. Not sure if your pharmacists and techs realize they are not the DMV or the police and that they cannot do something like that. Especially with their own personal device. Trying to get WiFi? Is she kidding? Everyone knows CVS has their own WiFi password for their employees and they log on to it when they get there. What she did actually caused me to become ill. I have a severe condition and am disabled mentally, physically and emotionally. It seems to me a pharmacist should know as per their training that disabled people do not need their conditions exacerbated by someone who is being nosey much less someone who is supposed to help them! Shame on her! Is she aware I could sue her and also file a police report against her and CVS for what she did?

CVS employee harassing customer

My name is Desirae Hasty, a female employee at CVS by the name LYNN, continues to harrasse me kicking me out of CVS. I have done nothing wrong I'm a paying customer but I enjoy shopping at CVS itz the main store in our small community but being harrassed, discriminated by this women twice my age is ridiculous. I'm embarrassed to admit but the 2 times she's approached me with such force drive by anger scared me. I honestly dont know why she is picking on me and thinks it's her decision whether I'm allowed in CVS. I've never stolen or anything to deserve this. She is just taking advantage of her position I feel like. The last incident happened last week after I picked up my prescription, I was going to buy an ice cream and then someone was yelling so I turned around and she's yelling at me.in front of a line of customers.. she didn't need to be loud like that she just did it to make a mockery of me. I dont know why else she would act like this I even asked to speak with a manager or someone else and she said no. I'm being honest if its possible to even get the video footage from CVS I have a receipt from my prescription I can get an exact time and date to find the security camera video if it's even possible. CVS pharmacy

The pharmacy refused to fill my prescription. They say I am taking too much medicine. They do not know that the medications did not work so I am not taking them. There simply refusing to fill my prescription. First my doctor sent to the wrong CVS, then the put it on hold due to it being it the same drug class as another medicine I take. So I told the doctor to just prescribe me something else for sleep and send to the correct pharmacy, this wouldn't fill the new prescription. They have to really talk to the patient, because this is wrong.
