My complaint starts when I called the pharmacy to find the status of a prescription. AI answered the call. Then after answering the AI questions, I was directed to the beginning of the call asking the same questions: this happened three more times, then I was put in a que that lasted ten minutes; then the call was ended. I created an account on the app. I then signed in with my email and password with the required 10 characters , Alfa upper and lower case, numbers & special fonts. the AI then said I had an invalid password. I went to the store. The lines were long, the store or management changed how to pick up a prescription to the annoyance of the customers in line. At this point I should give you a recommendation
Desired outcome: TRASH THE AI!!!, HIRE MORE CASHIERS AND A SECOND OR THIRD PHARMACIST TO HANDLE THE VOLUME OF PRESCRIPTIONS. HIRE A RECEPTIONIST TO ANSWER YOUR TELEPHONE.
