CVS review: pharmacist told me false company policies and cashier was so rude on phone

I attempted to get my Rx filled. Pharmacist refused and said they need documention of a sort before she can fill it. Well, that is false bc corporate said there is policy stating that the pharmacist needs that particular document to fill. She blamed it on CVS, the company she works for. Also, I called to speak with the pharmacist, the young lady said this "umm.. what's your qu we stion? " I said I'm sorry if rather speak to the pharmacist about my particular medication".she proceeded to get an attitude and rudely said, "wellll... It's going to be a minute bc the pharmacist is busy ". I said sure, I'll hold. 2 seconds later she picks up and says " your going to have to call back in 15 minutes bc they are busy switching. ".with laughter in backround. Poor customer service.
