GhostBed Mattress order from GhostBed

I Ordered a Mattress Friday afternoon Oct. 28 2022. I know as on Monday morning Oct 31 2022 @ 8:00 EST, the mattress has not yet been shipped via FedEx. It has been pulled from the Warehouse according the Tammy the customer service rep that I spoke with. She advised that the mattress could not be cancelled at this time because it was pulled but not shipped. Tammy did not offer any suggestions, instead she just kept referring to their cancelation policy that once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. I at this point become agitated and said that they can either cancel now or after the 30 day trial. She then went on to say that because I said that, that now they will not take the mattress back after the 30 day trial if it isnt satisfactory to myself and my husband. What kind of company is this? It feels like that have a noose over my head because I placed an order. I told her, that I am still ordering a GhostBed just from another site. HomeDepot. ca has the same mattress for $710 cheaper. That is a huge difference. After getting no where with Tammy, I called and spoke to a different Rep who at least said she is going to look into it and see what if anything she can do with the price difference. At this point I do not expect anything to be done, but now I know why there are so many complaints against this company.

Desired outcome: Price match to Home Depot's price, I was charged $2264.50 from GhostBed directly and Home Depot is selling it for $1554.00 exact same mattress.Also want my warranty on the trial period of mattress that Tammy has taken away

GhostBed Paid for white glove service, never showed up. Nobody to answer phone for refund.

I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge, which they were not able to do because they couldn't get ahold of anyone at ghost bed.

I've been jumping through hoops for $199 that should never have been charged and likely will never see it back. I've been told that my only recourse is to take ghostbed to small claims court, but in that case I would be left to collect, and based on how difficult getting a simple refund for services not rendered has been I won't hold my breath.

Desired outcome: I would like my $199 back.

GhostBed box spring and mattress

I purchased a bed set, box spring and mattress from this company, I received the mattress first ad had defects, I contacted the company but they. Keep avoiding me, then I received the box spring with wrong colors, again contacted the company and keep avoiding me. I called and ask for supervisor and I was told they will call back but waited and did not received a call until after my other e-mail to them. I was told spring boxes were not refundable but the bed was, I explained that I purchased the set with the intent to use as set and therefore I should. Be refunded for the spring box or frame., they refused despite that the mattress is bad and that is the reason for return, very frustrated since this company kept ignoring my e-mails from the beginning and only responded to few items. I am stock with $300 plus box spring that has no use for me. The set was intended to use as set. If it did not had defect we probably wouldn't be going through this. I have record of conversations
