In mid July I tried to print a copy of my vaccination records for travel purposes. At that time I noted that they had prescriptions on my profile that were not mine as I do not have prescriptions through CVS. The person's name and birthdate was listed. I then went to my vaccination records and noted that in addition to my vaccinations, this other person was also listed. When I try to print my covid card, this other person's name and birthdate come up and I could not print a vaccination card for me. Since discovering this I have spoken to over 20 people and have had 5 tickets created to solve this problem. Four of them were closed with them saying they closed the tickets because I did not respond to notifications that were sent requesting more information. I never received a text, and email or phone call requesting more information. However, I have made at least 20 phone calls and spent more than 20 hours on the phone with a multitude of customer service reps. My tickets have been expedited at least 5 times. After 8 weeks the issue is still not resolved. I need this by tomorrow (9/14) at the latest.

Desired outcome: I need a vaccination card by 9/14 to travel overseas!
