I just can't believe at this pharmacy you only have the Pharmasist working alone most of the time. Not only is she filling orders, answering the phone, waiting on customers and giving the vaccine shots, plus filling prescritions. I ordered 7 items from cvs.com on 8-1-2021. Four of which were buy 1 get 1 free. My confirmation email was correct. What I received on 8-3-2021 was 5 items. Three irrelevant to the complaint and two not 4} of BOGO items. The packing slip stated all 4 were in this package. But not so. The order # in the packing slip was also different than the confirmation...

CVS Lack of security guards

Stockton calif... i was in cvs and watch a young man fill his pockets and walk out... no security on premises... and need security that can actually take on the situation... I pay for my merchandise. No real security for pharmacy either. Be aware and make some good, safe, smart changes for your employees and those of us who pay. In Stockton groups are walking in broad daylight and filling up baskets and walking out. Some security has no recourse or capability to even make a stop... if they don't go to jail at least let it be known at your stores you will make them empty and return merchandise. Take a stand ! CVS Camera dics

I paid $40.00 for a camera disc. I have been a loyal shopper at CVS for 30 years and have always preferred CVS over Walgreens. The store clerk assisted me choosing the disc. The disc did not work so I took it back the very next day with my receipt.
Two store managers refused me a refund or even an exchange, stating they don't refund any electronics. They said its in their store policy. I said there is no sign stating this. The one manager stated that it's stated on line. He also said I shouldn't have purchsed the disc at CVS in the first place because they are $20.00 overpriced and other places would be alot less. The other manager took a policy that was behind the desk and read the policy. She never found where it stated this or she would have shown me the words of no refund. I said well, what do I do then? I stated this is alot of money for me just to waste. He advised me that I could sell it or buy another one. The store clerk who helped me pick it out never stated if it don't work, we can't refund you.

Desired outcome: I want a full refund back.

CVS Post a store manager made on social media

In this day and time surely CVS educates it's store managers on what is appropriate to say out loud or post publicly. This public post is NOT ok. I read it in passing and was appalled. I am not a prejudice person and I refuse to stand by and let this go unanswered or addressed. Rather than calling the person out on social media, I thought it best that her employer handle the situation.

I have attached a picture of the actual post and have written the words below.

CVS Customer service response

I linked my debit card to my CVS card so that my disabled daughter needed to pick up presciptions, etc, no cash was needed. The CVS in North Manchester has always accepted this since it started during the pandemic. My daughter was in Ft Wayne this weekend and tried to pick up her scripts and get supplies and the cashier denied her to use it. Not only was she rude to my daughter, she made my daughter return the items to the shelf. If this service was no longer allowed then we should have been notified. My daughter Brandee Nethercutt is on this account. Her direct phone is [protected]. I tried to call my local CVS to resolve this and they tell me I have to contact Corporate. I emailed CVS Customer service also. I would like an explanation please.

CVS CVS photo shop lost my DVD!

Date: 8-5-21
It has been since @May 31, 2021, that CVS (on 890 Bennetts Mills Rd., in Jackson Township, NJ, 08527) sent my family DVD away to make 2 copies. I have called repeatedly and was told it hadn't arrived yet. Finally, after waiting 6 weeks for their call, I asked to speak to the store manager. Only after my urging did she check and it seems that the DVD location never received the order and the PO has no record of it either. I was told that paperwork was thrown out during CVS cleaning day and there is no record of my DVD, which is the only copy I have of my father's family.
I am the one who has called CVS numerous times to get some feedback concerning my missing DVD. No one has ever called me back. The store manager, Brenda, was unapologetic and casual @ the whole incident and always had excuses why she could never return my calls. I asked to speak to Ralph, the district manager, 4 times. I was told he would call me and he never has. No one at this store has taken responsibility for losing my DVD or tried effortlessly to find it.
I called corporate office and waited over 15 minutes. When the call finally sounded like it was being handled, I was disconnected. I have been very stressed out and upset @ this situation since my father has been deceased for almost 30 years and I have no other video of his family. I entrusted this special DVD into the hands of CVS and have been very patient waiting to hear some good news, but nothing!
I have been a faithful customer of CVS for @14+ years, since I moved to NJ where my husband and I have purchased all our medicines and toiletries as well as other items.
Please call or e-mail me ASAP to help me locate my DVD and resolve this problem.

CVS I make a complaint about employee of beech street in Holyoke Mass

El problema es que no tienen etica profesional se pasan persiguiendo a la gente que va a comprar y eso no debe ser porque eso es persecusion y descriminacion yo solamente estoy llendo a esa farmacia a comprar pero he sido objeto de persecusion hacia mi persona por eso no he ido mas ayer fui a buscar. unos productos para un cliente por mi trabajo me manda ahi no he visto personas tan inconpetentes en puestos de trabajo y que no sirven yo les dejo mucho dinero de mi trabajo yo trato de estar lo mas retirada de esa farmacia para no coger ordenes de ahi . y otra cosa la farmacia no tiene carros para cargar los articulos yo voy a tener que hacer un reporte a mi trabajo para que no manden a ningun empleado de mi compañia ahi porque todas las cajeras junto con los managers estan haciendo eso. Y yo trabajo para organizacipnes tambien que luchamos por este tipo de atropellos y no permitimos este tipo de abuso con la gente llamanos a los canales de television y se le informa a la gente de lo que estan haciendo que es descrimonacion. CVS Pharmacy

Every experience I have uaing cvs pharmacy is always horrible. I have been prescribed medication every 2 weeks for the past 3 years and it does not mattwr what cvs I use in the northwestern part of north carolina, every single person working in the cvs pharmacy is incredibly unprofessional and often rude with absolutely no customer service skills. Recently I was in cvs pharmacy in elkin nc when the paramacist and tech got in an argument about giving vaccines. The pharmacist was complaining out loud about not feeling like opening a new vaccine vile in the evening so she turns patients down. She also made comments making fun of elderly patients who have difficulties scheduling appts online because of their lack of knowledge regarding computers. I was trying to use a discount card and one of techs got upset she had to enter the discount card in and reprint the paperwork, made me feel like I was a problem and told another tech, shell have to wait ugh. I have never had a good experience using a cvs pharmacy and now its disgusting to hear them say out loud they dont feel like doing it so they turn ppl away instead of vaccinating them. They are literally a threat to our community when they have an obligation to fulfill. When is cvs going to take action to ensure they are providing adequate customer service to their customers!

CVS Pharmacy

First I will like to start this email by saying I am employee of CVS. I called the Oxon Hill 20745 pharmacy on 07/30/2021 at 9:35am and was put on hold for 38 minutes, during that time an male came on the phone two times only to say hold on. Finally an female answer the phone, I ask her I would like to make sure the coupon I have on file for my medication is still valid. She transfer me to front of the store.

I address my concerns to whoever answer the phone at the front of the store. The male person stated you need the pharmacy. I told him I was transfer to the front of the store. I also stated this is not how you suppose to treat customers. We can lose customers with bad customer service, and employees with I don't care attitudes.
