I was at your Burnsville Minnesota location on W. Country Rd. 42 around 12 o'clock. I was doing my own check out which was on a conveyor belt. I've checked out multiple times so I know how it works. Halfway through a message kept coming up do you want to bag, I would clear it and just go on with my order. As I was getting down to my last few items the manager who had been watching me the whole time, saw how I was putting my items on the conveyor belt that lead down to the bottom to be bagged. I made a comment I'm not sure why this message keeps coming up about begging. The manager Amy made the comment that you need to put them on the conveyor belt, I told her I was putting them on the conveyor belt. Amy then made the comment they are machines you know, I know they are machines. I felt Amy was very abrupt with me she stood inches from my face telling me about the conveyor belt and how it worked. I am not a stupid person I know how conveyor belts work and I also know how to check myself out. I then looked at Amy's tag, didn't say anything and Amy made the comment if I have a problem she's the manager. I've been told Amy if I have a problem I will call corporate and report my problem, Amy said go ahead and do that. I cut off all communications with Amy but Amy pursued the conversation quite loudly in the store about if I was unhappy go ahead and report it. I finish checking out still not saying anything to her and Amy standing next to me saying have a good day very sarcastically. Like I said I cut off all communications with her because I thought she was very abrupt when she spoke. If this is a type of manager you have working at your Cub stores then either you guys are very hard up for employees. I do shop at Cub but I will continue shopping in the savage store because your managers in Burnsville aren't fit to be managers if that's the way they interact with their customers. I believe a manager should be above the employees and be able to handle situations.
