Cub Foods review: Cub should honor their advertised $60 reward for the 4 prescriptions.

I received a postcard in the mail asking to transfer prescriptions to Cub Pharmacy for a $60 cash reward from Cub. I transferred my 3 prescriptions after confirming the $60 cash reward with the pharmacy technician. Later that day, I received a call from the pharmacy saying that I did not qualify because my insurance was federally funded. I explained again that I am a federal employee with FEP Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. FEP Blue insurnce is under the Federal Employee Health Benefits Program, the largest employer-sponsored health insurance program in the world. A federally funded program is a Medicaid product. FEP Blue is not a federally funded Medicaid product. The Pharmacy manager is incorrect in his understanding and will not provide a return phone call or additional terms of the reward program. False advertising? Discriminatory?
