I take medication Viberzi 100mg and refill was phoned in to CVS.,LaVale, Maryland on Thursday, August 31,2023. No notification that med had been filled, so I called the pharmacy Saturday, Sept. 2, 2023. Waited on phone for 2 hours and call was never answered. This happens with ALMOST ALL of the calls made. Called back Sunday, Sept. 3,2023, and waited 3 hours for phone to be answered. When it finally was, I was told the Viberzi was not in stock and needed to be ordered and should be ready by Tuesday, Sept.5,2023. Why was it not ordered when refill was called in days ago? It is taken every day of my life, which they should know and is needed or I
have bowel incontinence. Please reply to my concern
