I called in for a refill on my script for my test strips for my diabetes on July 29, 2021. Was told they would be ready that afternoon. I did not get to the pharmacy that day, went on July 30, 2021, it was not ready said they have to order it would be ready on August 1, 2021. Went on that day, said it was not ready, it would come in on Monday afternoon, would be ready then. Today August 4th, 2021 went to pick up test strips they said there were no refills, so it was not filled. They should have called me the week before when I first called it in. I get my medications at CVS 1371 Lake Shore Road, Gilford, N.H.
Another complaint is they don't answer their phones, they need more help!
Also they would send me messages if there was a problem, I am not getting any more messages. I will notify the City of Lowell, MA about my coverage and the problems we are having. We should go with another pharmacy.
Desired outcome: Hire more responsible help.
