There is no warning at checkout that if you live in an apartment, "their delivery partners" will drop your furniture at clubhouse or office. Whatever is easier for them. Their updates for delivery are absurd if you get them at all.
I spoke to (2) different customer services rep, one through chat and one on the phone and got (2) completely different stories.
Their "professional assembly" makes you set appointments with service providers who are also contracted out.
They will apologize a lot for any inconvenience but will do little to fix any of your problems with their service.
Recommendation: Stay away
