Culver's Manager

My daughter works for you. At the Clinton iowa Culvers. Daily she is being called names by other co workers. Like fat [censored], lard [censored] and so on. My daughter has tried to talk to her supervisor her name is Monica several times. Monicas comments to my daughter is she is to busy to talk with her, she will take care of it later or if she don’t like it to quit. This is unacceptable and needs to be taken care of. If it don’t stop quick I will be contacting a lawyer. I can be reached at [protected].

Desired outcome: Put a stop to work place violence…

Culver's Quality of walleye fish.

On Feb 20 and Feb 28/2023 I ordered the walleye (3 Orders.) The breading was over cooked, greasy and the fish appeared uncooked. I don't mind paying for good food but when it is not up to standards I have a concern. The coleslaw and french fries were delicious. I have had your walleye in 2022 and it was very good. The service was great! Employees very friendly. The addresses of the locations are 20430 N John Wayne Parkway, Maricopa, Arizona and 1510 S Arizona Avenue Chandler, Arizona.

Desired outcome: I request coupons for compensation to try your great restaurant again.

Culver's Burgers

Culver's has been my go-to fast food since opening their doors at bearss avenue Tampa Florida the last two times I visited both times were for the burgers the latest visit I requested a double bacon cheeseburger deluxe with everything on it I asked a lady if you have anything and everything in the store I want it on my burger thank you when I got home the two burger patties or paper thin and it first look no condiments no deluxe nothing two burgers bacon and cheese then I opened up the bun between the burger and the bun were six pieces of lettuce the size of my little fingernail two pickle a half a circle of onion and that's it I paid $8 well close to $8 for the best burger in town and I was very disappointed Culver's used to take their time and make the most tasteful burgers in Tampa and for $8 I could have got the same sandwich at Burger King made properly for probably less than half the price Culver's has become less quality and I realize prices have gone up on everything but the prices went up and the quality of the burger is down I can't see paying $8 for a corrupt Burger maybe I'll just change my menu and check out the fish cover needs to again start having pride and their service and the quality of their food

Culver's Food

On [protected] I purchased a cod dinner from the Green Bay, Ashwaubenon culvers thro0ugh the drive through. getting home with the meal, the three little pieces of cod were floating in deep frier oil and the french fries were also oil soaked. None of the sides were in the meal. no tartar, slaw, biscuit etc. I called the local culvers and a young girl named Lauren took my call and said she was a manager. She had no answer for the meal and her answer was some coupo0ns she would mail. Received nothing. Emailed the store again and now a manager did the same saying he would send coupons out to me. They think the lousy meal is worth coupons I guess. Today, the 25th, nothing to date from either I am really irritated about the quality of food I got. And apparently they think some coupons is the answer. I received none. Your food is an insult and your managers are a joke. This was the worst meal from culvers I have ever had and no one cares.

Desired outcome: I'm sure your coupons are a joke and I would like to be refunded for the lousy meal and some free meals to see if it is any better.

Culver's Bad service and racist's from the store manager in Clarksville, TN A Mr. Snow

A regular customer, but on this visit the burger was half cooked and the cheese was right out of the ice box, not melted. When ask for a re-order the manager refused because a bite was out of the burger, also refused to refund money. He was very rude and showed a stronger hatred towards white people. Had I been Black and a white manager treated me this way I would have a legal suit action. I request an apology and recovery of my money. Also employee's observed using the rest room and not washing hands before leaving. Food handled without gloves and long hair not netted.

Desired outcome: Satisfaction and a apology from this very un human attitude in providing customer service

Culver's Drive thru service

We visited the drive thru at Culver's in Mesa, AZ on Crismon Rd on 2/19/2023 in the evening and when we reached the drive thru window to pay we recieved our number and receipt and asked for our drinks and the drive thru attendant said that drinks you don't receive at the window that they will be coming out with your meal. Don't like that new change as while we are waiting for our meals we like to sip on our drinks. With this new procedure it is taking longer as the delivery people can only bring out 1 vehicle order at a time. This also is a waste of having to use a drink carriers and extra cost to Culver's and the consumer having to dispose those to our landfills.

Culver's Incorrect order

I went to Culver’s yesterday after work and ordered a burger plain with NO CHEESE only Mayo and of course they put cheese on it. I get all the way home and call it in so I can just grab the correct order the next day. I am told I can either go in today or get a coupon in the mail. WTF! So you messed up my order but I can’t have it corrected until I get a “coupon” in the mail 5 business days later. When I ask if this is a policy I am told yes it comes from general management. Wow just wow!

Tucson Arizona

Desired outcome: I would have liked my burger fixed the next day like everyone else does it. What’s the problem Culver’s?!?

Culver's Product and service

The location this refers to is in Lake Geneva #0023 on Wells Street. This location is very disappointing and does not show a sample of Culver's standards. The drive-through service is so slow. Last night I ordered at 7:11 pm and parked in line waiting while people behind me in their cars were getting their food. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich basket, nothing special. My food arrived at my car window at 7:34 pm. This is how it is all the time, tremendously slow. When the owner is not in the store, the store is a mess. There are straw wrappers on the floor, along with napkins, the condiment counter is nasty, and napkins or ketchup may be empty. If you go up to the counter to inform them they hand you what you need and claim they will take care of it. However; no one comes out to clean it or fill it. Also, I mention upon ordering that I have a dollar off coupon when I get to pay they haven't taken off the dollar. When I tell the delivery person they tell me I have to go in the store to deal with it. Twice this has happened to me and last night I did not get my senior discount. My grandson (17) ordered a 4-piece chicken tender basket, the tenders looked like sardines. The tenders were so small they were fit for a baby. I believe this Culver needs a full-time manager to take care of the errors, the mess, and the dirty tables and supervise the employees. This location is definitely going downhill.

Desired outcome: There should be a manager on duty at all times. This person needs to manage the employees, the cleanliness of the location, and customer satisfaction. The owner came from the Mauston, Wisconsin location which was immaculate at all times.

First -- I love Culver's but I don't want double burgers pushed on me and I resent when I say SINGLE the make and charge me for doubles!

VERY BAD business!

I am not a glutton! I refuse to over eat -- kindly STOP pushing doubles on people or I guarantee you will loose business.

I know covid was hard in business but - it was hard on ALL of us! Stop messing with my orders or you will not have me as a customer.

Culver's Customer service

After a long day of shopping in owatonna Minnesota where we had to drive to from our town, We decided but Culver's would be our place to get some food for our drive home. At the driving we were not greeted appropriately In fact Alyssa was very very rude. Trying to order our meals kept interrupting rolling her eyes and sighing. I wanted to drive away but my little niece really loves Culver's So I just sat there and waited. Alyssa was very rude The whole entire time we waited. Her coworkers were very apologetic. Once we got our food two meals were absolutely not correct. I asked for her game and told her that I would be file in a complaint, her response was "whatever sorry".

Noemi Herrera [protected]@gmail.com [protected]

Desired outcome: She needs some customer service training or she needs to be cooking not dealing with customers.

Culver's All around Eastlake, OH Culver's

So my boyfriend and I went there last night, like we do literally almost every single afternoon of the week to order roughly $30.00 worth of food. We were later than we usually are, nonetheless: problem 1: as we were ordering at the drive thru, not sure if this chick wasn't paying attention or was hard of hearing, but we had to repeat our order several times. Then she tried changing what we had ordered. I got a double butter burger, so did my boyfriend and two orders of pretzel bites and a large Dr pepper and a small strawberry shake. So once the girl who was finally able to understand our fairly simple order, she proceeded to still be missing a few things and not only that but she was also basically trying to overcharge us by putting two value baskets that costed over$12 each (which btw, I looked up today and was unable to find anything on the menu that would've costed that much). So we had to once again tell her, that she has the order completely wrong, and instead of asking us to basically spell it out for her, she argued with us instead, tried to tell us that because we're getting the pretzel bites with the burgers she has to charge us for some basket meal. We had to basically do the entire order over again, and tell her how she is supposed to charge us for it, like they do any other time that we've spent hundreds of dollars there. We got to the window, where unlike normally, we got no sticker, but she actually told us to wait at the window. This was a first. We Paid, grabbed our food and drove home. I'm going to just say this now, we live a half hour away from culver's

Which brings me to problem number 2: we finally get home with the food we just paid full price for, after a long day at work, open our bag very much looking forward to it because we were both hungry. Pull out the first box, and then the second box. And this is where problem number 2 started. There were only two boxes in my bag. Neither of which looked anything like a square burger box. Although, there's been numerous occasions where it's been stuffed in a box like the pretzel bites come in, or wrapped up. But I knew that they couldn't fit both the burger, the pretzel bites and the cheese cups in those boxes. Don't get me started on how often they forget the cheese cups, It gets worse. First box I opened had 24 pretzel bites in it! 24! I was obviously very confused. So I grabbed the other box, and that one was filled with the same amount! Mind you, aside from the Dr. Pepper and strawberry shake, they got everything wrong. Also, we had paid for everything that we had ordered, full price with my boyfriend's debit card, and his only one at that. Which leads me to problem number 3:

So we find out that dinner is going to consist of flipping an overabundance (literally) of pretzel bites, and we're rightfully ticked off about it. I ran out to the car to make sure we still had the receipt, because I was seriously mad. Of course they were closed by the time we got home so I found the receipt, and put it back in the car. So we made the best of the fact that we just wasted money with an establishment that we spend a big amount of money with, ate the flipping pretzel bites and went to bed. Figured I'd just deal with it today. Well, it gets worse yet. And so, problem number 4, which I will preface by saying, I know that some of the mistakes made are on our end as well, such as I suppose that we could've checked the bag to make sure what we ordered and paid for was in there.

Problem number 4:

My boyfriend had to work this morning, We stopped at McDonald's for coffee and we get up to the window to pay for it, he pulled out his wallet, only to find that his debit card was not in there. He was frantic, and I stayed calm, we paid cash for the coffee and continued on our way. I asked him the last place he'd used it the night before and he said Culver's. Culver's doesn't open until 10:30, and so we had to wait. I left and at 10:30 he went up there to ask if they have his debit card and to tell them that they screwed us over on our food the night before. And this is why I say that I don't blame the company as a whole. They refunded our money and they also gave him a coupon for a couple of free burgers. As they should have done. However, his debit card was apparently nowhere to be found, but I guess they have security cameras around the register area, so they told him they'd review the footage and took his number down so they can call him if they were able to find. And hours of frustration later, they did. Didn't say how they came to find it, but that was beside the point.

Overall, I enjoy the food.. for the most part. As long as there's no entire thumb prints in my pretzel bites and as long as they're not giving me dime sized pretzel bites, (both occur every single time I've gotten them, literally) I would say the food is overall good. However that's only when they get it right. Last night is not the only example I can give about how they messed up and either forgot something, gave us food we didn't order or pay for. I've had cold food, I've had burgers with the wrong cheese and it literally goes on. Not only that, but it should not take quite as long as it typically does to get fast food. On average, we're pulled away from the register window and sitting there waiting for a half hour, and it's been even longer. And this is after we've already paid. It just seems unethical to me, to have a customer pay for their food and wait that long after, all because the bussers don't want to have to make multiple trips in and out bringing people their food that a lot of the time is cold by the time you get it because they'd rather take care of handing people's orders to them 6 at a time. And another issue with that, is when you see them come out carrying people who should be far behind you food. I'm not sure who is running the show up there, or who is in charge of hiring. But if this is a corporation, it might be time to reconsider who you have in there. And also, come up with a better way of getting people's food to them in a prompt and even way?

Desired outcome: I suppose I'd like to see some change within the Eastlake branch restaurant, and it would be nice to receive a little more as far as coupons to eat here as well, being as big of a complete inconvenience it wound up being for us.

I should've added this to my complaint, but the reason I had to post my review/complaint here, is because it was too many characters to write on the company website, it was also too long to put on Google reviews (just saying, I'm in the top 10% of viewed Google reviews) but I will be creating a condensed and posting it. I was able to post it on Yelp .

Culver's Food allergy

Store number 635. 2470 South falkenburg Tampa Florida 33619 phone number [protected] order was taking January 12th 2023 at 8:12 p.m.
I went through the drive-thru specifically ordered a cod fillet sandwich meal and ask for no lettuce and no tartar sauce. I also ordered two double butter burger meals.

Because I wasn't giving a receipt after my card was swiped I wasn't able to verify that I was charged incorrectly for the wrong sandwiches I was charged for a deluxe sandwiches and not the butter burgers. Biggest difference between the deluxe and the butter burger is that there is no mayonnaise on the butter burgers.
Food allergy to egg that is the reason why I specifically said no tartar sauce and I ordered the burgers that I ordered not only was I charged for the incorrect food but I also had mayonnaise dripping from both burgers and tartar sauce all over the fish sandwich.

After I drove 15 minutes to get home and realize the error I called the restaurant because I knew I wasn't going to be able to eat my food but I was possibly able to salvage part of the burgers for my children. The store manager Shay simply said that she would give me a credit of food I said no I want it a refund on just the fish sandwich because I was going to be the only one who wasn't able to eat so since I couldn't actually eat I didn't want to pay for that food. She said the only way that she could credit me is if I came back to the restaurant I told her it's not worth the gas money I'm tired and I don't want to go back could you please credit them card just for the fish sandwich. She said she can't do it without actually swiping the card. Maybe this is true but regardless in 2023 with all the technology that this industry has in order to tap, swipe, or chip read your data there should be a way to credit a simple fish sandwich. My order was $53.37 it's ridiculous that people are spending this much money to not even be able to eat. Oh yeah and I asked for cheese curds and I got fries instead and I think that's a upcharge too... It's beyond annoying at this point to deal with a drive-through restaurant that charges the same amount as a sit-down restaurant and still be given crappy service and food that you can't even consume.

Desired outcome: I want my refund and I don't want to deal with that store or the manager

Culver's Food poisoning

On Sunday, January 8, at approximately 2:00 in the afternoon I asked my wife to pick up a single cheese hamburger with everything on it with a mint shake from the new Culver's on rt 466A in Wildwood Florida. We usually get the fish sandwich, which is excellent, but I wanted to try the hamburger. She bought those items, and, on the drive home she decided to take a few bites of the hamburger. When she arrived10 minutes later she told me NOT to eat the hamburger because something is wrong. The hamburger was re-heated, soggy bun and looked OLD. Later that evening she had a bloated stomach and was in severe pain. Then she spent most of the evening throwing up, weak and felt very sick. We are going to the doctors today to make sure there are no complications.

My guess is this hamburger was slated for the trash and the 'cook' decided to just heat it up in order not to cook just one. Just looking at the hamburger anyone could tell it was NOT like the normal fresh cooked food that we received all the other times. What kind of game are you playing with 240 Characters below?

Desired outcome: The doctor will tell us if he thinks there are complications from all this throwing up, etc. I did call the Manager of this location and she was polite.

Culver's General manager

First, let me note that I've worked with [edited] (I believe) in the past at the Gulf Coast Town Center location, as a team manager and I am the general manager of a boutique resort in [edited], FL. [edited] was very kind and easy to work with at the time. Since then, another GM - [edited] - has taken over apparently? Her sister, [edited], also works there. At one time, my daughter was dating a boy who worked there who [edited] had dated prior. They no longer date and haven't seen each other in a long time.

This new GM, [edited], has apparently taken my daughters friends aside (more than once) and asked that they not come in with my daughter and they won't allow my daughter to eat there anymore because [edited], the GM's sister, apparently feels uncomfortable? Uncomfortable with what, no one is sure, since this old boyfriend is no longer dating either of them, and my daughter and [edited] go to the same school every day and nothing has ever been said there. My daughter and [edited] used to hang out together every once in awhile and my daughter has even spent the night at her house! Needless to say, they don't hang around together anymore. A 16 year old boy crush should NOT dictate a manager's treatment of your long standing customers. A 16-year old boy crush should NOT dictate a manager's treatment of your long standing customers. Not only has [edited] told her to leave, she has two other managers asking her and her friends to leave! Both [edited] and [edited].

This is BULLYING and an UNACCEPTABLE AND HORRIBLE way to treat a teenager who loves your food and likes to frequent your establishment with her friends. This restaurant is close to our home and she would rather eat there than any other restaurant in our area. My whole family and our soccer club families in the area love this place. This is what I call an adult bullying a child. I think it's time you found a new GM. If something is not done to handle this so-called manager, I will bring this bullying up locally. No one needs to be singled out and bullied publicly in a restaurant of her choosing. With all of the teenage issues in the world today, this is a completely unnecessary abuse! Please feel free to contact me: [edited]. Should you like to speak with mydaughter as well, since she is still a minor, you may do so at this same number.

Desired outcome: I would like the manager replaced/removed and/or remove/replace the sister - or both. At the very least, split them up and move them from this Culvers as it is a ridiculous abuse of power and a nepotism conflict.

Culver's Manager at Culver’s in elk river mn

My husband has Parkinson’s, and just had heart surgery. He has a very soft voice and the workwear there could not hear him. I was trying to help by telling them the order. She could nor figure it out. Two kids burgers , two regular size burgers . Manager came on speaker said to drive to window. She was smiling with short answers and interrupted me mid sentence. As I was talking she shut window on me and walked away. We got our order it was wrong. So I went in the building and asked to speak to her. She said they do not talk to people who are yelling. I was speaking load across the passenger side of truck, but they couldn’t seem to understand the order. Which they got wrong! Manager need to understand people have health issue and its not always as she thinks. Her name is Bri, Culver’s in Elk River MN. It was a December 24th at around noon. I will not go back and will had have informed others of the mistreatment. Please address this. Thank you, Debbie

Culver's No carbonation in any soda machine

Culver's,

I ate at your Spanish Fork, UT location today (receipt attached). Unfortunately, none of the fountain drinks had any carbonation, including the drive-thru fountain drinks. Although it seems weird that your restaurant would be without carbonation-poor planning, I can see that happening every once in a while. What did bother me is when ordering for my wife and myself, no mention was made of the lack of carbonation in the store. It felt dishonest, as I would not have ordered a combo meal if I had known the soda machines were not working. I only found out when I went to the machine and saw a 2 inch strip of tape with black hand-writing on it, indicating that the store was out of carbonation. (picture of tape on soda machine attached). I think that Culver's and their employees can do better than this-again, I feel this was dishonest.

Desired outcome: At the very least I would like a refund on the two medium drinks. At best, a coupon for two combo meals so I can go back with my wife and eat our combos with your fantastic root beer.

Culver's The veggie burger

The veggie burger. It wasn't the veggie burger like the ones I have had before. Before the veggie burger was my favorite, now it is mush, almost made me gag at the flavor and texture. it is nothing like the ones I have always gotten. Doesn't even look anything like the ones before. I am thinking that you have gone to another Co. to get a new brand.

Desired outcome: What ever you feel is fair. If they don't have a good burger like before I won't go back. This has always been my Daughter's and my go to place to eat

Culver's missing items

I waited at your Jasper, IN location last night while traveling and i knew there was a long line in both drive thru areas but waited anyway and then when i left after the long wait with just enough time to get to my next destination with family we drive away and i see a few minutes after that i was given no silverware, no dressing for my salad and it literally had one cucumber slice about a half a piece of chicken and 2 cherry tomatoes on it so i was unable to even eat since we were in a time crunch traveling after the long wait.

Desired outcome: i paid almost 9 dollars for some lettuce? so a refund or whatever you feel would work.

Reduced size of brownie pieces in concrete mixers. Dates noticed are 11/26/22 and a week prior to as well. Location Watertown SD culvers. Culver's Customer service - treatment of employee/manager

Going into the Niles, MI location has become somewhat difficult. Unfortunately during the busiest time of the day the store is staffed with Special/Needs employees. (I am in no way placing blame on the employees more so then management or someone directing them). I have several special/needs relatives and know it takes patience, time and love to work with them.

However after placing my order I had to wait another 10-15 minutes almost missing my entire lunch break & clocking back in 2-3 minutes late. After waiting and watching the orders pile up. I asked the cashier to check my order status as I still had to drive back to work and punch in on time. His response was short and nasty saying he will be making your order shortly.

A taller guy was in the process of bagging orders and asked if my name was Anthony. I responded by saying no but that I had a tender order and was waiting. The gentleman waived his hand at me (as to brush me off) and proceeded to walk outside to look for the customer. He came right back in from outdoors and proceeded to go right back to bagging orders. *No hand sanitizer, hand washing etc.

My bag was packed and handed to another employee who then handed the bag to me. I have frequented this store several times a week in previous history. And now it's down to here and there and it's always a problem now or the service is nothing as to what it was a few months ago.

(1) I was offended by the guy/manager (tall/slim) waiving me off as if my order wasn't important. And the nasty grim on his face I really wanted to cancel my order fully @ that time.

(2) As we lift our orders from Covid or sanitizing my food was grabbed & bagged by a person who went outside and touched 2 sets of doors exiting and re-entering. And then handed to another employee to hand to me.

(3) Why would I spend my hard earned money to be given unacceptable customer service and have people touching my food that have no sanitizing skills etc?

During this past year I've had to call in with minor issues here and there. The manager was always kind, respectful and made sure to follow up on the issues or concerns. But it never stopped me from coming back and patronizing the store.

At this point I've given up and will return to keeping my hard earned dollars. Or find another establishment that will provide the atmosphere I am in search of on a daily lunch break. As to only have a 30 minute lunch and having to spend 20 minutes of it ordering/waiting for food. Only to be treated poorly really puts a bad taste in my mouth.

Desired outcome: Customer service skills and hand washing procedures. I don't think I will patronize this store for a very long time.
