I was buying my prescription drugs here for the past few years now and they was overcharge at anytime they wants too. I had a same prescription drug and they charge from $23.99 at one time and $305.13 to another time (in about 3 months)...and also some of other prescription over $100 dollars different. Some other times, they charge me cash and also claimed...

sale starts on sunday i arrived at 730 am as soon as store opened the 3rd person to enter store. in this weeks circular there was licensed flipeez hats disney elsa for the price of $19.00 the store clerk could not find them she called the manager on the phone to inquire about them he told her to tell me they were sold out. instead of him coming out to talk to me personally. also how could they be sold out if the sale just started today and i was the 3rd person in the store.and the only one inquiring about the hats. some thing is wrong with this picture. could it be that when something is on sale that employees and management take the items instead of them being available for sale on the date the sale is suppose to take place.this is not the first time this has happen at this store.

refusing to fill prescriptions after getting called by the la pharmacy board
Ive filled four complaints against the pharmacy in general. The last complaint which was made because the main pharmacist in charge was on vacation so, of course there was another "temp pharmacist". I came in 1 day before my refill was due and as the pharmacy technician like always has to ask the pharmacist "temp" at this moment and its a c2 controlled...
Read full review of CVS and 15 commentsExcessive wait time, not having the flu medicine available even though advertising that it was available
I had tried in October for the entire month to get the Flu shot that was supposed to be available. Always some excuse as to why I could not at that time get the shot. I got the flu on November 8, 2014. I was doing a neighbor a favor by taking her to pick a Rx. It was not ready, then she was handed the wrong RX and finally after 45 minutes she was able to procure her Rx and walk out the door. 45 minutes to pickup 1 Rx. This is unacceptable and this is not the only time the wait is up to 20 minutes or more. Maybe CVS Corporation should hire more competent customer service people. In January I will be transferring all of my Rx's to another Pharmacy. I know I am only one person, but I am not the only customer upset by the slowness, inept service.

these [censor] tried to steal from me
This company CVS Card Savings tried to steal from me, but the rep from the bank called me and informed that they stopped the thief. Also I haven’t money on the account, so they couldn’t charge me. I wanted only to warn other people not to use this horrible company and post comments about your things with them. It might be very helpful info. Thanks.
10 pills short on prescribed amount
I had three medications filled on 9/23/2014 with one of them being Oxycodone/Acetaminophen 10/325 Qty: 30. When I picked these up they put the 3 prescriptions in a plastic bag and handed them to me. II didn't inspect them individually so I had no idea the Oxycodone was short before leaving the pharmacy. Since I didn't need any of these meds right away, they...

Manager inappropriately told a child not to try a color of a crayon in a space full of colors (like a trying space, or testing space)
Did not apologized and was rude when I pointed out that the colors in that space were misleading (looked like the space was there for that purpose)
The manager named: montie continued talking without listening to my explanation as a customer. raising his voice at me (the customer)
I had over 200 in merchandise ready to pay. of course I left and didn't buy anything.
I can only imagine how he treats the employees if he treats a client with such a disrespect.

You did not have $200 in merchandise ready to be cashed out at a CVS...
horrible
CVS Caremark mail order pharmacy is not a pharmacy you want to use if you value your life and want to keep your sanity! I have dealt with them for several years and the service keeps getting worse on a daily bases. A few years ago my doctor changed one of my prescriptions and CVS specialty called me to renew the old prescription and I told them I didn’t need it and why. Five minutes later, they called the person listed as power of attorney and told them I had refused to refill a prescription and wanted their permission to refill it. The nerve of these folks but there is a lot more!
On their website they claim “At CVS Caremark we work hard to make sure your prescription benefits work for you. We want you to stay healthy.” I generally take generics except for one and the generic does not work for me. They claim they are exactly the same but they are not. Generics are allowed a 10% variance in the active ingredient. The doctor in this case wrote the prescription and wrote “dispense name brand only.” Those lying ### called the doctor behind my back after I wrote on the mail-order form that I would not accept generic and told the doctor that my insurance would not pay for name brand. That took me three weeks for me to get that straighten out and it was not because of the insurance company or the doctor.
Now the wonderful care that CVS Caremark goes on. I mailed in a prescription for an important medication that you are not supposed to skip taking. They claim there was a billing issue so they CANCELED the prescription. Yes I said “CANCELLED”. Not a phone call or anything. I went to their website to check on the status to find out this information. So, I called them yesterday 7/30/2014, got the billing issue /mistake straightened out and they said they would process the new prescription and send it out ASAP. After looking at their website today nothing had changed. So I called again and they said they had mailed the prescription back to me so there is no prescription to process. I have not received it and I am out of the medication.
Does these actions look like they want you to stay healthy? I have to go here due to my Blue Cross insurance requires me to go through them. I will be looking to change insurance. Meanwhile I have to take off of work, go back to the doctor and get a new prescription and wait three weeks before I can start taking it again. That is how long it take to get a prescription processed through them. It is no wonder that CVS Caremark is not BBB Accredited.

has it occurred to you that this is your fault? next time turn in your scripts sooner.

Pharmacy Location: CVS Pharmacy, Store #9944 3081 Stevens Creek Blvd Santa Clara, CA 95050 Pharmacy dispensed incorrect amount of medication. Read full review of CVSprescription shortage - critical to stop life threatening seizures
Shortage of phenobarbital required to stop life threatening seizures. of course this is a controlled substance, so early refills are not allowed. my last pick-up was june 22, 2014 for a 30 day supply. I called in the next refill on july 18, 2014 for pick-up on july 19th. I was told that I could not pick-up the refill until july 22nd (30 days from previous). guess what, I do not have enough pills left to make it to july 22nd. was I shorted? I believe that I was. also, the pharmacy tech was rude about this when I complained about it. needless to say, I have fired cvs forever and moved all of my prescriptions, not just this one, to walgreens. I will also be counting all of my meds before I leave the store from now on. this will never happen to me again. amazing how you cannot trust anyone anymore. if cvs would enforce some random drug tests on these people, they could probably find out who the culprit is.

At 101 Hialeah dr. Fl cvs store has a really bad manger names Alex .
I won't go to cvs anymore 。he is killing cvs business. He said he doesn't care about this, because whatever he can get more than $57000 a year from cvs!
He is the worst one I have never seen. Selfish !
What did he do to you? How can you have any conflict? You pick out what you want, pay for it, and he says, " Thank You, Have a Nice Day". What other transactions are you having with this guy?
shorted a prescription
I had a refill on my pain medicine, when they refilled it I noticed that the bottle was a lot smaller than usual, a couple of days later I decided to count it. There was only 28 pills in it, and the prescription was for 150 so I knew that I hadn't taken 122 pills in a few days. So my husband went there and they said there was no way the 150 pills had been in that bottle because they would not have fit. And finally admitted that they only had given me 50 pills instead of 150. They did give me the other 100 but sounds like someone had made a terrible mistake or someone is shorting people on purpose, I don't know. I would never accuse anyone of any wrong doing but I think everyone should count their pills after they pick them up. I know I will from now on.

shorting meds & refills
My doctor wrote two Rx one for 20 tablets plus 6 refills one for 90 tabs 6 refills of a different med. When I go to pick it up the lady hands me a bottle for 20 tabs and 5 refills. I point out the discrepancy and say this script is for 6 refills, then they proceed to tell me that they feel 6 is too many refills, and the most they will give me is 5. "But...

constant problem with james the pharmacist
Yes I just wanted to make a complaint against the pharmacist James this is not the first time he has given me a hard time to fill a script! He accused me of messing with it in front of other employee and customers! not only have I gone to court and cleared myself of this problem I follow the guide lines of filling my scripts in one place and I still see the same doctor so don't you think if I had been found in the wrong I wouldn't be sitting here writing this ! So if the problem keeps on I will file a complaint in the courts! I'm tired of thinking these people are God ! and there is no reason he should be able to speak to someone as such!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
OK... If you had to go to court to clear yourself then there must have been problems in the past...That said, if they know of the problem then maybe you need to see about going to a different pharmacy all together.
refusal to help a loyal customer
I have been a loyal a customer of cvs since the 1990's . Same location. I filled hundreds
Of costly medications at this location. When needed the help that would be good customer service for a loyal customer. I was refused and yell at . I was release from the hospital on Feburary 28, 2014. When went pick up vital medication that I needed immediately I was told I needed a override from the doctor . The hospital sent it right away. Cvs associates claimed they didn't get it and didn't care. I ask for 2-3 pills until the matter was clear up because it was Friday afternoon and the pills could be subtracted once meds we're fill. Associate said "No"! We do not give free medication." Did not care and gave me a nasty look that said go away. And turned her back on me. I continued to call for med. for three days and final on the 3rd day. My ins. Made a call with me and stated to fill my meds I was in cvs . I have plans to do any business again with this company . Good luck to other patients reach out for help with your company.
failing to deliver prescriptions on time, everytime they are late
I have been dealing with the CVS Caremark Pharmacy for too long now. They have never delivered my Prescriptions timely; they hold prescriptions that you need to keep yourself a live, because you have a slight outstanding balance, Ummmm. I have never not paid them for their lack of Service. CVS CareMark think they are doing themselves a great business by holding prescriptions from being delivered. The problem is they have too many geniuses working there that have no idea about any medical situation. I have never seen a pharmacy that tries to bully you for their lack of performance. This is uncalled for. They act like I have never paid them. So they make your medical condition worse, because they can't step up and do their job. I pay CVS every time for the prescriptions I have had filled. I never had issues like this until I started having to deal with CVS Caremark. I would advise anyone looking to do business with CVS CareMark to look to real professional Pharmacy, and not a drug dealer who stands on the corner to get your prescriptions. Then you have to deal with ###ic customer service reps that can't even get a simple delivery in order. So If I don't get the prescriptions then I can't function to pay them the what I owe them. CVS are like Terrorests.
If a balance is due you have to pay it before your medication is shipped. Just like when you fill prescriptions at your local pharmacy. They aren’t gonna give you any prescriptions until you pay your copay so why would a mail order pharmacy be any different.
extracare rewards
I had transferred an Extracare credit for $3.00 on two separate occasions this past month from an email sent by CVS to my CVS card. When I made a purchase there was no discount on the card on both occasions. I would have to make another purchase in order to receive the $3.00 discount I was told by customer service, they would not refund it to the debit card purchase I made. They only offered one since they cannot find the other one they claim.
Since this page seems to be referring to CVS.COM and not their physical stores, I'll speak to my web site experience. Unless deeply discount via a special offer CVS.com is much higher than other online competitors. However, even worse, their shipping is PAINFULLY SLOW. I have ordered a number of times when a good deal can be had. If I order from Drugstore.com my order ships in 24 hours (or less) and I have it in 2 days or so. CVS.com can take 3-4 days just to ship an order normally and then you have to endure another 4+ days as UPS slowly moves the package from what seems to be their one distribution center to your home. Maybe you're lucky if you live near it... I don't. They need to get the orders out the door much faster and being such a large company have a few distribution centers like many online retailers so orders don't have to go half-way across the country. I am surprised they haven't tested their competitors and seen how far they lag behind.
Refusal to fill script! Being degraded by a pharmasist!
precscription relfill
I have had my prescriptions filled at the same CVS pharmacy and location for the past 2 years. I moved down to Florida From Ohio at that time and went about getting new doctors and this was my neighborhood pharmacy. It would be nice to actually have a pharmacist that cares about their employees and customers again. I have never been treated the way i get treated now. Everytime we are busy it seems to be too much for our pic. He will tell you to do something one way then later why are you doing it that way. Do it this way. If you try to explain anything to him then he yells or takes a louder tone in front of everyone and says just do it the way i want i don't care how it is suppose to be done. He gets short with a lot of customers you can tell he acts like they r annoying him. He has even told them wait i can only do one thing at a time. He don't have patients with them. I have never heard some many customers call him bad words. He don't even talk to staff about our scores and what we need to do to get our scores better. The other pharmacist mis read a script that one of the techs input into the computer (Tramadol / trazadone) . He tells the customer in front of everyone at checkout that the techs often get those 2 drugs mixed up. Yes we have to be careful and pay attention to what we are doing but it is still the pharmacist responsibly to make sure the scripts to go out the right way. I know i am not perfect nobody is but atleast i have respect for the people i work with and my customers. Cause that is how i would like to be treated.

This is true for most of the CVS pharmacy especially the ones in Miami Florida
The techs are rude, the pharmacist and they hold on to the prescription with no consideration that's it's for a kid in pain, when I asked for the prescription back so that I can go to a different pharmacy - they told me I had to have the other pharmacy ca and request the transferred amazing! A written prescription cannot be returned meanwhile my daughter' is in pain. I had to go back to the doctor's office and get a new prescription - never will I step foot in cvs on SW 152 st and SW 137 Ave - zero customer care
