Pay a bill through paynearme service offered at the cvs pharmacy store
On Friday, July 30, 2021, I experienced severe racism between 9:35-9:55am, at the CVS Pharmacy Store (09169), located in La Mesa, California in the Grossmont Center: 5500 Grossmont Center Dr, Building P, La Mesa, CA 91942, [protected]; A female sales associate, and or store cashier/clerk, that was short in statue, and her nationality and race is not...

Every experience I have uaing cvs pharmacy is always horrible. I have been prescribed medication every 2 weeks for the past 3 years and it does not mattwr what cvs I use in the northwestern part of north carolina, every single person working in the cvs pharmacy is incredibly unprofessional and often rude with absolutely no customer service skills. Recently I was in cvs pharmacy in elkin nc when the paramacist and tech got in an argument about giving vaccines. The pharmacist was complaining out loud about not feeling like opening a new vaccine vile in the evening so she turns patients down. She also made comments making fun of elderly patients who have difficulties scheduling appts online because of their lack of knowledge regarding computers. I was trying to use a discount card and one of techs got upset she had to enter the discount card in and reprint the paperwork, made me feel like I was a problem and told another tech, shell have to wait ugh. I have never had a good experience using a cvs pharmacy and now its disgusting to hear them say out loud they dont feel like doing it so they turn ppl away instead of vaccinating them. They are literally a threat to our community when they have an obligation to fulfill. When is cvs going to take action to ensure they are providing adequate customer service to their customers!
Pharmacy prescription errors
I am writing regarding prescriptions for my husband, Robert L King 05/23/1954. Short history: He had triple by-pass 1 1/2 yrs ago-4 stents in the past 8 months and recently-3 wks ago a Pace maker. I have great concerns over the fact that on numerous occasions there has been errors in filling his prescriptions, I realize that mistakes happen but there ha...

First I will like to start this email by saying I am employee of CVS. I called the Oxon Hill 20745 pharmacy on 07/30/2021 at 9:35am and was put on hold for 38 minutes, during that time an male came on the phone two times only to say hold on. Finally an female answer the phone, I ask her I would like to make sure the coupon I have on file for my medication is still valid. She transfer me to front of the store.
I address my concerns to whoever answer the phone at the front of the store. The male person stated you need the pharmacy. I told him I was transfer to the front of the store. I also stated this is not how you suppose to treat customers. We can lose customers with bad customer service, and employees with I don't care attitudes.
Desired outcome: I am filing a complaint on the internet.

I have been an extra cares customer for years. Your latest crap with giving.06 and.025 in rewards is absolute crap. Who in your company thought customers would like this? The clerks at my local store are berate by jerk customers for this. I am pissed and guess what your program now sucks so I am going to walgreens.. Do you really think customers like getting.06,.15 etc in rewards? Would you like your elderly dad to have to deal with this nonsense? What idiot kid thought this up?
Desired outcome: return to previous program
Pharmacy - rude, uncooperative, degrading, and failing to assist in a life threatening situation
Thursday, July 29, 2021 CVS Pharmacy - Tiogue Avenue, Coventry RI I called this CVS to find out if they filled my husbands insulin. He went there two days prior and they said they needed to call the doctor for authorization. I spoke with someone in the pharmacy named "Karen", who insisted a 3 month supply of his medication was picked up at another location...

I have two complaints on this site. Both are for horrible service, with one that is borderline discrimination. I thought this site was used for resolving customer dissatisfaction or even a simple misunderstanding between CVS and those nasty old customers whom don't visit them nearly like they used to. I've heard absolutely nothing from CVS on either complaint. Do you guys really do what you say you do?
I wonder...
Regards,
Danny
Desired outcome: Do what you say you do
Women get it much worse.
Mgr, cashier
Was in the Antoine/Pinemont store and was only customer there. Cashier comes from behind counter by her register and told me I needed to check myself out. That's absurd to have a cashier insist I check myself out, why is she employed there if she can't check people out. I spoke with the manager on duty named David. He said CVS is try to educate customers to use self checkout instead of having a cashier do it. I understand the self checkout concept, but that's if it's busy, I was the only customer. David needs to be retrained on how to solve issues, he could have told the cashier to check me out, but instead kept repeating over and over what CVS wants the customer to check out themselves. I've lived by that location since 1980 and never was told by a cashier and manager I have to check myself out. I will never step into a CVS store again. It is plain laziness on the stores part. Word of mouth is stronger than advertisement, I will tell everyone in the oak forest area of my experience.
Desired outcome: Re train David and write up.
Pharmacy not answering the phones

I'm fortunate to live in Glen Cove, N.Y. where we have 4 CVS stores in a radius of 5 miles from our home. One of the stores has a 24 hour pharmacy, which we greatly appreciate. The pharmacist, Kurian Varghese, at store #10637, 6750 Reading Rd. Rosenberg, TX 77471 is the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. They are refusing to give a pregnant woman, pregnant with twins my medicine. Paid on CVS app for Express delivery 3 days ago. Never delivered. Came to the store to pick up myself and they are trying to charge me again for my meds knowing that I have already paid. No one tried to help me. They are blaming their third party shipping company. Even though the meds are clearly still here in the store they will not give me my medicine. I will be filing a formal complaint. Pharmacy staff are clueless and rude.
Desired outcome: Still not resolved. No medicine no refund
Won't answer the phone
My cvs is located on Andrew's highway in midland, tx. On July 24, 2021 I tried to call the status of an rx I submitted for refill 10 days ago and I get "in process". I have tried call them 3 days this week and the staff won't answer. So today I started calling them at 2am, 10 am, 1 pm, 3pm, and 9pm. Each call was answered within 10 to 15 minutes of wait time, but told me to hold and put me back with their funeral palor music. Each time I was on hold for 1 hour before I hung up and they didn't return to answer. So today I was on hold for 5 hours and still do not know the status of an rx. This is not the way to run a business. They have really gone down the tube with customers service and the quality of the people they hire. I have recieved other people's rxs in my bag, I had rxs for pain medication go miss at the store, multiple times, they forget to order meds that they are out of, leaving me weeks without my meds. I left walvreens for similar problems. I seriously debating about going to an online pharmacy instead of being jacked around by this store. You can't get the store or pharmacy Manger to anything about this stores poor preformance
Desired outcome: Speak to a district manager to get these problems re6
pharmacy wait time on the phone
I deal with 2 CVS locations, one in Dover Plains New York, and one on 13th Street in Saint Cloud Florida. Both pharmacies have the same problem, wait time on the phone to speak to a person in the pharmacy are excessive, sometimes hours, sometimes not at all. Excuses are not enough staff, staff called in today, CVS won't hire enough staff to answer the phones. I deal with the phamacy alot because both my wife and I have many perscriptions. Automated phone system does not work, waiting for someone to answer for hours is riduculous. I have spoken t and registered a complaint with NYSHIP. They will forward the complaint to Medicare. I I had any other pharmacy to work with I would change pharmacies. I am fed up with excuses, I've heard them all and nothing ever changes. I know I am not the only one complaining, because all the people I talk to who use CVS have the same problem.
Desired outcome: Fix it
Only women have to wait FOREVER and never get a response because CVS has caller ID and I never get through. My husband does right away, every time.
This location needs serious help managing the phones, incoming calls, customer service, etc. These are basic skills which are easy to learn!
This store is notorious for not picking up the phone. We call to check on prescriptions being filled, or to ask questions, and have to wait for an average of 30 minutes each time! And sometimes when they do answer, they hang up on you before speaking!

In Wytheville Virginia, 1370 E Main Street 24382, I went to get my prescription. The first time I came into the pharmacy, they told me it would be 40 minutes until my prescription was ready.
