CVS

I provided a valid 15% off coupon for a lotion. I added a second bottle to also use my $4 off $20 coupon. The manager would not allow me to have the 15% off coupon as he said the computer already had validated it. The coupon for 15% off was not provided to me for my purchase. I asked to speak to the manager as all CVS managers have provided me with my coupons in the past 29 years plus of going to CVS. He was rude, nasty and dismissive. I said I would complain to Corporate. I did not purchase anything from the store as I was never treated as poorly in any store let alone a CVS. I had just transferred my prescriptions to CVS but intend to move them to another CVS location. I have heard that there is a rat problem at this CVS as well. I went to a different CVS location. The manager adjusted my lotion to reflect 15% off when I told the manager of my experience in Paoli, PA. My phone had died but she took my word for it that the previous manager took my coupon which was never applied.
