I am writing regarding prescriptions for my husband, Robert L King 05/23/1954. Short history: He had triple by-pass 1 1/2 yrs ago-4 stents in the past 8 months and recently-3 wks ago a Pace maker. I have great concerns over the fact that on numerous occasions there has been errors in filling his prescriptions, I realize that mistakes happen but there has been too many made over the past year. We have called and gone into the pharmacy and gone over/reviewed his medications. They have refilled meds that was stopped months earlier, his Cardiologist had changed several of his meds and they don't seem to monitor that very closely. My greatest concern was that on separate incidents/script filled, they were totally incorrect-written to administer 2 x per day and it should only be 1 x per day and then today he had a prescription change for his Isosorbide ER to Isosorbide MG and they filled both! what would of happened had he take and they prescribed both of them! I am totally to the point of filing a complaint to State.
I had a terrible experience last week with another medication prescribed which had been stopped by Cardiologist so I called and spoke to a Pharmacist-lady and explained to her the mix up said oh sorry-I went in the next day and spoke in person to a Pharmacist-older man with beard He was extremely condescending and rude. I am not just an old lady with out any logic and intelligence - I work in the medical field and have for the past 25 years. I comprehend and realize mistakes happen everyday, we are human, but this is not acceptable behavior or repeated errors. I would like a inquiry made on my husbands account/prescriptions. This is not acceptable. I await your response/resolution to this concern.

Linda K King
